Brought car in for 4 new tires. Showed a photo of the recommended all weather tires for my vehicle to associate.I sat waiting for approximately 40 minutes.Left the auto area and went to get some lunch. NOT once when I was in the auto area or the rest of the store did they bother texting/calling to tell me that it was the wrong size tire.I waited over 2 hours and when I finally got back to the auto shop was when a different associate told me what had happened.Completely garbage customer service. Won t waste my time there again.

Honestly, got a fantastic price on some light truck all terrain tires.Super happy with them.

Tire center installed tires and serviced my vehicle. After installation was made? Vibration occurred while driving. Upon inspection by a certified technician ASE at a local nearby auto center?My Vehicle checked out fine with no mechanical problems. (States in writing) technician Stated problem is within the tires. Walmart refused to exchange tires. Balance and rotation had been previously done 3 times. Poor customer service and refusal to resolve issues within this store .

Ordered 4 tires to be set to this location. I got an email saying they were delivered. My app got canceled twice, due to not having the tires, according to my email so I m like ok they just said they were delivered? Walked into the store and they ended up finding them. Not sure why my app got canceled twice then? I just don t think this store is ran correctly unfortunately. Couldn t even reschedule my app when I walked in because they didn t know how. Kinda sad. I m assuming poor management, not sure. Called customer service and demanded a refund to which I got the run around a little, but ended up getting my refund processed. Never coming back.. SERIOUSLY LEARN FROM ME it s a headache!!!

Came in two different days to have 2 tires put on, one at a time. Each time it took over an hour to have one tire inatalled. That's only counting from the time they started working on it, not how long I'd been there. If the tires hadn't been so cheap, I would've gave them one star.

Went there twice in the last six months to get batteries installed. Quick service both times, batteries are better for the price than most places. No complaints here, I'd recommend them.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Made an appointment for a tire change. Came in the next day at the time of the appointment and was informed that their technician had called out that morning. I was not informed of this in any capacity. Complete waste of time. Also only one technician??? Lady at the counter was rude as well terrible service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Walmart always takes care of me they re so so so so good to me, respectfully they can t mess up, big ol deals for your big ol truck, go to Walmart if you tryna turn up (on deals).

Not a good place to have work done on your vehicle, order some tires took 2 weeks before I got them, no call or email to tell me my tires was in.

Came here to get an oil change and when I first walk in there s 3 ladies, 1 is ringing up a gentleman and the other looks at me and continues to finish her pizza as she s at the counter. She comes over to ask what I need everything goes fine. I come back after picking up a few things and stiill there standing in a circle busy talking about personal things and as the lady comes over she doesn t ask how I m doing nothing just rings it up as she continues to turn around to the others finishing her conversation. Very awful customer service.

I dropped my car off yesterday to get an oil change. The woman at the counter asked my name which she wrote on a piece of paper, my phone number and the type of oil I wanted. She then asked me which car and then told me that they would call when finished. I did not receive a tag.Fast forward 4 hours and no call. I went to the shop and the car was done. When the guy behind the counter asked which car, he said that the name on the ticket did not match mine and he refused to give me my car. He asked for a ticket, I told him that the woman did not give me one. He then stated that he could not give me my car because they entered my wifes previous information into the computer instead of mine. I told him that the registration on the car is in my name, he stated that was not good enough. I had to call my wife to come and show her ID before they would release my car to me. The store screwed up from beginning to end and then treated me like a criminal when I tried to retrieve my own property. I will never use this store again to get an oil change. Had my wife been at work I would still be at that store.

First off some of the most rude people I ever dealt with ( In the tire center department). Second... $50 to change two tires !!!! are you kidding me. Third..When I asked if they could put a regular valve stem in my spare so I could inquire the part # for a new tpm valve stem (old one was broke) ... Omg ...you might of thought I ask for her first born child... good thing I was having a good day up until then. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE..

0 STARS if I could.. One customer in front of me in line and it took 3 hours to do a simple tire rotation and oil change.. unreal I never be back to this service center to go through this again! What should I have expected it's Walmart...

wow. Just wow. A case study on bad customer service. Needed 225/65R17 repaired. Dont even address customers on entering, or, at counter. Chatting idle about some vulgar joke. Literally have to beg for service. Laughed at my wife's question. Laughed... .yeah...... she left in tears. Literally customer service so bad will make you cry...Held up 1 finger, said to me:" hold your horses"Refused to help understand Walmart card use. Just pointed at sign taped to wall said "no. No,no, no, no ...READ it' like some sort of comical villain. I almost laughed in shock.They had tire. I left anyway. Protip: pepboys is only a few miles awayI Went there. You should too.

If you want to use the oil recommended in your manual for your service temperature range, DO NOT use Walmart. They will ONLY used what is stamped on the cap regardless of whether you live in Alaska or the Mojave desert.

Low cost basic care and services. Nothing fancy here and pretty honest, you don't need to worry about a bunch of fake repairs being thrown at you.

Not sure about it if you have time to wait to get tire's or oil change it's ok unless you have to wait about 3-4 hours for a service to be done

For getting tires mounted and balanced you can't beat these guys! They are reasonably priced and open Sundays, can't beat it!

Do not go here for tires. Totally disorganized, no customer service. After the cluster I just escaped from, take my advice and go elsewhere!

Spare tire has to be mounted under vehicle. They just threw it in the back of my minivan and now I have no way to put it back on by myself... Thanks...
