I had called the owner and had questions about my sons car. The gentleman was patient and very informative, so I decided to head over. The gentleman remembered who I was, I received an oil change which was quick no waiting. Also he was asking me questions and noticed my son's light was on the dash, took the time to hook it up this tool to diagnose the problem. Then preceded to help me with everything and what to do. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely great customer service and they care!!!!!

This place is joke!!They tried to nickel and dime you for all the extras when you don t need it.Don t asked a simple question about your vehicle if you do the owner and he makes sure you know who he is! LmaoHe will start flaring his hands and arms throwing his little tablet.Asking you if you know who he is! honestly I could careless who he is. I as a customer have the right to asked why or have a question about my vehicle.I definitely won t be be back and I definitely wouldn t recommend this place.

Sadly today they lost a very loyal customer, I can only assume the employees are incentivized by sales commission and that ultimately lead to the breakdown in customer service. Condescension and spitefulness are never the answer in business.

Tim and the crew are respectful, quick, and thorough! They were very observant and relayed everything they saw concerning my truck. Service was quick, just what I asked for, and they didn't try to up sell! Thank you gentlemen.

I was just checking my last oil change receipt and realized they charged me for winter washer fluid where in i told them not to put it and i am pretty much sure they haven t added washer fluid to my car as i always do it on my own. Thanks for all the services i have done from you. Never going back to these guys.

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt like anything was being "pushed" on me to buy, honesty is greatly appreciated! I will be back for sure. Would recommend you check them out for your vehicle needs!

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Good service, but for over $100.00 the customer should receive other benefits like vacuuming the interior of the car and a new air filter.

Very satisfied first time customer, will definitely be returning. Wes and the rest of the crew were very thorough with my car and went out of their way to explain things in terms that I understood. They explained what additional services my car will need in the future without making me feel pressured to purchase those services from them. $30 oil change (after $20 off coupon I found on their website) but would ve paid much more for the outstanding serviceService: Oil change

They are very thorough, and I appreciate that since we re heading to Florida soon! They check and look for more things than any other oil change outfit! They even made sure my doors weren t squeaking. Checked all lights and brakes, washed my rear and front windshield, and they are super nice! Very professional place, you feel welcomed and appreciated that you came to them which nowadays is missing from larger companies. They take amazing care of the vehicle and make sure you are well informed about the health of your car.Do note: be prepared to pay a little more for the oil change. Exceptional customer service and quality work. Excellent shop! I just happened to see it as I was driving by and needed an oil change. They were so very kind, professional and fun to talk to. You stay in your car while they do the work. I highly recommend and will definitely be my go to place for now on.

I was extremely pleased with my oil change experience at Victory Lane! From the technician who worked on my car to the owner/operator (Tim), I was attended to quickly and professionally! In addition, neither was pushy when it came to add-on services, such as a broken reverse light or air filter. An amazing experience and I will definitely be a long term customer ! I have only visited once and was well pleased. I received a 40% off coupon which brought my oil change total to about $75. Although that was more than to what I'm accustomed to paying, the service included a transmission fluid check, doors were oiled, under the hood was vacuumed, etc.

The only place I will come locally for an oil change! These gentleman are some of the most kind mechanics I ve met, they do not pressure you into unnecessary purchases or make you feel awkward if you say no. No long wait time, they answer any of your questions and you can tell they enjoy what they do!

Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the service. I had been very disappointed in other oil change establishments here in Winchester since Trinity closed. Victory Lane team performed efficiently and was very thorough in all areas. They will definitely be my oil change choice from now on!!

If you want to spend $187.00 for two wiper blades & an oil change this us your place. Nice people, did a good job, very expensive.

My husband took both of our cars for oil changes and we ended up getting the ultimate cleaning package with oil change which flushed out the system. Our cars are running so smooth and much better than they have since we bought them. The service was excellent and they were quick. The only downfall was they listed him as Corvin instead of Corbin but hey it happens. We will be returning for sure.

They were not busy so I was able to immediately pull in. This was my first time so it took a few moments to get an account and such, but they quickly changed my oil, filled up my windshield cleaning fluid, lubed my door hinges and locks, and checked various other items. They were all friendly and did a good job and did not come up with any BS type things to tack on. Plan to use then again.

First time at this location. Was greeted very nice by the gentleman working there. Told them what service(s) I needed and they began checking everything over, making sure the appropriate oil was used. They checked the air in the tires, wipers,All fluids and the filters. I did need a new air filter, which they showed me the old one ( as it was very dirty ), went ahead and had them replace it while I was there. Actually was able to speak with the owner while I was there. Very nice gentleman, as well as the gentleman who did the service. Was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Will be returning as I have used other oil change businesses and was impressed by this one very much. Plus it being locally owned is a plus, would rather give my business to a locally owned business instead of a chain type store!Service: Oil change

They guys were super fast and helpful. I appreciated them making sure no grease was on the vehicle when finished. I grew up in the Deep south where ever service got a quick wipe down and dealerships always washed your car after any service. Since moving here that's something I've missed. Wonderful service and very friendly technicians! You pay a bit more for an oil change than you would at say Turbo Lube, but it is well worth it. They check MUCH more than just your oil - fill up your tires, check engine filters, lights etc.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I needed an oil change in a hurry, with no time to make an appointment. At Victory Lane I was immediately met with friendly, professional service. Along with the oil change they checked my battery, lights, wipers, belts, hoses, filters... And no, they didn't try to sell me anything extra. Great service at a fair price. I will definitely be back.

I stopped in - having never been there before. It was fast. The team worked well together. And Wes did a very professional job. I don't know who was under the car but I was pleasantly pleased with the way the job. Employees were very nice! However, I did not see prices posted outside the garage- and this place is VERY overpriced. A fully synthetic oil change should not be $115!I would not recommend going here to anyone.Service: Oil change
