These guys did a superior job, they put air in all 4 tires, popped on well needed new windshield wipers for me and did a fresh new oil change all in about 15 minutes. Feels like a brand new ride! Overall fast, friendly, expert service. 10/10 recommend Valvoline instant oil change 190 front royal pike, Winchester Virginia 22602.

I thoroughly appreciate this Valvoline for not being pushy about up selling. They really just wanted to help me, my car, and get me out the door in a timely manner. This was also one of the shortest trips I ve had to Valvoline and they changed my oil and two filters. Ellie was so nice!

Matt was my tech. He greeted me and directed me into my bay. Matt explained easily what he inspected, as well as no pressure recommendations. May had no problems scanning the coupon of my email. Once done, I was guided out and greeted me one last time. This location is recommended.

I think the service was professional and quick. They checked everything and were not pushy on selling extra items. But I keep my car in order so not much to find needing replaced. I will say that I usually change my own oil and use synthetic. At $110 for an oil change, I might look around at prices next time. I personally think this is high.

Always reliable oil changes and tire rotations. Excellent customer service! Employees are always friendly and the manager (Matt, I think?) recently went above and beyond to address a concern I had. Thank you!!!

Cannot recommend this location enough! After lots of bad experiences with Jiffy Lube, I feel confident that the folks here will be honest and actually put oil in your car before leaving. Big shout out to Matthew and James for going above and beyond, asking how your day is and taking a few mins to chat so you aren't just awkwardly sitting in your car alone.

The one that seemed to be in chargeAnnie was very rude when I first walked in. Refused to do the job at first because she couldn't read my Vin nor even attempted it. Not sure if it was because I was from out of state. Everybody else was great.

The manager I spoke to this morning about an issue I was having with my vehicle was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He helped me a great deal, provided me with useful information, and was just the sweetest person I could have spoken to.

You all were quick and knowledgeable also purchase a new engine filter was not pushed on it. This is a big plus as things that aren't needed can pushed for profit. But I saw that I needed it so I bought it. Thank you again I know where to go to get my oil change thank you again!

Because of all the poor reviews I have seen on here I don t think I ll even attempt to let these people touch my vehicle I ll just change my own oil like I always do anyways but was gonna check this place out but not now too many bad reviews

Disappointing. I told the CSR about my military discount and come to find out when I get my receipt printed it was not honored. Would have been happy to show my ID as well. And all I get was a my bad with no real resolution. Don t think I will be coming back unfortunately.

My car battery died today, and I got off work twenty minutes before they closed. I got there soon after I jumped my car. They were so kind, and explained everything, and the price couldn t be beat! Good fast oil change. Got tires rotated, but tires were never checked for air pressure. A little pricey for what was done. Would've gave 5 stars if tire pressure was checked and properly inflated. In addition a more competitive price for the synthetic oil change. It's cheaper to take it to the dealer.

Rachael, Annie and Isiah did a fabulous job on my vehicle. I pulled in less than a half hour before closing time and they hopped right on it. Start to finish about 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and very polite. Definitely will be back.

Fast and good service from everyone except Rachel. Rachel was the rudest person i ve ever had at a valvoline. She has a bad attitude and has no care to be nice. She was bossy and had no customer service skills whatsoever.

It was time for an oil change and I just got a coupon for Valvoline so I checked them out. Gabriel, Anthony & Tyler were great. Offered services based on mileage but didn t pressure me at all like most places will. Fair price for an air filter compared to the stealership! Will definitely be going back in the future. I love not having to get out of the car too. Thank you guys.

I have been using this location now for a few years. I travel a lot out of state and usually when I need an oil change I come here. They have saved me now twice. One time I went there (on my way out of town) and my car literally stalled. It was the battery and they promptly replaced it. This last week, I went with a different vehicle, on my way out of town again, and as luck would have it, my battery needed to be replaced. They did everything they could to replace it day off and get me back on the road. I seriously cannot recommend this location enough. Oil change was satisfactory but when I changed oil at next interval the technician had put my oil filter in so tight, a 15 minute oil change became a 1 hour ordeal. Used 2 different filter tools and finally had to hammer a screwdriver through the oil filter and out the other side to get enough torque to get it off! And a heck of a messy ordeal. Apparently they don t teach you in oil change college that new filters should be put on hand tight , oil change 101. Guess my tech failed this class. Sorry. Won t be back.Service: Oil change

Darius is absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the team. I stress out about getting judged for putting off my oil change a little too long but he is there to crack a joke and remind me they are there to help. It's always a pleasant and amazing experience. 100x better than sitting in a bland office alone waiting 40 minutes any day of the week.

Long story short the front end of the service is great, once you have to pay the problems arise. There is no way my oil filter was hand tightened by hand. the lube technician overtightened and probably did not put a thin layer of oil on the gasket before installing. Now I have to find a place to remove the oil filter and I have to find replacement slotted retainers for the splash guard.Normally I DIY all my routine maintenance for my car. I was in a time crunch and wasn't going to be able to change my own oil. I took my car in for an oil change here because unlike other places they at least had coupons online bring the price down to a less crazy price and I usually use Valvoline oil with my DIY oil changes.I pulled in and I was the only car. told them I had a coupon and just needed an oil change. they started the oil change and began to check the fluids and other things. about 15 minutes later they let me know my battery was barely on its last leg and said they could replace it for me. I don't recall the exact price but the battery alone was at least $60-$80 over the price of the battery itself. they asked about replacing air filters as well. I politely declined any additional services, and that those were things I could manage on my own.As I am driving home, I get my bank notification for the oil change and it was the full price not the discounted price. but at this point it they are closed.Fast Forward to doing my own oil change. The slotted retainers for my engine splash guard are gone and have been replaced with generic push-in retainers that are not easily removable and cause you to bang up your knuckles removing them if you aren't wearing gloves. Then I go to remove the Valvoline branded oil filter and I can't get it loose with my bare hands, so I pull out my socket filter cap tool. It can't get a grip, I try a metal band wrench, it just slips and can't get a tight grip. So, I go to the store and purchase a rubber strap wrench to get a grip on the filter. it grabs it but the filter is on so tight that the tool starts to dent the filter.Were they upset I declined additional services, I don't know, but the inattentive disregard to keeping track of special retaining clips, and proper procedures for installing oil filter draws concern that other details might be overlooked.Services: Battery, Oil change

So impressed!! My sister told me about this place and I gave it a try when I needed an oil change. I don t think I knew that instant meant 10-15 minutes. I was thinking I d still need to get out of the car and wait an hour. I was beyond surprised and excited when they were complete and I drove off within 15 minutes.They are more expensive than typical oil changes at dealerships, even with a coupon, but I ll gladly pay the extra to not waste 3 hours of my life.Service: Oil change

Two weeks ago I took my 2005 Porsche Cayenne to get my oil changed and let's say Jiffy Lube does not compare in any way. I drove my vehicle into the bay and remained inside of it through the entire oil change. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They let you know what they are doing during each and every step so you know exactly what is going on. You have to request an air filter pr.they won't change it. I paid $125 so it's a little pricy but you definately got what I paid for. I had some damage on the skid plate and a small oil leak and they made sure I was completely aware.

The people were nice, unfortunately they forgot to put two bolts back in my skid plate, which are a special bolt from the dealer, not a huge cost, but inconvenient to have it vibrating and rattling and fix someone else's mistake. I change my own oil 99% of the time but was short on time before a trip so took a chance, and regret it.

Today was my first time. I was looking for a place to get my oil changed and since I found a coupon I decided to try it out. I was immediately greeted and tended too. I felt so comfortable getting my oil changed with getting to see and listen to the guys communicate and verbalize all the things they were doing as they did them. The service was quality and quickness put together! All the guys were helpful and professional. Will recommend to everyone and will be back for sure!Services: Tires, Oil change
