Mike took care of my 2015 BMW that needed winterizing. Despite being slammed, he squeezed me in. The mechanic also performed a full checkpoint of all mechanical systems.

Walking in there, the place was an absolute mess which immediately was a red flag. It was so unorganized, and the owner didn t seem to be bothered by it. I understand they were busy but there were cars lined up outside their shop. Literally there was no room to park which was also a concern because why don t these people want to pick up their cars (he said they were waiting to be picked up.) Anyway, it took a HOUR AND A HALF for a simple oil change and to clear the service. The mechanic randomly says it took longer than expected meanwhile I watched him just sit in my car from the window. This is because they charge $45 an hour. Pretty funny he finished working on my car at exactly 2:25 when my appointment was at 1. That s not even the best part.. so before I had any work done to my car I asked all the questions so I better understood how it all worked. I ve only went to dealerships for everything. The owner asked me if I wanted windshield wiper fluid. I clearly told him no. So when it s all said and done, he says Oh we put windshield wiper fluid in your car. I said I m not paying for that when I told you I didn t want that. THEN HE SAYS TO ME I KID YOU NOT well give me the windshield wiper fluid you have in the back of your car. I obviously told him no!So unprofessional on soo many levels. The service was cheaper than a dealership but you definitely have to be alert. Females especially.

See's Mercedes has always been excellent whenever I've needed something, whether a simple check on a new noise coming from the engine bay or carrying out extensive repairs. Mike knows older Mercedes inside and out, and is incredibly helpful. They've been able to pinpoint and properly repair numerous issues on my 1985 500SEC (including front-end noises and the notorious high idle issues many W126s develop), whereas previous mechanics I'd been to simply tried throwing parts at it. On top of that, he's always been completely transparent with work done and the parts used, and has never tried upselling on stuff that wasn't needed. Definitely the go-to shop if you have an older Mercedes.

Just a great experience with my BMW 330 radiator issue. I am not local and found myself with a problem in Winchester. My mechanic back home looked at the radiator a few weeks ago and said i would need to replace my radiator at some point soon. So when it overheated and started smoking in Winchester, I found my way to Mike and See s. Mike replaced an upper hose and tested for any other leaks and I was good to go. I did not need to replace my radiator after all and I greatly appreciated Mike s honesty and integrity. I was an out of towner and Mike treated me like a friend. Mike would certainly get my long term business if I lived here or within even an hour drive, so worth it to have a trusted quality mechanic. Thank you Mike-KeithService: Transmission repair

The owner, Michael knows all about Mercedes-Benz and BMW. He is honest, knowledgeable and gives me the feel of my days living in Heidelberg, Germany which is brilliant! Danielle and the rest of the team are polite, experts, and excellent representatives of outstanding customer care.

See's has great machanics. That's the only place I take my car. They don't over charge you. Sometimes they will do extra things to your car and won't charge you. YES, they are good people.

Terrific and unexpected. I am working here from Texas and did not know where to turn for repairs to my X3. This guy is honest, fair and pleasant to deal with...very rare combination in the car repair world. Thank you very much to the folks at See's!!

We broke down and USAA recommended this mechanic. They were super busy and slammed but they fit us in and got us back on the road again in a couple of days. THANK YOU to See's for all your help. They went over and beyond and did a great job to give us fast service so we could get on our way.

If I could give more stars I would. Charlie See's is an absolute amazing mechanic with an incredible team. Charlie is very detailed oriented and very thorough who doesn't over sell, just sticks to the facts and does the job right. I have used a lot of Mercedes Independent mechanics and had one I loved in Richmond, however See's Mercedes is without a doubt the best shop I have ever taken our Mercedes to. I trust Charlie with all the work that he does on our cars.

I was in a terrible jam.... after 6 straight rainy days, the Sun finally come out and my CLK convertible top went down. Then, I couldn't get it back up and more thunderstorms were coming. I went to See's and spoke with Connie (an angel). I then spoke with Mike who immediately calmed me down by his knowledge and professionalism. I didn't have an appointment (They are very busy) yet Mike worked a miracle and took care of my emergency. My top is up and I beat the thunderstorm. As I was leaving another customer was at the desk thanking Mike for his guidance and saving him "a lot of money". There are not enough words of gratitude I can express to Mike, Connie & Charlie. See's is THE BEST!

I ve been using this place for service for four years now. Nothing but good things to say about them and their service. They never try and up sale you, find mysterious repairs you didn t know about or over charge. Although they may not be the only ones like this, it s pretty rare to find it. I have no intentions of going anywhere else. Great job guys!

You will not find nicer folks, more attentive and qualified Mercedes services. They helped me on several occasions. Charlie Sees sold me the parts he had for his own repairs just so I wouldn't have to wait. Then he sold me a used relay for 15$ just because I couldn't afford a new one. The next problem I had was a failing crank position sensor. Mr. Sees helped me diagnose the problem through a conversation he was willing to have with me that took over 10 minutes. He suggested a CPS and I replaced the sensor and fixed my own car. Incredibly nice and helpful folks.

Decided to save myself some money since I use to repair cars for a living and good thing I decided to. I found that I gave them $350+ for an A service once and $565 another time for a B service on my 2006 Benz (which I barely drive because I have 2 cars and it s high in miles) for them to do nothing. My air filter was full of leaves and not the pine needles from the trees around my house, the oil filter was never changed either, nor was the oil. I trusted them but not anymore.

While traveling, the water pump went on our BMW. See's had the part in stock, our car fixed right way and at a reasonable rate. Thank you Charlie and all the See's staff for getting us back to our vacation so quickly. We had a great time on Skyline Drive!

This is an incredible team of professionals. Steven obviously knows BMWs inside and out and was able to show me alot of things about my own car. Mike's estimates are thorough and reasonsable. They will be getting our business!

If you own a Mercedes or a BMW (I HAVE A BMW) rather than go to the dealership you have to make an appointment and go here. Closest dealership for my BMW is Mechanicsburg PA or Rockville.. This place is amazing.. He can fix anything. Actuators in both front doors went bad, Sun Motors said nothing wrong, door locks sounded like a machine gun, replaced here months ago and no issues.. Takes warranties also. Love this owner!! Winchester is a great place to shop and is close. Was going to sell my BMW until I found this place.
