I do not know who Naveed Mirhosseini is. I have never done business with anyone by this name. We take all our cars to Firestone to be inspected every single time. We do not buy or sell cars with rust and we never do paint work to cover up anything. Shame on this person. We have been in business since 1982 and have a very loyal following. I'd really like this person to call me. Chris Manager

Awful dealership. Bad customers service, rusty cars that they paint to try to hide. Don't even know how their cars pass inspection, they must be doing deals under the table to get them to pass. Contacted State Police and they are investigating it. Make sure you take their car to a mechanic shop or bring your own mechanic or else you will be in for a surprise.

Just purchased my second vehicle from this reputable dealership. I travel 45 minutes just to have my car repaired by S&W because their word is trustworthy and they always get the job done right at a reasonable cost. I plan to only purchase cars from S&W, because they have cars in great condition that last and suit my needs perfectly.Love this dealership and all the friendly faces that work there! Chris is flexible with my needs and has been so helpful during the process of buying a car! They will always have my business!

I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as S&W Auto Sales is around, which will hopefully be many, many years!! I have never dealt with a place as awesome as this. Chris, the owner, is amazing!! She was and continues to be so helpful!!! I have recommended this place over and over even though we live in another state! You can not go wrong here! Such an honest car dealer!!! My next purchase will definitely be here!!!! I got a great deal, amazing and unbelievable support, and the car?....THE BEST I have ever owned!! When you buy here, grab some business cards because you will want to share your good fortune by recommending them!!

We had a GREAT experience with this car lot and still continue to! The owner, Chris, was extremely helpful and kind to us when we were trying to make a decision on a car to buy. She helped us pick out the perfect one at a fantastic price!! Very honest, not pushy at all, and helped us make the decision that was right for us! I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a good car at a good price to check this place out!!

Had nothing but a positive experience with Chris, she was polite and low-pressure throughout the buying experience. She's also very knowledgeable about the cars they sell since they exclusively sell used Hondas and Toyota's. Picked up a 2002 Honda CR-V in excellent shape for a good price, Chris helped me get it home. It had a minor issue which was addressed and fixed without any additional cost to me. I was hesitant to try a small used car lot but I would certainly recommend S&W to anyone in the Winchester area.

All of the cars I've owned have come from here. The cars normally have miles but each of them are built to last. Every staff I've encountered are friendly and know the job well. My favorite piece is the atmosphere: You can walk into the office and simply have a conversation with everyone there. Morale is important and it is appreciated when the people providing a service understand that!

Second car I've purchase from Chris. I stopped in to tell her I was looking for a CRV, she called me the next day to tell me she'd found me one. Wonderful car, exactly what I was looking for. A month later she called me to say that her husband had seen me out and about and spotted some rust starting on the rear fender. She asked me to leave the car with her so she could have her body shop repair it, no charge! Seriously, who does that!!!

I bought a car there back in April and when I got it, it had transmission issues within the first week. The windows didn't wanna go down, the CD player didn't work, and it didn't wanna start sometimes. My neighbor told me a couple of his friends bought cars there and they had transmission issues also. Anyways I took the car back there so they can look at and they told me they just put a new transmission in it before I bought it. They fixed the window and said they flushed the transmission, but I was still having transmission issues so I took it back again and they told me this time that they didn't know that the transmission was a "dud" when they told me at first it was a brand new transmission. So they said they ordered me a new transmission and it'll take 10 days to put it in so they gave me a car to drive in the mean time which was a piece of junk too. It's been 3 weeks and my car is still in the same spot where I dropped it off at and I still haven't heard a word from them except the transmission is on its way. They still haven't sent me my hard tags and my 30 day tags expired already smh. Word of advice don't buy ANY car off their lot. Worse experience of my life.

In Regards to Mr. Turners review I would like to comment. Mr. Turner did not purchase the 2001 Honda Accord in question, his father did. His father lives in another state and drove here to surprise him with a car. The Accord he picked out 117,000 miles and we had recently replaced the transmission. We did not replace it with a NEW transmission as common sense would tell you its not profitable to install a new 5000 dollar transmission in a car that is 4,950. His father told us his son would be in to pick up the car and the sign the papers and he paid with a credit card. When Mr. Turner came in to receive the vehicle I could tell he was disappointed. He said he wanted "a BMW". He said all his siblings received new cars and was upset his Dad went and bought him this. A few days later he returned saying it wasn't shifting right. I told him it was under warranty and it wouldn't cost him a dime and I would repair it as soon as I could locate another transmission and gave him a car to drive. His mother and Uncle, with whom I have a personal friendship with, was here and his uncle assured him I am a person of my word and always make things right. (The uncle is in the car business also). He was unhappy with the scion XA I gave him to drive but there was nothing wrong with it, I have a feeling it was not good enough for his tastes. While he is driving the loaner his father's wife called to thank us for helping him and said she was sorry for his behavior. A few days later the son dropped off the rental saying he bought a car and he didn't need the rental any longer. We called him when the car was finished and have not seen him since. He has not even bothered to come get his title and his tags. I did everything I could to make him happy. I am highly insulted that this young man would go out of his way to lie and defame us. There is also no evidence that he has any neighbors that have had any issues with us, if they did we would have addressed the problem and I would have been aware of it. We have been here since 1982 selling Honda and Toyota cars and try to strive to make people happy. I am considering legal action against him as he put these lies in writing. I put 100 percent parts and labor warranties on my cars for 90 days or 4000 miles. I just do not know how I could have made Mr. Turner happy aside from giving him back his fathers money to go buy that BMW. Chris Scollick Owner Also in regards to the google user from 7 years ago, we do not come out on the lot and bother people as they are looking for cars. The information and price and warranty are stated clearly on the vehicles. If we took a loan application and you were not approved, it is the banks job to decline the loan and tell you why. If you want to look for a used car and be chased after and pressured into buying a car, then this is not the place you. 01/06/16 In regards to the person looking at the van a few months back. That vehicle was just purchased, was not stickered and had not even been inspected. We had just gotten the vehicle and had not even put it in the shop. The vehicle did get readied and we retailed it and I have not seen it since. It was sold with a 90 day 3000 mile 100 percent parts and labor warranty. If something was wrong with it we would have had it back by now. As for me being rude, in 20 plus years of operating this business I have NEVER had and one refer to me as rude. I have a feeling you are just someone who likes getting on the internet and placing negative information on businesses.

Great place to buy a great used car. Got a 2007 red Toyota Camry-$3950-car runs and handles like new-interior like new. Could not believe I walked into this great deal. Owner who runs the place is an absolute SWEETHEART!!!!!!!!

I bought a Toyota echo about 3 years ago and was extremely satisfied. I had to but new tires but the cars performance has made me happy until someone rear-end me recently. Plan on going back to purchase another one.

Bought a 2001 Honda Civic ex 5sd off them and after having the car for 3 days has a issue with the suspension system, and I addressed this issue to then they just overall refused to repair the car and I was forced to to the repair at a local shop even though the vehicle was still under warranty then 3 weeks later the camshaft sensor went out and they also refused to fix the sensor I even told them idc if the warranty covered the cost and that I ll pay for the repairs out of pocket but again they refused and I was forced to take it to a local shop to get fixed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FROM THE BEGINNING?!?!STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS?!?!

BANDITS. Had a pre-purchase inspection done at a local shop on one of their higher mileage but reaonably "clean" vehicles. Wasted 50 dollars to find out that the rear drive-shaft had been REMOVED to "convert" the car to FWD (it is an AWD car!!). This was so that they could cover-up the bad differential, CV, and (probably) rear axle. Several Oil leaks and a rotten serpentine belt as well. The sticker on the window showed a fresh oil change but the filter had been BEATEN ON and was RUSTED!! When I got back, Cathy (the owner) tried to look like this was news to her, but if so, she is either incredibly naive or just an idiot. The car was barely safe to drive yet they were getting ready to dump this pile of poo on some poor unsuspecting person. STAY AWAY!!!

So far its been very good... Very nice lady that runs it shes willing to work with people... My van want ready but she still sent me home in a vehicle on her lot just to make sure i wasnt stranded

Will not criticize the owners - but the business model is flawed in that they will not honor the warranty provided with auto purchase. For that reason, I cannot recommend.
