Quality work, very knowledgeable and professional. They definitely try to educate and help you understand why or what needs to be done instead of the typical selling jobs that you get from most places. Got the job done and went above my expectation. Definitely recommend this place for any type of work. From engine, suspension, brakes, drivetrain I thrown it all at them and was met with nothing but quality workmanship. No complaints.

I actually Googled this company because my vehicle was having some issues with accelerating and the check engine light was on. I took my car in to their shop that morning and the process was amazing. Within an hour, they text me to let me know they had found the problem and what my estimate would be. I held my breath because i knew it was going to be bad. Well, guess what? It was totally affordable. They completed the work and sent me another text letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. All of this was done within the same day. I can't believe I drove around like this for 5 months with these issues. Li'l Red-My car now runs like she did when I bought it brand new 6 years ago. Your shop and your team are awesome and I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.

I took my truck there in April for ball joint repair everything went well, I called up again in July for my drivers side ball joints the clerk Millie Mildred Carr-Turner took the call and advised the part will come in August1st, however when I called to follow up the part hadn t arrive she gave me another delivery date which was August 11th. The part arrived on the 9th and she advised I can bring the truck in because I haven t had my truck in about 3weeks. I brought the truck there for the repair and Millie called and said the truck was ready I asked her the price she quoted 4 hundred and something dollars and stated the price was lower I m a customer I don t do pricing. I picked up my truck we were talking about me bringing another vehicle there so I left drove off did my errands and went home the next day it rained and my son had training that day and used my truck, as he was driving home the drivers side tire fell off thank God my God allowed my son to get off the highway before the tire and ball joint broke off and my son tried desperately not to hit the light pole or the hydrant off of ramblewood.. I called Bobbie frantically because my son could of been killed.. they didn t have a tow driver I had to get a tow from my insurance company but to find out what happened Millie ordered the wrong part she ordered a rack and pinion bushing that is not what I asked for so they replaced what they damaged but not my body work.. I take my truck to Nissan for oil changes and they do a ten point inspection every time but they expensive and I heard about Rivers bend I didn t get that treatment after they did my truck like this. I called the owner Mr Marc Coonly he has not returned my calls one I am a retired police officer and you need to fix the body of my truck.. this suppose to be a friendly local auto repair shop and this is how they treat their customers I have pictures of the scene so notify me and get this resolved . I left my number with Mr Coonly workers be accountable for your employees mess the adjuster was wrong

When I was growing up, my grandad made sure to teach me how to do all my own work on cars, and I appreciate that. But sometimes there's just some jobs I can't do, mostly because of the specialized tools required. I like bringing my car here for those jobs. This place is fast, fair, and honest. I've been to other shops for work I can't do myself, but this place is best I think. I hope it stays that way, and I hope they're around for a real long time.

Friendly staff made for getting my repairs there easier than elsewhere. They diagnosed the issue quickly plus did a free inspection. That was a good way for them to upsell me on the smaller, cheaper things that needed fixed while allowing me to keep in mind what I need to get done and how much that'll cost down the road. They were more comprehensive than other places I've gone to. Two people recommended them to me so I knew I found trust them and that they'd listen to me and actually fix what the problem is without a hassle, which they did.

Went to get my state inspection. Service was great and fast. The 2 women at the front desk were a joy to talk to while I waited. The mechanic who did my inspection was very detail oriented and had a great attitude. Great job guys/gals!

This place is a complete rip off. Under no circumstances whatsoever does it cost $1k to do brakes on a 2010 yukon.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the pricing was fair. It seemed like a fun workplace too, which is a plus in my book. They were able to schedule me in pretty quickly and the oil change and inspection was done in an hour. And as a bonus, the sticker for next oil change was reflective of my actual car and the type of oil It uses (synthetic) rather than the generic 3month/3,000 miles other places have stuck on. All around pleasant experience and would recommend them as my friend and her dad recommended them to me. I live in Richmond city but it s worth the drive for nice, honest people and fair pricing.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Been bringing my vehicles here for inspections for years. They are very friendly and do the job. And most importantly, they don't tey to scam you that you need more work. Only thing, don't have a waiting area for customers, just 4 chairs, so drop off is best for jobs beyond inspection.

Great service. As a lady it's a comfort to go to a shop and feel like your getting honest service and great work. The ladies at the desk are kind and caring. And you don't feel when you leave you have been shafted. 10 out 10 highly recommend.

New in the area and the oil pressure in my Volkswagen was low. I had no idea what that meant so I took it here to figure it out and they re the best! Got me in right away, everyone working there was so nice and informative. Car was done and checked on within just a few hours and they explained the issue to a definite non-car-person so well. I took my 37 Ford streetrod pick up to get brake lights fixed.Most shops in the area didn't want to work on the truck because it is a ford with Chevy running gear.River Bend not only fixed in one day they were friendly and fair priced.weathrt

River's Bend Auto Care and staff are amazing. I was on my way to an appointment in Richmond and my truck broke down 2 miles from this shop. I tell you they went above and beyond to get my truck straight. I appreciate you all so much. I missed my appointment but it is rescheduled 2 weeks from now. Everything worked out, Praise be to God. Thanks Staff of River's Bend! They replaced bearings and hub.

The service personnel and mechanics of River s Bend Auto Service provided me with exemplary service. I was on my way home to Wilmington, NC from a trip to Pennsylvania when my car went dead at food stop in Chester, VA. I replaced the battery, however, all the need service warning lights flashed on. River s Bend Auto Service was highly recommended to me so I traveled there hoping that my car would make it without stalling out. The mechanics checked my battery and alternator as well as other areas under my hood. Meanwhile the Service women behind the desk spent a better part of an hour calling around to various auto stores and a dealership inquiring about the immediate availability of alternators in case the latter needed to be replaced. It was suggested that I go to the only Honda dealership around which was about a twenty minute drive in order to have my car diagnostically evaluated. I did so and Honda reset the codes on my car and all was well. River s Bend Auto Service would not have been able to do that but recognizing that I needed such help stirred me in the right direction so that I could then drive home the same evening free of difficulties. This time and effort on their part was provided without charge and with concern for my well being. They called me to make sure I found the Honda dealership and also the next morning to inquire as to the outcome. Words can not convey my appreciation and gratitude to all there for their help and concern. I highly recommend River s Bend Auto Service.

The staff at Rivers Bend Auto was very nice to me and very professional. Had my car inspected and back on the road again quickly. With minimal waiting time. I will definitely come back if I need more work done.

The technician Mr. Atkinson did an amazing job. He was polite, timely, precise, and kept my car clean from oil & grease while he was inspecting it. I have had a previous shop get grease and oil all over my seat and my floorboard, so this was important to me. I had a emergency situation 3 hours away from home, luckily I was right down the road from riverbend! They took my truck right in got right to work on it and done a amazing job. The lady s working inside the office are just as nice as they can be they ll really make you feel at home, while you re sitting around waiting. They got it done in a timely manner and I still made it to the river to fish they saved my day! These people are awesome and I would highly recommend!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Customer service awful. Went to get my car checked out and get an estimate, which took from 8am till after 4. Decided not to get my repairs done there based on the customer service. Went in on Monday by Thursday my antifreeze was all on the ground and my car was running hot....why you ask because you didn't screw the top back on tight thank you for the inconvenience and the trouble you caused me. I was trying to get a vehicle inspection for my vehicle for at least three months and every place I called or stopped at had a long wait to get it done. I was so excited when I contacted them at Rivers Bend Auto Care because I was able to bring my vehicle there for an inspection within a few hours. The staff is very friendly and was quick service. Loved how the staff was so nice and greeted by all and thanked for my business and to enjoy my holiday weekend. Recommend to allService: General repairs & maintenance

River s Bend is by far the best auto shop I ve been to in my 36 years of living. From the quality of service to the southern hospitality. Was greeted so nice by the receptionist and the mechanic made sure they showed me everything that was wrong and fixed it in less time than I expected. I will come here for all of my auto needs.
