No more business with Ridgeway Auto. I thought they were genuine and educated enough to handle my cars. NOTE: This was my 2nd time service with them on 1 of my car out of 5. First one was just an oil change and tire alignment.My HUB CAP on the rim was broken but i thought it was my RIM thats broken and needs replacement. Guy(Adam i believe his name is) at Ridgeway Auto checked and said YES entire rim needs to be changed which will cost 200$+ each RIM including labor. Maybe he is not educated enough to work on tires. But when the car went to garage and the mechanic checked they would have definitely known for sure being in this business for long enough.I later went to Discount Tires to change the RIM on my car as they had the part and they were genuine enough to say that it was just the HUB CAP thats broken and not the actual rim as you can see in attached image.Good thing is i was lucky not to get this fixed from Ridgeway Auto where my total bill was estimated to be 350$+ as the RIM is expensive and difficult to get as per the guy on counter.BE AWARE of Ridgeway Auto Scam!!!!!!!

I had work done with 2 different garages in Sterling and Leesburg for steering and suspension issues. Within months of each repair, certain issues came back with a vengeance. Both times, Ridgeway was able to get me in quickly & actually fix the problems correctly.Adam is great, communicative and as accommodating as possible. He helped me schedule the repairs so that it didn't interfere with home & work life.These guys are fast, have excellent rates, and get the work done RIGHT while offering guarantees/warranties so that even if something uncharacteristic and unforeseeable happens you're still covered.There is no other place I'd rather take my vehicle for repairs.

Had Dwayne just save me off 37 north. Pretty sure my water pump took a dive. Took my baby all the way home and even got her in the parking spot! Very nice gentleman and was so kind

After a breakdown on I85 near Winchester VA, AAA towed our vehicle to Ridgeway Auto Center at closing on a Thursday afternoon. We were told they would contact us in the morning. We received a call about 9:30 with an estimate and possible time frame. We were back on the road at 1:30 Friday. Everyone was friendly and polite. If I lived nearby, they would definitely be my go to repair shop.

My wife and I were on a trip to see our nephew and son graduate college. We just got lunch and filled up. We were back on I81 with 3 hrs to go. We were about 5 1/2 hrs from home. It was pushing 15:30. The engine light on my dash started flashing as we hit the Virginia state line. I pulled off into the first rest stop. We called AAA. AAA had our vehicle towed to Ridgeway auto in Winchester. They were closing as we got there. They quickly took my contact info and said they would contact me in the morning. They called about 8am and asked what happened with the vehicle. I told them. They had it fixed the same day and was cheaper than I expected. They were quick, courteous and professional. Thank you!

The crew at Ridgeway are simply the best! I thought it was time to retire my wife's 2007 Nissan Pathfinder....I was wrong Billy (Red) Regan and his crew have that vehicle running the best it ever has....drove it this past weekend out of town to gigs.... I was so impressed! Thanks again Ridgeway, y'all Rock!

The did an excellent job communicating what was needed, timelines and any options when they were repairing my car after I hit a deer. They did a phenomenal job. My car looks better now than when I got it. They also went above and beyond by correcting some other minor issues while they had the car

Could not have asked for a better experience!!! Craig made everything super simple and way less stressful than I was thinking it would be! I ll definitely be taking my car back for future needs! Thanks guys

Good people, straight up service!This is the only place I will take my vehicles to anymore. There are few shops that have this level of expertise and are still as honest as you can be. They've done great work for me every time. They're often busy, and you will know why when you get a fair deal and the truth about your vehicle.

When my daughter broke down after midnight on a road trip 5 hours from home and had to be towed here I was very concerned. These guys were amazing responding first thing in the morning and getting the car repaired by noon. The prices were more than fair. If it wasn't so far from home, I would be a customer for life. It is reassuring to know that there are good people in this world looking out for our children. Thank youCharles and crew.

The owner is very rude...I had a newborn and he knew I was walking out behind him and didn't even hold the door for us...my hands were full carrying a diaper bag and a baby carrier...he failed my car for inspection and told me it needed brakes and rotors for $400 plus dollars...I took my car elsewhere (tire outfitters) and they told me my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine and it passed inspection. The brakes and rotors are nowhere even near needing replaced...very dishonest company with a rude owner...the gentleman behind the desk was very nice on a good note

My car s battery finally gave out today. AAA sent Ridgeway out to start my car. They showed up before the quoted time, which was wonderful. I was told they could replace my battery quickly at their shop. We called and spoke to Charlie to make sure. When we got there, sure enough, even though they were busy, our battery was still changed quickly. This was wonderful since it was my last day of vacation and I had plans with my youngest daughter. Thank you, Ridgeway Auto!

The guys at Ridgeway were fantastic. Went in for an inspection and had to have a repair done. They were able to do it the following week, and even were able to accommodate a last minute schedule change due to my work schedule, and very reasonable price for the repair. I was in and out in about an hour. No hassle and explained everything clearly that needed to be done.

Ridgeway Auto is the best repair shop in town! Mechanics are smart and honest. They can correctly diagnose any vehicle problem and fix it in a reasonable time. They picked up my Nissan Frontier in a tight parking space in a shopping center parking lot, diagnosed a BCM problem, and had me back on the road the following day. The price was very reasonable and I have peace of mind that it s fixed right. I recommend them highly!

Took my vehicle in for a battery draw, they had it for two weeks. Called every other day to follow up and was told it would be done the next day. They instead performed a state inspection on it without asking me about it. Battery draw also was not diagnosed. Nothing could be found took it to buetners, they found the cause of the battery draw.

This company towed my car and charged the maximum allowed for holding it.... I had to come up with the $$ to get my car and called on Friday evening to find out exactly how much it would be and when I could get it. I was informed that because it was after 7pm (it was 7:04) that I would have to wait until Tuesday to pick it up because the office was closed on the weekends and on Monday because it was a holiday. When I asked if the price would go up since they were limiting my access to come in and get the car they told me that yes, I would have to pay an additional $200 by Tuesday when they ALLOWED me to come and pick up the car!! In all it cost me $850 to pick up my car in the end and they refused to work with me on that amount at all!

With little notice, Wayne Ridgeway stepped up to the plate last night and safely delivered our Jaguar along with us to a repair shop in Western NY after our car died on I-81N in Northern VA. He was courteous, helpful and kind. I can't say enough about how extremely accommodating he was. He is a man of integrity, kindness and intelligence. Winchester VA is lucky to have him!

Literally, these guys are the ONLY people I trust to work on my car. They have exclusively been working on my car for over 3 years, and I reccomend them to ANYONE who needs a mechanic. Their 24/7 towing service has saved my hide more times than I can count, too.

These guys are always super helpful and nice. The prices here are more then fair and the turn time is always fast. I always take my vehicles here to be worked on and would recommend them to anyone.

Finding someone to trust in car repair business can be fustrating and annoying. I have real confidence in the mechanical expertise, fast courteous service, and integrity of this reputable organization. For the past 18 years this has been and remains my FIRST stop when something goes wrong... I challenge you to find anyone else in this category!

I was just there for a motorcycle inspection, which went fine and rather quick, but while I was there a latino lady's car, which she drove in was not safe for her to drive home so they took her home till it could be repaired. NOW THAT'S SERVICE. Keep up the good work.

Bad service...I was told to bring my car for oil change AND INSPECTION and It would take a about an hour.....dropped it at off at 815 am and at 330 I hadn't heard from them so I finally call and we'll wouldn't u know they had yet to do it and the guy said it would be a couple of days WHAT!!!! FOR AN OIL CHANGE....ILL TAKE MY BUISNESS SOME WHERE ELSE..,...JIFFY LUBE HERE I COME.......

The same place, did us dirty. Topped off oil on my wife's car that was suppose to take 4.7 quarts of oil and the techs put in 7 quarts of oil. When I drained the old oil I measured it and was super pissed, if you want you want good work dont go here.

Never had a vehicle worked on however the towing service sucks....police decided they needed to tow my husband's motorcycle (not dui) driver just layed the bike on it's side at impound lot . So it layed for 30days ....Thanx driver ...I hope one day ur vehicles are destroyed as well !!

Billy is the reason why I started coming here I followed him from Tri-State Nissan he has been working on all of my vehicles for 16 years now. I'm always pleased with his work and customer service. I hope he never retires lol.
