Well, I live in NOVA one hour from this place. My 2012 Kia Optima died on the way to VT. I did take it to this dealer and it turned out the engine was blown. How lucky I was.. the Kia was covered under recall. They repaired my car and now I'm with it planning to drive another 150K. Everyone at the dealer I spoked to were so nice... Scott and Del, both of you were amazing during the whole process. Thank you again.

Never Buy a Kia from here and try and get warranty work or Recalls done with them. Takes months to get an appointment and fixed. Don't buy the maintenance program with rental because they never have rentals for you. 3 times I had my car in for the same warranty work, now 2 times for the same Recall for the SUV and now warranty work for the SUV that started over 3 months ago and just now getting it in. They couldn't look at the warranty work during the Recall that they never fixed and told.me I needed an my first oil change 3000 miles before it was actually due. Oh and still same open Recall showing after they supposedly fixed already. Worthless. Mind you that most Kia dealers are booked out months so why ever buy a Kia again if you can never get the warranty work or Recalls fixed in a timely manner.

Stopped by to make an appointment to have my ignition repaired from the attempted theft. They did quit a bit of damage but were unsuccessful with stealing it. Hopefully, I can afford to have it fixed.Everyone was very nice and helpful. 1st impression, 5 stars.

Excellent service. Was in for recall check. They also checked my car over. Fixed a light. And enquired about maintenance work. ( I was up to date) my car is 15 years old, 186,000 miles, and still runs great. Customer service was also awesome when I got there.

If you want a car that's the place. Friendly and NO pressure. Had Gil look at our car gave us the best price around. Had Matt for sales and both were just AWESOME. I recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled maintenance, oil change and state inspection completed. Scheduled online last week, showed up and vehicle taken back right away. Service technician advised me the throttle body didn't need serviced because of the milage and saved me over $100, that's rare in today's F everybody policies. Truly pleased with everything and everyone at Parsons Kia you now have a customer for life.

This dealer are running the biggest scam I am a transporter I am transporting new Kia for past 13 years, I transport cars all over Northern Va, this dealer each time we bring cars from the port, find mirror scuff on cars and than make big claims through insurance, I have spoke to 4 different transporter and they have done same exact thing with themHope they stop doing bad business with everyone they are trying to recover there loss on each cars from transporter

This absolutely the WORST dealership experience I have ever had in my life. And I worked at dealerships for two years. They failed to have me sign documents that resulted in me having to run and them drop them off, have someone meet me to sign, and had to send some back by mail. Three separate occasions. Then I call to have my first free oil change and that lady in service has no idea what I m talking about. I was literally told my first oil change was free. This is the most trash dealership I ve ever been unfortunate enough to work with. I ve always heard terrible things about Parsons and now I know why. They are absolutely the reason car dealerships get a bad reputation.

Wow! I can't even begin to explain the high level of customer service all around here. This dealership is comparable to no other I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond in every possible capacity for our family who was essentially stranded. A++ customer service. We are forever grateful for them and their hospitality. Highly recommend!

Great staff thru out, bought my wife 2019 Optima here. The sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable on the inventory they have. Just took vehicle for the first service at parsons Kia and the service staff was very friendly, making you feel welcome. They where fast and speedy with turn around of vehicle, and able to give us a loaner so my wife could get to work. If your in the market for a new car and wanting a kia, I definitely recommend parsons Kia of Winchester. 5 star service thru purchasing and service.

I have been going to Parsons Kia for many years. I just didn't expect for the recent job on my car to put me around 3 thousand in the hole. What are you gonna do if it is the price to fix your car? You are going to pay it right? Debbie in the service department is wonderful, knowledgeable, and a people person. I will continue to have my car service there but hopefully it won't break me.

Our salesman (Anton) was absolutely wonderful, but as soon as we had to deal with his sales manager, things went downhill fast. Our salesman was fantastic the entire time, but his manager had zero interest in selling us a car. He said he wouldn t be putting in orders for new cars until next month, so it would be a couple of months (which wasn t a huge deal, but this manager acted like we were a nuisance). Then he totally lowballed us on our trade in ($3000 below KBB), and wouldn t budge on that. Needless to say, we walked away, but I feel so bad for our salesman because he took so much time with us and was so helpful and kind. If I rated our salesman, he would easily get five stars, but his manager is what killed it for us. What a disappointmentg.

Excellent communication and customer service. Willing to work with customer schedules and needs. We have been looking for this particular telluride for 6 months but nearly everyone has them marked up for supply and demand purposes. Parsons Kia and our Salesman Chris Lewis got us into the vehicle we sought after without price gouging; or us settling on something we ultimately didn t want. We highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thank you!

Purchased a used car as is. Salesman tells us GM has no wiggle room on price and they making bare minimum (yeah, right) on sale. My son decided to buy anyway. Finance guy gave us APR rate of 9.49%. Which was the same fill in rate they gave us on payment sheet, BEFORE we gave them any info. Our bank gave us a rate 5 percent lower when they opened Monday.

We've purchased our last four vehicles from Parsons Kia and have always received great service and reliable vehicles. You can't beat the current 200,000 mile warranty.

if you want your car to smell like a pack of cigarettes and be worked on my a right wing nut job come here. Leave tobacco and politics out of my car experience, I don't need to a see a giant Biden or Trump 2000 poster on the wall of the guy working on my car. Oh, and they also come up with things to fix that are working fine. Took my car in for routine maintenance and they quoted me a $1000 in extra "repairs" and services that were not due for another 10k miles.

Very disappointed in the service center ! My wife took my daughters car in for an oil change. After a couple days of driving we realized they didn t put the screws back in skid plate. We took the car back in and they supposedly fixed it.Well daughters boyfriend changed oil this time and recognized that the skid plate was zip tied !!! We contacted them about it and no one has returned our phone call.

This is my second KIA Forte. I like the car but I have had trouble with the steering columns going bad. My first car within a year I've had to put 2 steering columns within a year and some change. They told me it was because of high mileage. Plus I had other minor things wrong also. So what did I do bought another one because I told them I would never buy another one that I would buy a Honda the next time. Well they gave me a good deal on a trade in so I got another 2021 Forte. I have around 60,000 miles on it now I have to get a steering column on this one now. Same reason of course. I like the dealership but no more KIA cars after this.

We bought a car from Matt Herman and I have to say it was the easiest and fastest car buying experience ever. He wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel bad when we left to check out one more dealership. He mentioned being there for us when we got the car and even after. Sure enough we saw a minor scratch on our new car the morning after we got it and he helped us get it taken care of immediately with no questions asked. Every time we have went in he always chats with us for a few minutes and honestly feels like a friend we have always had! I would highly recommend buying a car from Matt Herman at Kia!

My experience , I found the car I wanted and agreed to the price and trade in price on my Tiguan. Tell them run credit and I would like to use chase and they said no problem , come back and say it would be through someone else that they don't deal with chase anymore ( didn t remember before they started? ) and tried to hit me with a interest rate 3 times more than on the car I have now (795 -800 ish score). So now I have a hit on my credit because they cant listen . They don't show you the offer from the bank just some printout of their own so they can mark up interest and get the kickback .Very dishonest people do yourself a favor go somewhere else , I am.

The absolute worst dealership I ve experienced in the northern part of Virginia. Salesman that took my call inquiring about the new EV6 was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I ve ever spoke to when working with a customer. Start with saying you require a credit app to test drive the car??? You can test drive it every other dealership in Virginia, because I did. I only called to ask questions about ordering one as Parson s is the closest dealer to my home, I don t even want to buy the one you have on your showroom, apparently NOBODY does. Northern Virginia only has a markup of $5,000.. they ve sold all of theirs, not what you re asking and it s not mandatory like your ignorant staff member claimed. Ask KIA they will say something completely different. Then he had the audacity to tell me that Parsons Kia is not for you! I was simply asking questions, I wasn t rude, I simply stated it s no mandatory and I already know to order one is a 6 - 8 month wait! Maybe sales isn t for you!! I m mind blown that he thinks this any of that is acceptable when talking to a potential customer. Wish I caught your name so I could add it to the post.

There is a lack of communication that is easily disguised as them trying to exploit you. They don't tell you the cost of repairs but they will repair it and demand compensation after.I would go to a local mom and pop shop for repairs than here. You can get your warranty stuff taken care of for your KIA, just don't expect anything else to be fair.Johnson's 2 is a preferred alternative than this place, especially for brakes and Butiner's Tires is down the road and they are better priced than here.Enjoy the free advice.

Had my 2022 Kia K5 s first service here. My brand new (8,000 miles) car smelled like they hotboxed a carton of Marlboro Red s by the time they were done (4 hours later).

Bought my first ever brand new car there earlier this year. Wow! Their customer service is phenomenal and their service department is superb. If you're looking for an amazing buying and maintenance experience this is the place for you. I would recommend Salesman Mike Compton and Matt White.
