Had a very good experience with this place. Madison the store manager is so knowledgeable and pleasant. She helped us get the get correct batteries for our RV we were selling. Highly recommend going here and talking with Madison. She s a gem.

This location is perfect right close to my work and common places people visit like Kroger and the courthouse. I went it for a check engine light the lady who helped me was very professional. She checked the issue and found it was a thermometer issue 20bucks and I was outa there. Great service and saved me a ton from having to go to a mechanic. Thanks guys.

I was stuck at a shopping center as my battery had died. I was near the Iron Bridge location of O'Reilly's. I called them and a service tech came to my location to jump start my vehicle. I followed him to the store to have a new battery installed. They were wonderful and treated me well. No charge for the jump either (but I did give a tip to the service tech for helping me.)

I m restoring my grandma s 2002 Chevy Impala. I just got it this past weekend.I took it out to run errands and try to work out the old gas. I wasn t prepared for the radiator cap to go all loosey-goosey on me, but it did.I barely made it 3 miles, and pulled into the post office (the 1st place on my agenda for the afternoon).Irritated, I hoofed it over to the food lion to get a couple gallons of distilled water. As I m filling the radiator back up, I m pondering which auto parts store would be the quickest, considering the traffic lights. Then I called O Reilly s to make sure they had the part. They had one left in stock.Hmmm. I asked, could you bring it to me? I explained I was about a mile away. Stuck.After a brief hold, they confirmed someone could bring me a new cap in about 10 min. I paid with a credit card. $6 bucks. No charge for delivery.About 5 min later, Dave pulled up. He was professional, but more importantly, he was kind. I am sooooo thankful! Sure, I could ve limped the car up to his store. But it was nearing rush hour. With 4 traffic lights. The car was gonna overheat before I could get it there. As it was, I was able to get the car home without issue. I m sure, once I can set a date to do it, I ll be buying the antifreeze soon from Dave s O Reilly s, for when I bleed it & refill. And anything else I need for Hazel s Impala.Thank you Dave!!!

Always the nicest and most caring staff. Exceptional service and very well educated. David, Chyaa, and more who's names escaped me, have always gone above and beyond to take care of me. I couldn't reccomend them enough.

Walked in and was told. "Just a minute" by a male worker behind counter who was working on something already. A female worker said hi but didn't offer to help. A couple of minutes later another customer came in and the female employee walked over to a computer and asked if she could help the new guy and not me!So I left and won't be coming back!Too many other places around to be treated like I'm invisible.

This is my go to auto parts store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have rented tools and not returned them on time due to life issues and still had no issues. It's easy to order parts from the website and pick up at the store.

Is a good place to get auto parts for your vehicles. sometimes they have things that are in stock that Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone don't have. They also give a military discount of 10%. I'm not sure about senior discounts or if any of them give that but you can always ask.

Called to get sone prices on parts i needed for my vehicle. Joelle answered very professionally and gave me the warranty amts for lifetime and one year. Very great experience will definitely recommend to family, friends and co workers.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a part and was told I would be called when it came in. A week later, still no call. Called the shop, part had come in on time (5 days earlier). Had to postpone auto repairs and rearrange several schedules thanks to the lies the employees tell. Save your money, go elsewhere.
