I ve came like 4 times already and I will continue to bring my business here!! Christina and Ricky are amazing! Super helpful and honest! I even had my mom come and purchase her tires here ! We got them at an amazing price!!! Would 100% recommend this place !!!

I feel comfortable coming here. I don t know as much about cars as I would like just the basics: oil changes, spark plugs, changing a tire, etc. With that said, I have not felt that I m trying to be sold an arm and a leg of services that need to be completed after just coming in for a simple oil change. Prices are reasonable and Paul has taken care of me a few times. I ll definitely keep coming back here because I don t feel like I m being taken advantage of. Seems like a great working environment too

We ve used this store a few times now. They ve helped us out twice in a pinch with a flat tire. Since then we ve started to use them more and more for new tires, alignments, and oil changes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I feel like I get good service at good prices. Any time we have service done they make sure we understand the work that was completed and the charges. We have started to recommend that our friends check out this store whenever they are looking for new tires or simple service appointments. We had no idea that this gem of a store was around until they helped us out in a pinch with a flat tire and now they have become one of our go to places.

I recently had service at the location in Winchester,VA on Adams Dr.In addition to my requested services a couple of things were brought to my attention that I should consider having done as well as their importance.The manager, Paul explained everything in terms I could understand as well as making suggestions to what I should prioritize.Your manager, Paul and his staff at this location were professional and polite.I would definitely recommend this location for auto repair/service.

Paul helped me where the other shops managers suck. Stay away from that facility it has gone down hill. Paul is the manager here and thanks to Jasmine from the other facility I was able to get the alignment parts they broke and then to Paul s surprise no one noticed the control arms needed replaced. Got the parts and the alignment done had to go get the control arms done then brought it back to Paul and Christine who did great. My alignment guy I did not get his name but he was so pleasant. This facility I highly recommend over the Farday facility

I have been coming to NTB for years now. The best part is being acknowledged when walking in the door. Paul, Kristina and Ricky have always been the representatives that have greeted me. Everyone is great. Coming here for years really builds a great relationship. Communication, laughter and sufficient work ethic. I wouod not change anything for the world. Even when you ask the craziest questions as I would say they had the time and patience to help me understand. They work so hard to make sure the customer service was wonderful and you have a great experience. Which is the reason why I keep returning. Build great relationships with good people.

Christina and the rest of the staff are very helpful and informative about what your vehicle needs. They don't put pressure on you to have stuff done on the vehicle if it's not needed. I come here all the time for vehicle repair and maintenance.

Paul does a great job! Him and I have done business for a long time and I really feel like I can trust him. He has gone out of his way to build a good relationship with me and gain my trust and respect. I will continue to do business with him and his team! They all do a great job!

I highly recommend this establishment! Christina and the staff were very detail-oriented. They remembered me and EVERYTHING that I was concerned about when I arrived for my appointment. My car runs smoother now than when I had I bought it.

Had to get my car towed because it stopped working on the highway and was referred to this location. They quickly checked my car only to find out that I needed to pour gas!!! Was very thankful that s all it was. They actually pushed my car to the sheetz next door so I could pour gas quickly instead of waiting on someone to send gas. I ended up getting an oil change and they did that quickly as well! They were very friendly, respectful and honest and I m thankful I was referred to them. Will definitely be coming back to this location!! Thank you to Ryan and Tim and everyone else that pushed my car!!

I had an emergency with my vehicle and I completely recommend 100% this branch thanks to Mr.Ricky Velez and his companion Paul. They were able to put me on their schedule and see me ASAP!! Thank you!! Ask for them when you need help! Great customer service given here!!

Best experience ever. I called everywhere trying to find my size tire and no one had it. Well, no one except them. They handled everything in a timely manner and were so kind. Nothing was overpriced. If you need tires there s really nowhere better to get them.

I highly recommend the Winchester NTB. Recently got tires from here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Ask for Christina! She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond with customer service!

Use to love this place until today.Took my car in for tires mounted and balanced. I dropped it off at 11:30 and he said they would work on it around 1pm. I called at 3pm and they said it would be another 1.5 hours. Came back here 15 minutes before closing (4:45pm) and it's done. They never called me saying it was finished even though they assured me twice they would.The car has been done since 3:50pm, I know that because that's when they plugged my dashcam back in after they unplugged it before working on it and pulling it into the bays. It also says on the invoice when they created it which matches up with my dashcam. (which is sketchy that they unplugged it)They did not inform me there will be a tire recycling charge, they did not inform me that because I purchased the tires they won't offer warranty on them, I only found that out from the invoice.

The entire NTB team is just fabulous. Friendly, polite and informative. Came in with my tire sensor on. I had a nail in my tire. However, the team told me what my options were in a no pressure informative way. They even went and got the tire for me since they didn't have one in stock. They always remember me and get to fixing my car quickly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Ricky and the NTB team!

Few months ago i went to get a tire repaired. When I called i specifically asked if they patch tires with a patch, not a plug. They said they did and to bring it in. After waiting they came to me and said they plugged it but wasn't sure of the repair so they did it on the house. I was a little annoyed they plugged it and didn't use a patch but since it was free decided to let it go. After a few days it began to leak again so I had to take it to another shop that used a patch like I wanted in the beginning. Flash forward to today I needed 2 new front tires. I specifically wanted firstone the same tires that are on the vehicle. I specifically stated this when making the appointment and they said they had them and set the day. I show up for the appointment and they tell me 2 good year tires right? Um no... oh well let me see if we have the tires you want. Nope. Waste of time. I would not recommend this business at all. I feel like I was told they did have the tires I wanted so I would come then hopefully change my mind when I got there.

Stopped in to get a nail pulled from my tire. Didn t realize there was all NEW STAFFING, but the service was impeccable! Jasmine has great customer service. She listened attentively while I explained my concerns. Got me checked in and pulled into the garage. I didn t get the shop foreman s name but he was awesome as well! Shop foreman pulled the nail out, showed me the culprit and advised me of the condition of my tire. Turns out I did not need patching, repaired or a new tire. The nail never punctured. The service was quick. The information conveyed was specific to my issue and I was on my way. This location is still my favorite NTB in the area and I will return when it s time for new tires.

Took the truck for repair and replaced the valve cover gasket. And when the truck was driven.. oil was leaking everywhere. Missing & lose screw heads. .

Came in to get a tire on my daughter s car looked at. Randy and Will were very professional and quick to help us. Tire was fixed and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Always great and reliable service when coming here.

Horrible place. Bought 4 Michelin tires and for some reason they made my truck shake past 50 miles an hour. Took it back and they did nothing and gave me the truck back. So obviously it did the same thing. So I wanted another set put on. They said they did this but I marked the inside of the tires with a grease pen and sure enough they were the same tires. All they did was take the tire pressure down to 25 psi. It did run a little better but that s not right. Would not help me anymore after that so I had to take a $500 loss on the tires and buy a new set somewhere else. Stay away from this place at all costs. The cost for mechanic work is horrendous. Dont know why anyone would take their vehicle there to get fixed. Just because it is a big company doesn t mean they have scruples.

I had a flat tire with no spare while in Winchester yesterday. By phone, Christine was super helpful with availability & prices for tire needed. I was so bummed about not being able to get home with my auto. I let her know it would be towed there after hours & I'd be there at am opening.She was kind & helpful to show me my other tires & dashboard trouble light. She helped me feel more confident last eve that my car would be taken care of & I also learned a bit more myself this morning! Christine is an excellent rep for NTB at Adams Ave, Winchester location. Keep up the great customer service, Christine- glad I called the right place & met up with you! Maureen

Christina Triggs was awesome from beginning to end. Very quiet and soft spoken but totally customer focused and helpful. Because of her, I will be back for my cars future service needs. She deserves a raise!!! Good employees are not a given these days and I am always thankful when I encounter one. Thank you Christine

Store # 4584 did an excellent job of fixing a problem that caused from store #4585 . Last oil changed dune thr and returned for another oil change . During that time they found that they had previously over tightened the drain plug , and proceeded to strip the head of the bolt by using the wrong tools . Store 4584 with thr excellent customer service and top notch technicians , got it dun correctly . Thanks guys

I have tried for 4 days to get a set of tires. Noone I talked to knew anything about the order that was supposed to have been placed. When I finally get an appointment for 3pm my keys didn't get taken back until after 4pm. A customer who came in after me with no appointment was told it would be over a 2 hours wait, but was finished with their car before my keys were even taken back. I have used this company in the past (my hometown) with never an issue. BUT my opinion about this place has completely changed. 6:00pm and I'm still sitting here waiting!!!!!! Go somewhere else definitely not here!!!!!!! Was told there were 2 tech well here they are on the picture outside!! I have been here for 3 and half hours and still waiting!!!!!!

Paul and his guys are great at NTB they worked on my Infinity QX80 recently and have my mustang in the shop currently. Definitely a great shop to take your vehicle.

I had my back breaks go out on me, rubbing metal on metal and tight on funds. I was about to walk out when the guy at front desk stopped me to check out other options. Helped me out tremendously, if not for Paul helping me out I'd still be stuck. This is the place I will be coming to anytime I need work done to my vehicle. Real genuine people who are willing to help you get things done. Thank you so much Paul and the men at NTB.

Wonderful service. They stayed open almost 2 hours late for us and sent 2 drivers to 3 different places for 2 parts. Christina, Ricky and Victor were amazing. Never felt they were in a hurry to get of there and they didn't let me leave until my car was running great.
