Worst place ever to purchase a car. Save your money and go else where. It has been a year since my husband and I have purchase and POS from there and we have only driven it 302 miles. It is an expensive lawn ornament. They are no help. They fix the cars just enough to get them to pass. I have been cussed out by these people. They are the worst place to purchase a car.

We bought a car from this dealership and we thought we had a good price, but we didn t know that they were not honest. They told us that the car was up to date and had no issues but driving it home a check engine light showed up. We messaged and called them but they never responded. The reason is that they are dishonest due to hiding the check engine light while the client is there. We had to pay $1,600 to check the car (out of pocket, on top of the car price) since they would not do anything If you are planning on purchasing a car here, bring a scanner to find out if you are being lied to.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. Purchased the car 48 hrs ago. Now the car will not start. Blown head gasket, leaking coolant out of the tail pipe. Contacted sales man to figure out how this place will make it right still waiting to hear back. No way this passed inspection less then two weeks ago. Will NEVER buy from here again. Extremely upset and disappointed. Now me and my 3 kids will be left with out a vehicle.

They don t deserve one I wish I could give them no stars!! I just bought my 2012 GMC Acadia from these people told me the car ran fine paid $9,000. I ve done put twice what I paid for it fixing it. I don t recommend anyone go to this place or take someone to check the car out for you! They robbed my husband and I and will never return to them for another car again!!

We dealt with Robert. Found MZ Auto due to FB Marketplace ad on a lexus ES-350.PROS: Quaint collection of vehicles because of limiting parcel size, but the selection was acceptable. Cars between $8-$35k.CONS: Poor communication with clients Poor communication amongst the two sites (Stephen City & Winchester)Our car search continues...

I just purchased a car from MZ auto. Adi was great and he made the car buying experience easy and simple. He even delivered the car to our house same day. I didn t even have to go to their location. They came to me for all the paper work. I would definitely recommend this place.

I ve bought two very nice minivans from MZ Auto and both times I had a wonderful experience. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and they went absolutely above and beyond to help get me into a vehicle best suited for my family. Their prices are fantastic, and they really work with you. I m very happy with the vehicles, how clean they are and how nice they run! I ll be getting all of my vehicles here from now on. Definitely five stars!

Had an issue with my car shortly after purchase and the team went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I feel like they are trust worthy and truly care about the quality of their merchandise and customer experience. Ahmed and Robert were who I dealt with so I would recommend asking for them.

I bought my first car from here! Robert is a very nice gentlemen, he provided me with great information regarding the cars I would be interested in buying. I chose a 2012 Honda civic and I couldn't be anymore happy with my decision.

About a month ago I purchased a vehicle from MZ auto. I live in Maryland, and had been looking for my first vehicle for awhile and decided last minute to check this one out at MZ Auto. Ahmed was very helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. He even stayed past hours for me to purchase this vehicle! It was a great first experience of buying my own vehicle.

Wonderful experience. Robert was great! Very professional and made it happen !! My fianc� and I would really like to say Thank You MZ Auto and Robert ! I m so glad I found this hidden gem located right here in Winchester! When we were there we felt home . Not like all the other lots that we had went to. Bought my daughters first car at the Stephens City location. Test drove the 2008 Mazda CX-7 and saw no lights or issues. The guy at the place assured me they never turn off lights. As soon as we got it home check engine light came on. Started smoking shortly after. Smokes like a chimney to this day. Do not assume they have checked those vehicles out. We are now looking at having to sell our daughters first car.

They will lie through their teeth about the car. Claim it has no mechanical issues when it s rusting, missing parts, damaged pieces, old bald and busted tires. I can not express enough that buying a car from this company is asking yourself to make an arm and a leg just to get the car past the state inspection, let alone fully functional after you spent the money on the car

The worst place I have ever seen . These people are thieves. You sold me a car 2009 Nissan maxima I paid 6100 cash for me and my newborn ba y and the tires are dry rotted catalytic converter headlight out I replaced it myself it blew again so it has a short in the wiring I can go on and on . And I talked to a man with only 1 name amed wouldn't give me his first name he said amed is his last that all I need to know he blamed everything on the place that did the inspection

Buyer beware,! I bought what I thought was a good sturdy car for 6300. The very next I started having problems. The engine had been replaced and the transmission quit working. I can t even drive it!! These Pakistani people are true scammers. Never do business with them!

So we showed up and we were not told that the place was a dealership the car we showed up to look at was listed at 3900. And I showed up with cash. And he immediately started talkin about a high financing feehe wanted top dollar for the car it was a young guy and everything seemed very sketchy he said the car was freshly inspected yet I had a whole bunch of lights on on the dash it seemed like a scam to me

I know I was wrong about a vehicle as is from MZ Auto within 2 weeks water pump and the alternator go out on the vehicle I reached out to Mz to fix the repairs since it was less than 3 weeks I owned the vehicle. They agreed to fix it by bringing it to a crooked mechanic. They do not have repossession vehicle and dont have a set mechanic. I got the vehicle back still wasn't right. Brought it back one more time and still didn't fix it. They acted like they dont care. I have reached out to all proper authorities to hope to get resolved

If I could give this place a negative 100 stars I would!!! Sure did rip me off!!! Sad someone would lie and tell u it would pass MD inspection and knowingly sell a vehicle that is unsafe broken and over priced for the condition it was found to be in when I had it inspected in less than 24 hrs after buying it!! I called them and the guys basically gave me a big FK u saying it was sold as is deceptive bad business! Some people are heartless ruthless and immoral...
