I had the most memorable experience with Malloy Ford, one that has shaped a new perspective with dealerships moving forward. I have had the worst experiences, one after another in the last five years. I had a dealership sell me a lemon and shortly after had a private seller from facebook sell me a lemon that stopped working after one week. I spent $11,000 dollars to purchase these vehicles and was burned and helpless. The experience I had with Malloy Ford was not even comparable. Staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, supportive, honest and extremely helpful! I am so grateful for Eric, Jeff, Curtis, Mary and Lisa who worked relentlessly to get me the best deal on my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid! I am very happy with my purchase! I am also thankful for the relationship that has developed through this sale. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I have never experienced being taken care of by such kind hearted souls that did not prey on me as most unfortunately experience in this industry. Thank you again!

I had a great buying experience at Malloy Ford. I worked with Eric and Rick to get a sale completed on the same day I contacted them. Eric did a great job showing my family the features of the vehicle while we worked through the paperwork. We then went for a visit to the finance office, where Summer was there to greet us. Summer was able to quickly work up finance options along with explaining warranty plans. By the end of our time with Summer, we joked with her that she is The Finance Queen . Wonderful experience from start to finish.

This was my first experience buying my first Ford and the service was wonderful. My salesman Devin came out to greet me and was very nice. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and all around was a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I definitely would recommend this dealership when buying your next vehicle.

Use your best judgment, bought a used car, thought it would be a great car, was I ever wrong, after replacing (clutch,struts,head gasket,obd2 connection,etc.)just to find the head or cylinder wall is cracked, now I'm stuck with a car that I'm upside-down in the loan with, That I can't drive, thinking of planting flowers around it, that's all it's good for,,,,,thank u for readingSincerely Donnie Ford

Nice, easy and smooth transaction. Chris M. was pleasant to talk to and not pushy. Mary in finance was just as pleasant. Didn t over push options and/or warranties and was respectful of decisions I wanted to make. All and all great experience.

Wonderful experience! Jose was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful in finding and securing me my dream car, not an easy task with broncos these days. Everyone at Malloy Ford of Winchester treated me like family the minute I walked in the door! Highly recommend!!

Outstanding Organization. Everyone I worked with to but my vehicle provided great communication, sincere appreciation for their customer (me), and transparency in the buying process. Without question, this was the best truck buying experience I remember. Highly recommended, ask for Joe or David, they are excellent.

Austin was super helpful with my first ever car buying experience, he was someone who I felt was very trustworthy and honest as well as patient throughout the entire process. He was quick to answer any questions, and offered up information I wouldn t have even known to seek out to help me in my search for a car. I felt as though he wasn t just a salesman looking to sell, more of a person just trying to help. :) If I had anyone else I probably would ve left without a car lol. Highly recommend you ask for him!

I was passing through town on my way back home to Clemson, Sc. My battery alternator light came on and I knew I wouldn t make it home. I dropped off my truck that evening at the Malloy Ford dealership and at about 1pm the next afternoon they had a brand new alternator installed and I was back on the road! Great service, and great people they did an excellent job, highly recommend!

The car buying experience at this dealership was exceptional & refreshing. No hard arm tactics, just honest, straightforward dealing. Salesperson Bryanna Randolf was professional, courteous, & most helpful. Also, F&I mgr, Andrew Viera was friendly, very competent, resourceful & efficient - he found us a better % rate & finished our paperwork in record time.I had read & heard about unpleasant experiences with car dealerships from others, but ours was quite different & relaxing. We even had a couple mgrs msg & call us thanking us for our business & wishing us well with our used (new to us & in remarkable condition) RAV 4.We highly recommend this dealership to others seeking an honest & pleasant car buying expereince.

Shady at best. Made my deal online, set up an appointment, got to the appointment on time and the car I was buying was not there. Vultures approached me on my way in. Classic bait and switch - tried to put me in another vehicle. I declined their offer. As I left, the vultures continued approaching. My time lost for a vehicle purchase they knew in advance couldn't happen. BUYERS BEWARE!Day #2 Text received: Hey it s Kyler from Malloy ford how are you today ?Day #3 Text received: Hey it s Kyler from Malloy ford interested in coming in on this beautiful Saturday?Day #3 My reply: Hi Kyler, sorry, but I will not be back. My time was wasted. I showed up at 1:30 on Thursday with $ in hand to purchase a specific Santa Fe that HAD NO RECALLS. I left work early and was told the car was ready for me. Deal was made online. I get there and the vehicle is not there. Tried to get me to test drive a different vehicle. So, unless you are dropping the car down to $20 K, filling it with fuel, detailing it and delivering it to me today, I will not be back.Wasted time for a bait & switch scam. Despite my review, they still continue to bother me for something they know they cannot provide to me. Shadier and sketchier by the day.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I test drove the Mustang Mach-E and was so impressed that I purchased it on the same day. I returned home with my new fully electric car, thoroughly satisfied with both the vehicle and the dealership staff. Thank you, Sean.After having my car for a few months and coming in a few times for service, I changed my opinion about the dealership. Usually, when there is a factory recall and the repair will take all day, dealers will provide a loaner car for the day; this is standard procedure when you buy a car there. However, at this dealership, I was left in the waiting room all day long - it was a horrible experience. The next time, my front lights were very low, so I asked them to adjust them. Initially, they claimed they couldn't proceed because the space on the back wall of the garage needed to be cleared, and I would have to wait a few hours. When I agreed to wait, over the next three hours, they attempted to persuade me that my headlights were fine. Eventually, they adjusted the lights, but upon opening the hood, I found all the plastic clips scattered about. It seems they wanted to convey that I am not welcome there. It's a shame I spent $46,000 at the wrong car dealership.

A new manager was hired recently and did not honor the old managers decision to add a complimentary bed liner to my new truck. I had been waiting for over a month already while the change in management happened. I am beyond disappointed and feel very disrespected as a valued customer. I bought two trucks from this location in less than 6 months. My sales representative was excellent but the new manager has no regard or value for customer service. I d be careful to get anything promised in writing and before leaving the dealership!

Going here to buy a vehicle was a MISTAKE!! I bought a vehicle them back in January and they registered my vehicle in Virginia when I specifically told Christa that it needed to be registered is West Virginia. I am now going through so many complications trying to get my vehicle registered in West Virginia. This was clearly a mistake on their behalf and they are not taking responsibility, I am having to pay the fees to get it transferred when it was not my fault. I have spoke to both Christa(financial manager) and Mary (general manager) both whom are extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! They were not able to help me at all, they both acted like I was an idiot and had no idea what I was talking about. They were extremely short with me when I was reaching out for help almost as they didn t even want to help. I spoke to Mary on 2/1/2024 and she advised she would get back with me on 2/5/2024 and she never did. I called 2/5, 2/6, 2/7, 2/8 and 2/9 trying to speak to Mary and she would send me right to voicemail. I finally got fed up and asked to speak to another manager, his name was Curtis. He was way more friendly but wasn t helpful one bit.

Great people to work with. We've lived in the area for some 47 years, bought a car in the early 80's in town but have not been able to find a dealer we could work with since until now. We've bought in Sterling, Fairfax and Chantilly it felt good to find someone right here that listened and found the deal we wanted.

Make sure you get in writing how much your work will be. The man called and gave me a price of $900 less than what they charged me when I picked up my vehicle, for the SAME work, nothing more. Not any excuse he gave me adds up. This isn't the first time they've yanked me around, either. I'd have never left my vehicle for the price they charged me. I will NEVER go back. He couldn't have cared less either. He made a mistake somehow, gave me someone else's total or something, but the mistake was on them 100%.Edited to add- I asked MULTIPLE times when my vehicle was under warranty for this work to be done, yet they INSISTED it did not.

Daniel Morel, our Sales person, Rick, the on-site manager, Nina, and Mary Burroughs, the Business Director were all amazing. Bought a new F250 SD, the salesman Kyler was very informative and personable. We hit a few snags trying to get the truck I wanted from a different Ford dealer and Ricky the sales manager remedied the issue. Closing was very smooth, Summer was pleasant and closed the deal with no hassle.
