The young men in this establishment are pretty incredible. I had a urge to go check out a new vehicle so I went and I spoke to a young man named Zach who was very proficient in his knowledge of selling vehicles. He had a very polite demeanor and I would definitely recommend other customers to go and speak to him if they are interested in getting a car from loyalty Nissan also you have Zack and Bob Bob's been there for quite a while and you have Sean as well. So any one of those guys can help you out. I want to thank you guys for the great customer service experience I had at your establishment I think you all make a wonderful team. And more than likely I'm going to be back to get another car in the future not anytime soon cuz I just got a car there

I was traveling I-95 and my windshield wiper on my 2010 Altima stopped functioning. I made a pit stop at Loyalty as it was right off the highway and Paul quickly took a look at things, tightened a bolt which fixed the problem and sent me on my way without charging me. If I lived in the area I would definitely take my car here for all its maintenance. Thanks again, Paul.

I am happy to give a shout out to Robert from Loyalty Nissan for his exceptional customer service. During my recent visit to Loyalty Nissan, Robert worked with me and I was impressed by how well he handled the service of my vehicle.Robert was incredibly patient, pleasant, courteous, and considerate throughout the entire process. He kept me informed about my vehicle and provided me with updates on the progress of the service. I appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced correctly.Robert's professionalism and dedication to his job were evident in the way he interacted with me and other customers. Took my Nissan juke to this shop because the AC wasn't working very well. They said it needed a new compressor, which was $1280 installed. Afterwards, it didn't work any better, so we called back, and they said this model of car is known for having a poorly functioning AC. So... why didn't they tell us that BEFORE I spent almost $1300 on a new compressor that didn't change anything?? Very disappointed.

Have been disappointed by their Servis center the last couple time I have come in. Had a appointment and yet it takes three hours for oil change and tire rotation. I find this unreasonable.
