Kathy was fantastic!! During a very busy time of the year (deer, raccoons), plus the upcoming Thabksgiving holiday, I had just a glimmer of hope that I would get my '15 Hyundai Sonata back before Thanksgiving. But Kathy and the repair team got it done!! It looks brand new! They washed the car and made sure to keep everything clean inside and out! Lifetime warranty. The text updates along the way helped ease my anxiety each day. Fantastic service and impeccable work! Highly recommend!!

We've had the need to have cars and RVs repaired at JRs. They make it as pleasant as possible and are able to work with even difficult insurance companies.

I had high hopes for JR's Auto Body. I brought a front bumper to them for a repaint with very little damage, mostly just paint damage. When I received the bumper back it had scuffs/imprints from where it was touched prior to paint being fully dry. There are also many dull spots. Scratches on the bottom weren't even sanded slightly to make them smoother or remove "fuzz" from them. Very disappointed in the lack of quality. The time it took them to complete the job was double what was quoted. I was unable to thoroughly inspect the bumper when I picked it up due to heavy rain. They then emailed me a survey that they wanted me to complete. At the end of the survey the website said that they would contact me regarding the single star that I gave them. That never happened. I would hate to see how they handle a more difficult job than a simple repaint. I would not recommend them for anything..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my truck fixed from a deer hitting it.. it was all good for a couple weeks and then my clear coat came off. They fixed it then paint started flaking off.. I took it back again.. and a again. The owner couldn t come out to at least talk to me. I was able to talk to him today but by what he said I seen him by chanceUpdate after the 3rd attemptI do not recommend this shop my truck has been in there 3 times. now I need to take it to another shop to get the paint fixed. If you get your vehicle done make sure you take a close look at everything.. I have paint still coming off my door I now have over spray and more lack of paint in places. You can t even make a appointment to talk to the owner. If you get the chance to talk to him he ll just say you got lucky that you ran into me. You d honestly have better luck doing it yourself with a spray can from Walmart.Service: Painting

I brought in my wife's 2022 traverse. The vehicle had already been heavily modified for a wheelchair user. Unfortunately the center console made it very difficult for her to get in position. They modified the console beautifully. Has helped give her back her independence!I can never thank them enough!

They truly did a wonderful job. Not only did they fix the damage to the outside of my truck but they detailed the inside as well. My service provider Jay was exceptional. He kept me in the loop the entire time and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend JR's Auto Body to anyone needing body/paint work on their vehicle.

We were directed to JRs after a blowout on our RV by our insurance for a Nationwide Guaranteed repair. Well, Nationwide might want to re-think this one. We patiently waited for an estimate that took over 2 months as they were "waiting on part pricing". I called Grand Design myself and got prices for the parts in less than 2 hours. We had to call weekly to get updates as it was radio silence on their part and even the Insurance agent was getting irritated at the lack of communication.Once we got the estimate, it understandably took a while to get the parts, RV parts are notorious for long shipping delays.We finally got a date of April 19 to get the RV into the shop and repaired and the quote was 2-3 days to complete the repair. We had several other appointments we needed to make for the rig to include warranty work that they couldn't do because they are "just a body shop" as well as breaks checked and an inspection.Fast forward to April 23 and I call because I haven't heard from them and they haven't even pulled the rig into the bay yet!!! FINALLY done on May 17, at which point, they did let us leave the rig there for a few days so we didn't have to drive an hour there and an hour back and then an hour to the next apt on May 19.Get there to pick up the right and half the repairs aren't even done. The gas line that runs to the kitchen was never repaired and their response was "Oh, we were wondering where that went"... SERIOUSLY??Get it home today and half the underside of the slide isn't bolted in, screws don't match paint color, slide isn't even from top to bottom.When it got to the next shop the breaks were shot, apparently from the blow out but JRs didn't see these or include them in their estimate as they are "just a body shop"The sheer lack of basic understanding of RV repair and sloppy work, we will not return.Had to come back and drop a star now that I'm further inspecting the repair. We now have a damaged kitchen fan, they used twice as many screws on the body repair than they should have, the underside of the fender isn't even on correctly and will have to be re-done.Service: Body & Trim

Over the years we have taken multiple vehicles to J.R.'s, with damage ranging from minor to major. In every instance our vehicle was returned to us looking "as if it never happened" Kathy and the team are great with communicating and making it easy. Sadly, we are moving from the area and we can only hope to find a shop as good as J.R.'s.Service: Body & Trim

They replaced my front end and more after an accident that I was involved in. Jay was very professional and kept me in the loop and updated me about the status of my car regularly. He also answered my questions in a way that I could understand. My car looks amazing and you can't tell a difference in the paint. I want to give a shout out to JR's Auto Body. When we had our van in an accident, they were very friendly and professional and about giving us an estimate. We had come from another appraiser that "totaled" our car with an inflated estimate. Not only were they honest, they gave us an accurate estimate of how long it would take to fix our vehicle, and they did an amazing job restoring our mini van! I highly recommend their work.

Did a great job with my truck which had significant damage after a collision with a deer. They communicated well and often, worked hard with my auto insurance company and got the job done. Very competent and fair organization! Jay Garver - Service Advisor, also was instrumental in making it all happen for my benefit. I will be a return customer!

I hit a deer in my new vehicle and decided to take it to JR's for repairs because they advertise that their number one priority is the quality of the work they do. Let me tell you , this is not true!! The lady at the front desk let me know that it was annoying to her for me to call several times and check on the progress of the work they were doing, since I did not hear from them it was necessary for me to call. When we picked up the vehicle it had surface scratches all over the hood, some on the side and we later noticed some on the rear and a dent on the side that was not fixed. They did fix some of the scratches before we left that day, but when I sent them pictures of the other two problems that were noticed after we left they admitted that the scratches were not there and that they would fix that and the dent that was not fixed. We set up an appointment, but ended up not being able to go because they want US to PAY for a rental so they can fix their mistakes!! That is horrible customer service as far as I am concerned, it would end up costing me a minimum of $150.00 in rental fees for their mistake. They still have not contacted me in regards to this repair, so I am guessing they don't really care. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the lady that we worked directly with was very nice. Avoid this facility at all cost- it will just end up costing you money and time!

My wife called for an estimate on my daughters car and they said they would call back... never did. I called days later and was told that they were going to call her back but did not have the chance yet. Then after being placed on hold by the accountant, I was told they do not do small jobs, only insurance claims. Not a company I would ever suggest. They are all about the big money with insurance/repeat customers.

After a recent collision, I decided to give JR's a try based on recommendation from multiple friends/co-workers. I'm certainly glad I did! The staff was friendly and had answers to all my questions. The facility is clean and the car was done within the time promised and done right! If there was anything to complain about it was that I did have to wait about a month for an appointment but that just speaks to the business they get. Secondarily, I got a rental from Enterprise, they naturally picked me up but I was able to just leave the rental at JR's saving me time when I picked my car up.

Bought a high end bumper for my big truck, vendor doesn't sell directly and referred me to JR's. Got home and unpacked it only to find the quality sucked. Even w they were not responsible, they have stayed engaged and are helping me get the vendor to replace it with the right thing. They will be getting my paint job when the time comes.

I had the hard bags from my 2008 Street Glide painted. These guys are top of the line when it comes to painting. The price was very fair, and the paint job was nothing short of outstanding. They matched the Crimson Red Sunglow (Metal Flake) triple stage paint perfectly. I'm so satisfied that I'm going to take my lowers from another bike and have them painted soon.

Met our insurance agent here for estimate after minor accident. Shop assigned us a contact person and we agreed she would call the following day at latest re parts acquisition for the repair. Also were told they couldn't touch the repair for another five weeks but we were more concerned about parts for our foreign new-to-the-U.S. vehicle. We tried for two more days to touch base with her and hear about parts etc. but never got a return call. Meanwhile, were told about a valley collision center in Martinsburg and got excellent service etc. there. J.R.'s lack of good customer service cost them our business--but they probably don't care anyway because the insurance companies are involved with them and keep them busy. Glad we went elsewhere that was owner operated and on top of things. Would give them no stars if possible.

They didn't communicate as they claim to do! They also kept my vehicle longer than it should have taken. Told my insurance company it was ready but told me it wasn't ready!! Kathy was the most unprofessional and rude woman I've ever dealt with! DONT GO TO JRs

I paid over $500 out of pocket to have a scratch in my car s paint fixed. I didn t notice until I got home that the scratched paint was not completely fixed. There s still a white spot visible.

We love this place!! The people, the caliber of work can't be beat ever. This was our second time here and as we knew we'd have fab work we def received that and then some... Jay Unger was super kind and shared info readily and quickly.. He's a joy to deal with. The staff are super kind as well.. And the fab embodiment of work... I tell ya they can't be beat!!! Def masters of their cradt!

First off, JR s staff of people listen. From the collision damage specialist to the front receptionist. I have a very cherished 2006 Audi TT Roadster that they have repaired and -painted. It was hit in a parking lot by some dirtbag that was backing up and tried to drive away. The damage was on that very same side it was hit in two years prior by a retreaded tire and now, show guy a parking lot. I ve had the front bumper painted by Collision Repair of Audi at Tyson s Corner. ( who agreeded with me but only gave a $120 to have some detailed fix the overspray. I know better now, and the difference between the two shops are professionalism, and true workmanship. The pride JRs personnel take in their work of being the best around show it in their finished product. I d never use any other collision body shop!I m getting ready to have them repaint my whole car and I d only trust only this shop.Excellent show to deliver for classic or cherished vehicles. I rate their service and follow up Ten {10x}~ Stars! Unfortunately. but am only allowed to give Five {5x} !!

Terrible. They will tell you your car will be fixed in a week but really it will take at least 3 weeks. Expect pointless, unnecessary delays. What's more, the lady on the phone will act like its your fault for delayed repairs, she was very disrespectful. I would have taken my vehicle out already if the insurance hadn't already paid them for it

Have had two cars repaired at JR's. They do a great job and are easy to deal with and helpful in coordinating with insurance. Definitely recommend them for any body repair needs!

Best place for specialized repairs on tractor trailers. Great communication during the entire repair process of our 2019 Peterbilt.
