Do Not take your vehicle to Hogans. The worst service and rude employee. I went in to get my head light fixed. They had to keep it overnight to get a part. I was told one price on the phone and specifically asked if that included what was already quoted for the oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic and was told it did. Well I get there and it did not so it was $200 more than I was told. If that wasn t bad enough I start driving home and hear something hitting the side of my car so I pull over and look. They didn t attach the plastic piece fully that goes around your tire and it was hitting the side of my car. I call and they tell me to come back so when I get there the man asked me what is wrong and I tell him. He goes oh we left off the piece for the tire air valve I told him no and explain again and he says what. I finally just told him to look because I could see the two pieces that hold it on the back part were missing. I told him they didn t put in the screws so it was hitting the side of my car. He takes it back and they fix it. He then comes out and half laughs and tells me it is fixed and it wasn t screws that were missing and gives me the correct name of the part. I was beyond mad at this point because I don t care what the part name is, you made a mistake own up to it and fix it and don t laugh and act like I screwed up because I used the wrong name. He didn t even care or apologize. Absolutely worst service and I will not be back.

Brought my Ram here to get some warranty work done via a CarMax Warranty. The staff especially Bill was great. Went well above an beyond what was necessary to get everything completed. I didn't have to call anyone or do any negotiating. It was really nice.

The service was exemplary. I called and Stacey was very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. I arrived to pleasant customer service. All the staff were awesome.

I explained what my car was doing and talked with Brian. They fixed my car very quickly and I drove it afterward. It is running so Fantastic I feel like I have a brand new car. They said if any lights come on to bring it back. They fixed a couple old problems that were not fixed correctly in the past and took care of my car. They were Fabulous and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

While traveling from South Carolina back to Ontario, Canada we experienced a tire problem on our travel trailer. After discovering we had a leaky valve stem I swapped out the tire with our spare and my wife found Hogan and Sons on Google to repair the tire. When we arrived I rolled the tire in, was greeted with smiles and was told they would repair the valve immediately and would be finished in less than 15 mins. Ten minutes later I was rolling the tire out with an upgraded high pressure valve stem. These guys were great, courteous and friendly, and very accommodating. Thank you Hogan and Sons for making a crappy situation so much better. I highly recommend them. Thank you.Ron from Ontario, Canada

This place was great! I was traveling through the area and only here for 2 nights. They got me right in and did diagnostics. They got parts right away and even dealt with my warranty company on the phone. Highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Every time I call a doctor try to get an appt at hogan's winchester I'm told no appt for 2or3 days out.I call Danny at Purcellville and they always somehow fit me in.Never looks busy in winchester.Go to Purcellville goodyear. They appreciate your business and treat you with appreciation.Thanks Danny and Team in Purcellville!!!!

If I could give zero star review I would. Most overpriced. Worst customer service experience. $1066.00 to change a wheel bearing on a 25 year old car?! No thanks. The only good thing about this place was the shop manager, who unfortunately doesn't work there anymore. Screwing customers over and over again will come back to bite you...

Walked in for a Virginia Vehicle inspection. Got me right in. Told me some things my truck would need soon but did not pressure me to do the work. Great guys. Highly recommend.

Walked in early morning with no appointment after running over something on I81. They were quick and courteous, picking up my exact tires from a nearby warehouse and getting me out the door in just a couple hours!

Tires were very expensive. I would go back because when I arrived early, they got me in early. The guys were friendly and nice. Job was done quickly and efficiently. All I could ask.

This was a wonderful experience. We were staying at the hotel next-door and we noticed that we had a flat tire in the morning. I went over at 7:15 one was already at the desk and he had us on our way at exactly 9 AM as promised I highly recommend Hogan and sons and especially Juan at the front desk. It was a great experience and they and they turned a really negative situation into a super positive thank you Hogan and sons

Very professional. Did the job on time, for the price quoted and I didn't feel any upsell press like at some other places I've been over the years. Definitely recommend for fluid service and tires.

They were more than friendly, helped me get my oil changed, a state inspection and copies of the receipts for my paperwork. Jason especially deserves some praise for dealing with a more than difficult customer while also helping me and several others

I wanted to hang out in their bathroom! These guys were very accommodating and worked with the mess of a 205,000-mile piece of junk we gave them. We were on an important business trip from Philly to North Carolina when our tire shredded. Hogan & Sons got us back on the road and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was safe. Their waiting area is nice, and their bathroom is even more beautiful! These guys are lifesavers.

The Hogan & Son s team was very accommodating, especially with me being a walk-in without a pre-scheduled appointment. Bill explained that he was short staffed on that day and my needs would require a little extra wait time but they would be willing to fix my tire. They held true to their word and were able to assist my needs and get me back on the road !Thanks Hogan & Son s !!!!

From the initial phone call to driving away after the work was done, was thoroughly impressed with all aspects. Granted I only had 2 tires replaced, but it wasn't the least bit of a headache. Customer service and the quality of the work is top notch. They definitely have a repeat customer. Way to go guys, keep up the good work.

I brought in a flat tire from my box trailer. The estimate was just over $40 if it could be repaired. It turned out to be a loose valve stem that simply needed to be tightened. They didn t charge me a cent to take care of it. They even reinflated the tire and put it back in my car while I was finishing in the lobby. Their team is stellar I highly recommend them.

The Attendant I spoke with to set up my appointment was great. The Attendant who was there when I arrived at appointment was great as well as service. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars was minor. I had 8:00 appointment but vehicle wasn't taken to the back for service until 8:50. I believe they were short staffed for the day. I highly recommend and plan to go back.

Jason is a rockstar. My vehicle had to be towed to their location (when they were closed) they kept me informed did what was needed but listened to me and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful. Had my vehicle back and running super fast.

We've been trusting our vehicles here for several years. They are always thorough, work is always right the first time, & we especially appreciate that they don't pressure us to do work we're not ready for. All the office personnel as well as the mechanics have been professional & very friendly. Highly recommended!
