So, a bear broke my driver side window. I called the Glass Doctor and Courtney is awesome! She gave me a great price and they did an excellent job. They were fast too. Many thanks to everyone

My wife bought a beautiful dining room cabinet with mirrored doors. It took me putting the knobs on to crack two of them! I thought this was going to be a very expensive or almost impossible repair? The Glass Doctor in Winchester Virginia, matched up the glass and cut to fit new pieces that match perfectly, in a matter of days!

After my insurance company made an error in my policy and refused to take responsibility, I was out of pocket for the complete cost of my windshield. I called the Glass Doctor and was blessed by an employee named Jocelynn. She worked fast at getting me the best price, gave me some discounts to help and even picked my car up and brought it back. This is what real customer service should look like. I'm forever grateful to Jocelynn and her team. Thank you!

11/10 would absolutely recommend. The owner & her staff here are awesome. We had a window chip happen during a road trip and they squeezed us into the schedule on a Friday for a repair. The chip looked really bad, but her techs made it nearly invisible with their work. We would absolutely come here again... It's also refreshing to talk with a human when you call, instead of an automated system most other places use. Thank you!

DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE YOU NEED!!!! Got my windshield changed here and they made it super easy, they even did a thre way call with my insurance company for me!! They were very knowledgeable and had it done in no time!! Scheduling was fast and the price was the best in town!! This is the ONLY glass shop you'll ever need and I found out they do sooooooo much more than just auto glass, they do it all!!! I definitely recommend to everyone!!

Fantastic service from the folks here. I called in looking for tempered glass for my wood stove because it cracked. Gave them the measurements and they had it ready for me same day. This was during the winter, so I was especially happy they were able to get the job done. Absolutely going to use them again for any glass related needs in the future.

While traveling on an interstate, I sustained a large star crack that quickly spread. When I began to check around, I discovered some repair places had appointments a week and even 10 to 12 days out. Glass Doctor of Winchester made an appointment to talk to me (1 day), and then schedule to repair my vehicle (in 3 days). Although I expected a 4-hour wait for the repair and calibrations, they were finished in much less time. Highly professional and friendly folk.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from this company when getting quotes for a windshield replacement. They beat every quote I received and wanted my business. They were prompt, came to my work place, and had the job completely finished in under an hour. There were no added fees, i.e., disposal, etc. I would definitely call them again.

We needed to upgrade the mirrors in our master bath from what the builder provided. The folks at Glass Dr did an amazing job. They really took the time to be sure the job was done right. They were very professional, on time and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them

I would highly recommend Glass Doctor in Winchester for anyone with a broken glass, leak or something going on you re not sure about. Jocelyn is fantastic to coordinate with. I use her with my company trucks and personally vehicles. Five star company!!

The service I had performed was a repair for a small crack in the front windshield. With little notice they were able to accommodate my schedule and get me in same day if I was willing to drop off. The service and repair I recieved was top notch but on the slightly pricy side $75 for a small crack about .25 inch but this seems to be industry standard pricing for the area. The work was performed quickly and about 6 weeks later there have been no issues or spreading of the crack, I was very satisfied with the work, quality, and personnel.

Glass Doctor took care of two of my properties. Thier tech Rob did and AWESOME job and was very courteous, prompt, and an expert repair technicain. The office staff was very helpful and their prices fail. Recommend them to all of your family and fiends for home, business, and auto glass repairs.

Great Service!!!!! I had a custom shower enclosure installed in my home!! They were great to work with!! They took my ideas and dream and brought it to life! The end result looks amazing, and I couldn't ask for a better job. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional and friendly! They were great about communicating with me about product arrival and shipment! Great price for what I had done. I recommend them to anyone getting any shower glass put in.

From start to finish Glass Dr of Winchester was very professional. Ordering the special order glass, easy and it came in when stated. Small issue with weather for installation but rescheduling was convenient. Gentlemen who came for install were great! We were working from home during the installation and they were very respectful and courteous. No hidden fees or surprises. Most definitely will recommend.Service: Glass installation

Glass Doctor of Winchester was fast, responsive, and very professional. The windshield replacement cost was comparable to other quotes I got but their communication, follow up, and availability impressed me so I went with them. I'm glad I did! When I picked up my car, not only did it have a new windshield, they cleaned the interior of the car as well. I value the little things like that and although I hope I won't need a new windshield anytime soon but if I do, I know where I'm going!

I "tried" to get a human at Safelite Auto...could never get ahold of anyone. The online quote was $450 which I thought was steep for not having any frills in my windshield...so I called Glass Doctor told them what happened they got me scheduled within 2 days and it was done in like an hour and a half and cost me $150 less than what Safelite quoted. Their staff is super friendly down to earth. If I ever run into another glass issue I will be sure to give them my business again.

Had a rock crack my windshield and it needed to be replaced. Called 6 different places and Glass Doctor was by far the cheapest! $150 cheaper than the next competitor. I called and the sales associate was very nice and they were able to fit me in the same day. Went to the store and it was very clean inside, had a nice little lounge area, and the staff was very friendly.The replacement took about 40 mins and it was good as new. They were very informative about the do s/dont s of the new windshield. They also accepted an online coupon I had found.Overall it was a easy and fantastic experience!! I highly recommend this place!!

This is more than a 5 star company, they really care about the products and services they provide. I had a new windshield a Nissan dealer gave up on in calibrating the safety sensors within the windshield. Through Glass Dr. ability, perseverance and assurance the safety elements are now accurately working in my 2018 Nissan. From the Staff behind the desk, Technicians, to the business owner, I was provided with a professionalism not seen much anymore. Go there, and witness this more than 5 star service yourself.

I had a phenomenal customer service experience with Glass Doctor of Winchester! I chose them to replace a severely cracked windshield on my car. The replacement was delayed (only by one day) so they offered to deliver my vehicle to my home as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I was also allowed to use a coupon that I didn t realize had expired just prior to dropping my car off for the replacement. Robin, Kaila, and Jocelyn were kind and professional. Their communication was superb; they promptly responded to all my questions and concerns. I d also like to give a shout-out to Jeff for delivering my vehicle. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking glass repair or replacement!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!I set up an online appointment for Tuesday Feb 15, Received a confirmation that the appointment was for Tuesday afternoon. Late Tuesday I called and they said they had no record of it. So I rescheduled for Thursday.On Thursday an employee came out and took measurements on 10 Windows in my home. He said I would receive a estimate either Thursday or Friday. When I did not receive it I called on Saturday. A women answered and said I would receive it Monday. Since I did not receive it I called Wednesday and spoke to JEFF (THE MANAGER)He said your windows have a special design in them and we need more time to research it. I said that would have been nice if someone had called to tell me that. He immediately got an attitude. I provided him with the manufactures name and then he said we will try to find them and if we don"t i will tell you to go somewhere else.I said Really!He said if you think I can get you an estimate in two days I can't, And I don't know if we can find anyone to make them. basically blowing me off. So now I have wasted two days getting someone to come out and give me a estimate for nothing. What a complete joke.Jeff the fact that your in business is shocking. A Good Man once told me " That you will only be in Business as long as your Customers want you to be" So if this is how Jeff (The Manager) feels this is the way to treat a Customer I would expect him to be OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON

They were quick at putting my windshield on . The lady that works the front desk was pretty cool. She said about an hour and a half but it was only 45 minutes and my windshield looks great!!

Last fall my windshield was broken. Glass Dr. of Winchester replaced it the next day. The windshield was in stock and replaced with excellent quality of work. Last week a rock was kicked up by the car in front of me and chipped the new windshield. Glass Dr. Repaired the chip at no cost. I didn't even know there was a warranty on it for a year until they told me. Thanks to the crew at Glass Dr. of Winchester. You will get my business from now on.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Chris, Joe, and Drew installed my custom window this morning. Attention to detail in every aspect of this operation--perhaps, most importantly, in ensuring the window frame is fully prepped and then, once the window was positioned, taking the time to perfect the seal. I cannot thank Jocelyn enough for guiding me through this entire process. She is a true professional with a very personal touch. And I can say the same for each person I interacted with at Glass Doctor--they care about their work, their craftsmanship, and the customer relationship. I'll be calling them with my future window needs.

Excellent customer service and product. I've used them on several occasions; replaced a broken window as well as glass in an exterior door. They have numerous services beyond just glass repair services (dog doors, shower doors, etc.). Excellent work and experience!

I went in and got a quote a few weeks ago for $215. Once I called back a new lady quoted me $70 more and I was told I d be given a phone call back about the price difference. I went ahead and made the appointment with the lady but never got a follow up call about price the difference. When I went to cancel the appointment because we found Blue Ridge auto glass was cheaper they said I never even booked an appointment. Poor communication within the business..
