Tony attended to my vehicle during my visit. Was very open and honest and informed me that I was in for service 2500 miles early. Offer me a free 1 quart top off and check my other fluids.This type of service where the interest of the customer is more important than making a dollar deserves a review. I will always use this company for my oil changes, and maybe more, and will always recommend anyone I can.

Absolutely the most friendly & professional oil change I've ever gotten... My technician was Tony and he could not have been friendlier, more knowledgeable, or educating... I was nervous because I have dealt with Jiffy Lube forever and needed to change to a new service & didn't know where to go...I'm a senior, and without a second opinion.... so, I had to decide where to go myself...God was with me cause I truly struck gold....I usually dread having to go for service but now I will feel comfortable & confident !!! Thank you so very much Tony, & Express Oil Change.... Oh, I was even able to take my dog cause we stayed in the car.... .... Magnificent experience...

Outstanding customer service. Very courteous and professional. The cleanest waiting room and restroom I ve seen in an automotive center. Shawn had my state inspection completed in 20 minutes. That was the quickest service I ve experienced compared to dealerships and other service centers I ve been to. Would highly recommend this facility.

Great guys and quick turnaround! I was a few days overdue for my state inspection and these guys got me in first thing Friday morning and I was out the door in less than a hour for my state inspection. Such a great experience with friendly and prompt customer service.

I had the pleasure of having my car serviced by Mr. Ruben Ramirez. The oil change went smoothly, he reminded me of an upcoming tuneup I needed. Nothing pushy, and no commitment to have the work done there. I plan to revisit and have my car inspected there asap.

I literally get emotional when I meet 'good people '...these days it's so rare to receive exceptional customer service. Every single worker was so kind , I was shocked lol not to mention Stephen, I can tell that you are a good man. Every time I ve been here I ve had 5 star service. Recently had my truck in for inspection and some repair work. Ruben and the team were incredibly helpful, honest, and fair in their work and pricing. Highly recommend.

really nice service, all the workers were kind, assistant manager stephen burnette was really quick with my oil and filter change and was really nice. i don t know much about cars but he was kind and worked on my car quick and efficiently. i will be back for any other car needs.

Took my Jeep Wrangler "SARGE" there to get an Inspection and an oil change and this place was OUTSTANDING! They definitely know how to treat a Lady! Courteous, Happy, Through and Quick and Knowledgeable Staff. Courey was my Technician and he was AWESOME! They have a customer for LIFE!!

We were in town for an event and had to have our oil and filter changed. Did not know who to use so found them via a quick Google Search. Called to see if needed an appointment and they said just bring it in. Arrived and got us right in a bay after a short 2 minute wait. It was a painless oil change experience. Staff was efficient. Prices reasonable. And super quick to keep you on schedule.

I had the best experience today with the tech, Stephen. He was so pleasant and experienced. He explained fully what he was doing offered to get me water to make sure I was comfortable on this hot day. I left in record time. Able to make my next appointment and feeling confident with my service. Thanks Stephen for a wonderful experience.

As always I had another great experience @ the Chester, VA on 8/5/23. Logan and his team were extremely professional, polite and customer service was at the top of their list. My daughter and I came here when I had to take her on a road trip to visit family. We stopped in early in the morning and were in and out of there within 10 minutes. The mechanic that assisted us name was Gavin. He was a very informative, soft-spoken and kind person. It was very quick! I believe it was the owner that came out and also offered us coffee and water and gave my daughter a bottle of water. Everyone there was very friendly and prompt. I would highly suggest using this company for any vehicle services you may need.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This morning I took a chance and brought my classic 1955 Thunderbird in for and oil change/filter & lube. I could not be happier. From the moment I arrived Stephen and Rubin gave me the 'Royalty' treatment. They let me drive my Classic into the bay and allowed me to stay with it while they serviced my car. They knew the car was special and treated it accordingly. Rubin also allowed me to take a peak under the car to do an inspection. I have owned the car for less than two weeks and had not been able to inspect the underside. Both Ruben & Stephen informed me of all the other services that they do at Express Oil Change. I thought they only did 10 minute oil changes. I will most absolutely return and will be bringing my other two daily drivers in for service. I will also be recommending them to friends. To top everything off they gave me a new customer and a veteran's discount.Service: Oil change

I visited this location for a routine oil change today and was very happy with my experience. Not only was I impressed with the speed/efficiency of service but the friendliness of the staff was absolutely refreshing. Stephen, Ethan and Tyler constantly communicated with me on what was being done and why and always with a smile. They even offered to fix rusted clamps on a rattling heat shield. It is so nice to go into a place of business these days and be greeted with kindness and respect. Logan and Ruben are the absolute best. I will always recommend this place. Extremely user friendly and they do not over charge. Ladies this is the place to get all services on your vehicle. Trustworthy, reliable, and they stand by their work. They even changed my stubborn headlight free of charge!

For the last 5 years I have been taking my 2015 Chevy Equinox to this location and can't say enough high regards for the team and their work ethics. Ruben and Mike are great managers to work with. Their team's work over these years certainly allowed my car to just hit 200,000 miles and will look forward to continued maintence for another 100,000 miles. I could not recommend this place enough! I went here on a whim once needing my oil done and I ve been coming here since for all my car needs! Everyone I ve encountered here has been so friendly! I came in for a scheduled appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated, and they offered to do my inspection while I was there already since it was due! They are super helpful and great! Highly recommend!Service: Tire rotations
