I have a Toro Titan Max and the team here is extremely helpful. I've needed a few wear parts and they were able to provide. Also, their service guy took time to answer a couple questions.I'm not a mechanic and really appreciate everyone here helping me get what I needed (parts/knowledge)I'd recommend

First class operation. I went to their showroom kicking tires three different times and they always had time to answer questions. This is the first good mower I've ever purchase and they put me at ease investing in this equipment. They delivered to my house and went over the mower completely from initial start up,safety, and maintenance. They had plenty of time and didn't seem to be in a hurry to leave. The Doyles gave good sound advice on what i needed. I'm excited to own a titan my ride and looking for to working with Doyles in the future.

The folks here are friendly, but friendly service does not justify charging an inordinate amount (in my case, $68.00) for providing NO service at all. This is what took place: I called before coming in and asked if they were a Husqvarna dealer and could they repair Husqvarna saws. I was told yes. I brought in two chainsaws. One was a very old saw, another brand saw, and I asked that they just quickly look over it to see if it was fix-able, given its age(my partner, an experienced chainsaw operator, was doubtful it could be fixed but thought it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion). The employee checked out this saw, and said he put very little time into it for this check over and determined that it could not be repaired. The other saw was much newer, and was another brand, a Husqvarna, and my partner knew what the problem was and how to fix the saw, but couldn't locate his saw manual and because we have ill family members, we thought to save our time we would just ask Doyle's to fix this saw rather than trying to locate the parts ourselves. Well, what happened in this case was, the saw repair person at Doyle's called us and said he was having trouble getting parts for the Husqvarna, even after being told what was wrong with the saw and having the serial numbers, etc. I then had a moment to go on the Husqvarna website and learned that Doyle's is NOT, actually, a Husqvarna dealer! Prior to when I went to pick up the saws from Doyle's then, both of which Doyle's said could not be fixed, I found an actual Husqvarna dealer who, after I gave their technician the information I'd given Doyle's (information located on the saw), they found the parts and said they could fix it. So...I went to Doyle's and I got charged $68.00 for their essentially ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING. Neither saw was fixed, and they misrepresented their abilities and time taken for their checkovers, and their relationship to Husqvarna. This cost me a lot of time and bother plus the $68.00. I would not recommend going here for these reasons. To conclude, after I expressed my dismay to them, when I went to get the un-fixed saws, and explained that another technician HAD been able to find the parts for the Husqvarna and could repair it, they reduced their charge only by $12 and still made me pay $68.00 for their essentially having done nothing. I could understand a small fee (say, $10) for the quick checkovers they were asked to do - for they were given the diagnosis on the problems and the solutions for both the older and the newer saws--but charging $68.00 for doing nothing of substance is really quite a lot.

Great service provided while ordering a new engine for my 30" Timemaster walk-behind mower! Now if they could've installed it before August, I would have given 5 stars.

Last month I brought my snow blower in for a minor cable repair and asked for season tune up. About two weeks later they called to advise me that the 8-year-old model, from which I bought off Craig's List, had a previous recall on its plastic wheels as there was a history of them exploding in adverse weather conditions. Doyle's, on their own, went ahead and contacted the manufacture who provided them a new set of wheels at no cost to me, even though the warranty had long expired. This type of unsolicited customer service, along with their experience and the time they took to help me, a recent expatriate from California, to explain all the nuances of the machine made me loyal customer. Doyle's Equipment is the best place to get your equipment serviced hands down. They're cheerful demeanor and expert technicians always get the job done at a reasonable price. They might be busy, and they might have a few extensions on their timelines, however that is just due to the fact that so many people trust their work, and that means a lot of business.Give them a chance, I have and do not regret it.Jason Leydig

This is WHY you use a local PROFESSIONAL. I had a part on an old, no-brand basic push lawnmower that broke - the clutch/stop cable. No one had the part in stock around town. I called Doyle's and they ordered it for me. Reasonable, price, too by the way. I couldn't get the part to work and swore it was the wrong part. They matched it up against the old one and it was the right part. I brought the mower in and one of their technicians installed it in under 30 seconds. I was putting it on wrongly. Doyle's handled my situation right away with A+ service - I recommend them to any and all. Thank you

Our Rug Cleaning business relies heavily on our equipment. When faced with one of our Truck Mounts not working during our busiest time of year, Doyle's Equipment was wonderful and was able to do repair quickly. We are very grateful for their dedication to Customer Service. Very pleased.

Honest, friendly, and fair! What more could you ask for? Jason came out and picked up my broken mower. It was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Mower wouldn't start, and he jumped battery. My kids were running around and being a little annoying because they were excited to see the truck and trailer. Jason was gracious and mentioned how curious he was as a kid. What I've noticed about Doyle's is that they treat everyone with respect and fairness. Most shops will do anything to sell you something you don't need, so it's rare to find a repair shop that you can trust. I've found that with Doyle's.

My mower stopped self propelling. I paid the 25.00$ for diagnostic. I was told the belt needed replaced as well as the blade .cost for parts about 40.00$,but the engine was loose and needed to be looked at for a deposit of 200.00 $.l didn't agree and picked it up with some parts not put back on.They said it would cost extra. I put the same belt back on the pulley and replaced the blade for 22.34 I mowed my grass and it is working fine now.BEWARE!!!!

Was looking for a small starter switch on a Briggs & Stratton engine. They were able to get the part in 2 days! Another parts dealer said that he would have to wait until he got a $100.00 order before placing the order. Doyle's is #1 on our list!

This place is great! Highly recommend!! They are a local family owned business and very active in the community. Their prices are fair and they are very knowledgeable and willing to help diagnose any problems you may have with your equipment. Be sure to get your equipment to them at the beginning of the season tho. They do tend to get very busy as summer arrives.

Patient , knowledgeable and do a demo covering every detail. walked out ordering a $1,200 Toro picked up a few days later . I like the big box stores for some items but would rather go to a specialist and support a local family businesses. By the way same price as the Big Box stores .

Absolutely the worst company to have repairs. The first riding mower I took here they said I needed to replace the motor. LIES. They offered to make it right in The future and they destroyed this mower. Had a spindle replaced and the put the blade on the wrong way causing it to strip out and fall off. They replaced the belt that drives the deck and it has completely worn out and continues to fall off. The worst company to get repairs.

Today I had the worst customer service experience of my life. The guy that works there allowed a person to walk past me and buy the snowblower that I was waiting in line to buy(I had already spoken to the saleman and he knew I wanted it). I had spoken to the salesman and he showed me the model I was interested in. I told him my disabled father was in the truck and I needed to run and talk to him(there was snow and ice on the ground and we could not risk him falling. I went to the truck and told my dad the details of the blower. He agreed that we should buy it. As I was getting out of my truck a guy pulled in. He walked in front of me and the saleman was drawn to the other guy...like he knew him and brushed me off because I was not a regular customer. While waiting a lady asked if I was ready. I said "yes we are going to buy that one, I confirmed it with him that is the model he wanted". The salesman(white male, skinny, glasses, 50s-60s) spoke up and said "this guy is buying it". I said "EXCUSE ME, I was here first and explained what I needed to do". I never left their parking lot and only took a minute to talk to my father. They could see me in the parking lot and I saw them look at us while we talked. The "salesman" told me that the other guy spent 40-50k dollars over the summer at their store. So he is a "valued" customer. In my opinion...this is not the way to run a business. You should not ever do something like this. Normally I never do business with this place(this is an small example as to why) but my normal equipment company was currently sold out of snow blowers. I feel things happen for a reason...I found a far superior product at another location. I experienced fantastic customer service at that location and will continue business there. This saleman disrespected a disabled veteran and disoriented me. I hope my experience will help others to understand the nature of this business.

My deep-felt thanks for coming all the way out to our place in the mountains to rescue our Zeo-turn Toro mower, hauling the machine back to your shop for repairs, promptly fixing the problem and returning the mower in time to attack the sudden burst of spring grass. What a relief to be able to rely on your support, First class service! Thank You. Walt F.

Dropped off my lawnmower at Doyle's to have a problem fixed. After I didn't hear anything back after five days, I called to get an update. The lady I spoke with apparently was unable to find my lawnmower, she kept me on hold for nearly five minutes while she tried to find it. She came back on the line three different times, asking my last name, then claim #, then the type of lawnmower I had before she finally found it. She said the problem wasn't fixed since I did not tell them to fix it; however, no one ever called me to even tell me what the problem was. She refused to give me an estimate on how much it would cost or how long it would take to repair. I finally told her I would come get my lawnmower and take it elsewhere to be fixed. Horrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I need a tiny part for my carburetor for my old push lawn mower. Thought they'd have it if anyone would. They checked, but didn't have the part. New carb just under $80.00.
