Cheap tires for members, recommend to buy and get installed else where. Won't install unless you buy the exact speed rated tires they install from factory, but yet they will offer and sell you tires of a lesser speed rating for your car, then when they come in they pull your car in and then proceed to call you on the phone and tell you they cannot install because of said speed rating. The supervisor will get smart with you and curse you out on the phone but then not show his face when you come back to get your keys. Terrible customer service from the tire center.

Everything is great until I get to the register. Seems like the attitude change when you inform them you re shopping for resale. Maybe you can work on simplifying that process. Your employees hate to do the necessary paperwork and it shows.

I went in for a tire rotation and they recommended 2 new tires. The sales person and I then ordered the tires. When I went in to get them installed, they told me they couldn t get the nuts off to change the tires, even though they are the ones who tighten them on. I was told they could try other methods to get them off but if they broke the bolts, then the van would need to be towed off Costco and I would have to get it repaired some where else. I would have to pay for all of this, because one of their employees. I will say that I have had a ton of positive experiences with them in the past, but the costumer service and satisfaction of when something goes wrong is unacceptable. Now I have to pay out of my pocket for their mistakes.

Both Jake and Jimmy were extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process: from selecting a set of tires for my car to installation. I ordered my tires on a Thursday evening and in a few business days they were in store. I came in the following Friday morning to have them installed which took 38 minutes from handing my keys off to the phone call letting me know my car was ready!I ve had a slow leak in one of my tires for over a year and since I commute was tedious having to make sure to put air in every day (seriously the pressure sensor indicator would come on every day). Having new, safe tires gives me such peace of mind. Thank you, Costco!

We have gone twice to get tires repaired. The first time they told us that the tire was irreparable and had to get it replaced. It was going to be $100. We agreed, but when we went to pay the total was suddenly $200. We decided against it since they used a low quality tire and charged so much. They had already gotten rid of the old tire and torn it apart so we were forced to just use the spare.What s interesting is that for another car we went again hoping it was just one negative incident. We were once again told that the tire was irreparable and it has five holes. Learning our lesson, we went to another shop. Magically, at this other shop they only found one nail and fixed it easily. Very interesting.

My run flat tires busted through the sidewall and I visited this tire center and was not road safe to drive home. They did not have the tire in stock and at first were told that the tire would not be delivered from the distributor until the next day. When they learned that I was stranded from home, the manager Darryl did not give up. He had the specialty tires delivered at 3 pm that afternoon and they were installed within the hour after arriving for only $28! I was very grateful for the excellent service provided and made it home by dinner.

Never had a good experience here. Takes way too long. Took 2hours for one tire to be mounted and only one customer ahead of me and 3 employees in the shop. I do not understand especially since I work in automotive. I wish the customer service was better because the price and product quality is great.

I like costco product quality, but I notice an annoying, emerging characteristic about a lot of their youngish employees. They are borderline rude and arrogant. I think this is probably due to the success of the brand, but at some point, members will choose to shop elsewhere. I would start to worry, there are alternatives and you are not the only game in town, plus we pay to shop there, so if membership starts to drop at a store level, you may want to investigate store attitude. I have noticed this at the Winchester Va store and the Mobile Al store.

The best place to get your tires put on only if you want all of your wheel studs and lug nuts stripped!! :)

Ruined both wheels permanently and denied doing anything wrong. You gotta take these guys to small claims if they ever screw up, stay far away.
