Top notch customer service for my new purchase. Jeff was my salesman and is the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very informative, not pushy at all. I test drove and worked numbers on Friday, was a little above where I wanted to be, but the customer service and dealership specific perks spoke volumes and sold me, I emailed Jeff Saturday to move forward and he let me know they were very busy and only had one finance person I could wait and do if during the week or come in. I wanted to do it same day so I sent everything to finance online and set up a time to come in. Overall in and out in no time! Brian in finance was wonderful as well! Great experience for a small dealership. You will not be disappointed!

Very reasonable. They recommended services and I mentioned to them I could do one or two of them myself. The rep then adjusted the price with no issue or hassle and explain to me the services that are going to happen. Also the rep was very detailed and explained everything. Solid job by the service team.

Darrell sure does a thorough job of explaining service needed on my Hyundai Tucson and even prepares me for what's to come in the future service-wise. Josh does a great job on servicing my Hyundai. Kory and all the staff were great. My salesmen Kory was on point. He didn't dance around and blow smoke, if he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he immediately asked his supervisor. I felt the staff was honest and genuinely wanted to get me in the vehicle that was right for me, and was very informative in the Lease process. Thanks CMA Hyundai!

You know you re in the right place when you walk in and see the same faces that were there 5+ years ago, some even 10+ years! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and welcoming. My sales rep, J. Took my 2016 Sonata Hybrid in for recalls. They had already worked up a trade-in value sheet on my vehicle with a ridiculously low figure. During the wait I was informed that "your state inspection is coming due and we'd be happy to take care of that for you." Then failed me for a bushing permanently affixed to the lower control arm and that "we'd be happy to replace..." for nearly $1,100 cool ones. Got the part for $250 at Auto Zone and did it myself. Both Hyundai Winchester and Harrisonburg service departments fail. Harrisonburg for workmanship and both locations for just poor service. Done with Hyundai.

When I bought my Ioniq in 2018, this business seemed different. Over the last few years, I cannot get my car in for service or even so much as a safety check in less than 3 weeks. Recently, my rear spoiler came loose and I discovered only one bolt remains holding it on. I called the service department and it was the same disinterested attitude on the phone that could not get me in to get it fixed for over 3 weeks. I did explain the safety concerns, but they were not concerned. I had them transfer me to the parts department. I spoke with another disinterested man who had to be literally asked 20 questions to get him to just order the bolts...like I had to do the thinking for him. I was told I would get a call in a couple days when they come in, but no phone call was ever received, despite my verifying with them that they had my correct number. I called this morning and a different guy in the service department informed me that they had a note in their system that they called me Friday morning and left a message. I did not receive a phone call or voicemail. The person who wrote the note lied. I do not recommended doing business with a company that dismisses your safety and lies to its customers about something so small. What else would they lie to their customers about? Clearly they have no concern for customer safety.UPDATE: 3/26/2024 The actions of this company's representative as stated in their response to this post were not follow up on, much as they failed to follow up with me on when the bolts were ready for my vehicle. But why would anyone be surprised at this point...all propaganda, all talk, paid media, bonused reviews, and bogus all around.

Everyone was absolutely amazing in the service department! While we were waiting we met the general manager who was wonderful, even showing us how to make hot chocolate for our 3 year old. They came back several time to ensure we didn t need anything during our wait. Thank you for the 5 Star Hospitality!

Everyone listened to my problem. They were concerned and offered to help. They were very busy and really didn t have an opened bay. I left the car for them to work on, when there was time.It wasn t even 2 hours later, and I was called. They had a cancellation and were able to look at my car. It is all fixed. Now that is very good customer service.

Hands down THEE best car buying experience I ve ever had! I ve shopped BMW,Nissan,Tesla,Land Rover and have had the worst experience. From test driving with Jeff who let us explore the car and teaching us all the tech. Coming back another day to check out another car and wasn t pushing at all. Brad in financing breaking down the pros/cons to what ll benefit our purchase. Walking out and the GM personally thanking our business and reaching out with any hesitation. Every single person in Hyundai was genuinely amazing! Such a smooth, easy and fast process. If you re looking at car at this dealer go for it,you won t regret it.

I went into this transaction knowing what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. It was easy to select my vehicle through CMA's website, value my trade, apply for financing, then select any add-ons or service packages desired. After this, I had two brief phone conversations with Jeff Garber who was EXCELLENT to deal with. I told him what I wanted to be thrown into the deal in order for it to happen. Jeff advocated on my behalf and got me the deal that I wanted. Again, I hadn't even stepped foot in the showroom! I went into the showroom at a scheduled time, completed my paperwork, and drove off the lot in the car I wanted, with the extras I wanted, in 25 minutes! No hassle, no surprises! I will definitely return to CMA's Hyundai of Winchester for any future vehicle purchases.

They are busy, so I had to wait several weeks for the appointment, but the appoint was handled very will by Hyundai.Darryl met me, took my car early, was very clear about what would happen, and finished his work quickly.I was very happy with the whole process. I honestly don't say this about dealerships but CMA Hyundai of Winchester was a great dealership. They are on the smaller side but their staff was great and accommodating. Jeff was our salesman and he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. I got the feeling that he didn't want to screw you over and wanted to make sure you were making the right decision. I never once felt pressured by him. Also, I know from experience that dealing with the finace manager can be a dreadful ordeal. Not with Brad. He offered the extra products/ services but he wasn't pushy at all. This was the first car buying experience I have had that has left a positive impression on me.

Tim was such a pleasure to work with!My husband and I came in to do a routine maintenance appointment for our elantra hybrid limited. In the 45 minutes they were reviewing the car, we had an opportunity to look around.We saw the only elantra hybrid blue trim on the lot and asked about it. We were curious about a pricing sheet before moving forward with anything and Tim was on it!He walked us through reasons a car would be helpful, given my new job and commute, asked us good questions including how much is your time, money, and energy worth to carpool with different schedules? and was very personable and understanding.In the conversation, he was not only knowledgeable but genuine. He walked us through the pricing, offered us 0 down, and asked us what else he could do to get us to take the car today.While the car sells itself features such as it being a stunning black hybrid that permits 56 on highway and 53 on city it was Tim s expertise, communication, flexibility and empathy that guided us in making the next best financial decision here.Thank you so much, Tim!Also sending a special shout out to Brad, who was really precise with the estimates and final numbers, explained everything about the protections and paperwork in detail all while being super efficient!Appreciate the work and culture of CMA's Hyundai of Winchester to not only value their customers but care beyond the sale of the product. Phone receptionist very rude. Called and ask to speak to service and parts. Instead of transferring, she kept asking me, "why do you want to talk to them?" If this is how the main phone receptionist is that handles all the incoming calls, imagine the rest of the employee's over here, what a nightmare. This was March 29th, around 12:30pm. Called a different Hyundai and they were great, but beware of this location.

Horrible experience at service center! Took my vehicle in for warranty work. Took three days to complete work. They would not give me a loaner. They would not keep me updated. Had to use 8 hours work leave because vehicle was not ready when promised. Here s the kicker. Picked vehicle up and the engine compartment was covered with coolant. Got home and it was dripping in the garage. Not from a leak! It is from them not cleaning the coolant off the engine after the repair. Coolant is hazardous to the environment and toxic to children and animals. Absolutely unbelievable! Very disappointed!

Just went in for a ECU update recall. Was quick and stress free. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and explained things well. Two other employees were also very kind and made me feel welcome while I was waiting in the waiting room. As someone who used to work as a service advisor, this was a pleasant and positive first visit.
