BEWARE!!! THIS DEALERSHIP SELLS LEMONS! My mother went to this dealership to purchase her dream vehicle on July 17th. After speaking with the salesperson, Cory Bennett, she was able to get her 2023 Chevy Tahoe in Sage Grey. She was completely happy, and everything was fine until July 27th. At this time, the truck was not cooling at all, and it was one of the hottest days of the summer. (We were riding to work together, because I was 9 months pregnant and unable to drive myself). We went to the dealership and spoke with the salesperson, and he ensured that we got a loaner. Let me remind you, the service department was determined not to give a loaner. After Cory spoke with services, my mom was able to get a black 2023 Chevy Silverado. Everything was fine, until August 28th, when the loaner's engine s light came on and stalled at the stop light! This was beyond crazy to me, due to my mother being 45 minutes away from home. She was able to get it back running and immediately took it back to CMA. While there, she was given a 2023 Red Chevy Silverado. A week after driving that, the radio stopped working. Let me remind you, CMA still had her dream vehicle, which was sitting on the lot "waiting for parts". In the mist of all of this, she was in contact with Scylar. Let me start with this, I understand that everyone needs a job, but when you work with the public, please act accordingly. The level of unprofessionalism that Scylar displayed, still has me floored to this day. When someone is spending their hard-earned money to purchase something that they have saved for, the last thing you want to encounter is disrespect and unprofessionalism. The amount of inconsistent information that was given was ridiculous. After my mom got her vehicle back, 3 MONTHS LATER, not even a month later, it stopped heating. She called to have it serviced, but the same day, on the way home, the vehicle engine light came on and stated, "Engine over heating...Pull over". My mom had to get the vehicle towed to the CMA, because Scylar stated that they did not have anyone to get the vehicle. With that being said, my husband and my 3-month-old son, had to get my mom, who was 45 minutes from home. Scylar proceeded to tell my mom that he would meet her the following day, at 7:30am, at CMA. The next day, we went to CMA at 7:30am, only to be told that Scylar called in sick and "We have a right to get sick"! ABSOULTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My mom stated that she would contact the BBB, which she has. Three new vehicles in a 6 month period is ridculous. We understand there was a strike, but that does not make up for the unprofessionalism and consistent lies.I will say this again, CMA IN CHESTER, ON US-1, IS SELLING LEMONS! We want to thank Cory for being honest and open about this entire process! Other than that, CMA is a total BUST!

This was my 2nd purchase from them. This one was for ordering a dream car. I spent a year and a half talking with Josh, one of the sales managers, and he was just the nicest guy that kept me in the loop at every step of the way. He was also realistic with me about expectations around availability, which I really appreciated, so I could make the most informed decision.

It was a great experience. I went in just to look and wound up buying a car I have wanted for a year! All the people were great especially the salesman Cory Bennett. He was honest and did all he could to find the car that I was looking for! It was a pleasure working with him!

Needed a critical oil change and an appointment was made available the next day. Service was started on time and finished quickly. My experience with CMA Colonial Chevrolet has been excellent since I started taking my vehicles there in 2018.

This was hands down one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. From online help with answering questions with Josh and Kelley, in person help with looking at the vehicle, test drive, paperwork, etc. with Cory and finance help and paperwork with Dario; the whole team there made the experience enjoyable and quick! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and plan on returning for my future vehicle needs. Thank you again to everyone that I had the pleasure of working with!

I highly recommend CMA for your next Chevrolet purchase. I've always received great service from this dealership. This was my fourth purchase from CMA. Our seller Roberto Campos was very knowledgeable and took his time with us. I drove away knowing that I got great service and price.

I recently bought a 2023 Silverado. This being my first brand new vehicle. I m a busy person so I needed it done fast. My salesman was Cory he was EXACTLY what I needed. His no pressure approach was what I was hoping for when I came to the dealership. He showed me all my options and got me the vehicle I wanted and even delivered it to my house when it was POURING outside. He s followed up with me to see how I m liking the vehicle and has been extremely professional. CMA all day, Thank you CORY!!!

Customer service representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what was needed for my car and future services they offered. I been here a couples of times for car maintenance and never experienced any issues with prices. My mom and sister brings their vehicles here and know their are getting good service and reasonable prices for car maintenance.

After I made the decision on what package and color truck I wanted I could not find it in stock here in Florida. I found it at CMA in Chester, Virginia and from the first phone call forward Josh, Woody and John were awesome to deal with. Answered all my calls and questions and did a great job putting this all together for me and when I arrived, the truck was ready to go. This dealership is a class act and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a GM product. Thanks guys.

I looked online for a specific vehicle and left my info for an inquiry and Jelky reached out to me first thing the next morning and set me up an appointment with Keith Wyatt. Keith was a great salesman who listened and wasn't pushy. I told him what I wanted, such as the vehicle, down payment, and trade in amount and he got me what I asked for. Dario, who is a finance manager was also very helpful and nice and not pushy. Josh was also very friendly during the process. Very good buying experience.

They did a great job getting my car finished way ahead of time but the guy that was contacting me about my car was supposed to get back to me about someone coming to pick me up to bring me to get my car. The person was at lunch and I was told he would get In touch with me when the person got back from lunch. But I never received a call or a text. I took an Uber to get there.

Took my car for service on a Friday morning . That same day they told me I needed a new tire to pass inspection and that was all they needed for inspection. The tire would arrive Monday. I agreed to paying for the new tire . Monday I do not hear from the dealer , Tuesday morning I call and was told they already had the tire and should not take long . Never heard back from them that day.Wednesday , I asked the status of my car and said that there is a new item needed to pass inspection (exhaust leak) and the part is not available . They will let me know when it will arrive. So now I have my car with no state inspection sticker. It took them 4 days to tell me they needed a new part for inspection ? After telling me I only needed to replace the tire on Friday. Disappointed in the service

He was an exceptionally friendly individual, which made my experience much more enjoyable. Although I'm still undecided about whether the Silverado 1500 is the right truck for me, I wanted to take a moment to commend Woody for his outstanding service and assistance.

My Chevrolet story spans 20 years. I purchased my first Chevy Trailblazer in 2003 from this same dealership. I had been researching and try to determine what my next vehicle would be that I would purchase. My 2013 Ford Edge Limited Edition began to give my problems 2 months ago and two different sensors and lights came on the dash took that as a sign from God.I made it the the CMA Chevy dealership and when I entered the building I stated I needed to purchase a vehicle. I was introduced to Mr. Woody Murray, Mr. Charlie, and Mr. Dario showed me the best hospitality that I had received in a long time.I am so grateful to have had them all blessed me with their service. They all made me feel like I was the most important thing for 3 hours and 15 minutes.I would recommend and refer my friends and family any day of the week.Thank you gentlemen for my Gift from God!!!!!!

He listened and then was able to show us the trucks that fell within our parameters providing details for comparison and prompt follow through pone calls answering questions. I just picked the car up on Wednesday morning paying not only CMA's bill plus the cost of four days of car rental. I was told that there was not any loaner cars available! Three days later and AAA towed it in AGAIN for the SAME ISSUE!!! Someone didn't do their job and here I am, inconvenienced once more.I'm sure you want publish this response!!!!

Dropped my vehicle off Thursday Jan 18, 2024 for a state Inspection two fog lights and a resistor for the window defrost. When I made the appointment my parts was supposed to be already at CMA. The parts were not at the dealership as I was told they would be. I was told later that day my vehicle would be ready Friday January 18, 2024. Today is Tuesday January 23, 2024, my representative J.J. never called me. I had to call the dealership and find out that my vehicle was ready. On the printed receipt I noticed my vehicle had to recalls. I never received a phone call explaining about the recalls. I picked my vehicle up today and the resistor still isn't working correctly. I don't recommend you use J.J..I am recommending you not use CMA service department.V/R Submitted Gunnery Sergeant U.S.M.C Ret.

I can t thank CMA Colonial Chevrolet enough! Especially Jackson in the service department. Jackson went above and beyond when my Tahoe was in for repair. The liftgate on my Tahoe would open with the push of the button but wouldn t close. Jackson updated me every single day with the multiple different ways they tried to figure out what was wrong with my Tahoe. Even when they had to hold onto my Tahoe for about a week, he set up Enterprise across the street to loan me a car, costs completely covered. My husband and I have dealt with many dealers in the past but this is by far the best one! Thank you, CMA Colonial Chevrolet!

I had limited time to look at a specific vehicle I identified on line and work on a deal for this truck and Keith Wyatt and Don Sloan worked aggressively for me to put together a deal in a short period of time. While I was there several other people interacted with me and thanked me for stopping in, which was a contributing factor in my decision making. For a taste of how a car buying experience used to be, you need to go to CMA Colonial Chevrolet as they are very professional and extremely courteous!

Our sales associate, Cory, was very helpful and was willing to stay late in order to complete our transactions without rushing us through the process. He took the time to explain everything and walk us through the details of purchasing two used vehicles at one time. He continued to communicate effectively the next day until our vehicles were detailed and ready for us to pick up. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly without being pushy and overbearing, which really helps out a lot. We had been vehicle shopping for a few weeks and saw many vehicles that we really did like, but it was actually the people and overall experience that kept us from continuing our search another day.
