Thanks to Keith, Scott, and the rest of the Christian Brothers Auto team for always providing a great service to the vehicles that I bring in. Not just to the vehicles but just great customer service to me. Thanks to the newly added Shawna and getting me squared away with parts and everything and service stuff. We ve been bringing our cars here for, since they opened and always have great service.

My experience here was good. Usually, I am a little leary about taking a vehicle to a shop that is full of cars that look like they have been sitting there for a while. However, the customer service was good, the speed at which my vehicle was completed was excellent, and the quality or work was great. I only gave 4 stars because although the management is the approving authority on some products they offer - such as alternative payment for repairs- the front in should be trained on those products so they can be knowledgeable in order for customers to make well informed decisions based on accurate information. Other than that, this place seems pretty solid.

Very honest mechanic. I really like the quote that is sent prior to repairs, showing real time pictures of what parts is being looked at and allowing you to select what you want repaired, and cancel things you don t. Very reasonably priced and the shuttle service is extremely helpful!

The hype is real! Christian Brothers is my number one choice in car care now... I called around trying to get an oil change on my day off, nobody had any capacity but Christian Brothers found a way to fit me in. Jonathan took my call and was very polite and helpful. Its very convenient that you can communicate via text if there are questions or concerns.The shop is extremely clean and the showroom looks like a comfy living room. Coffee area, and wifi included! Much more like a high-end dealership, not mechanic shop.My car was done by the end of the day, right on time. Scott was ultra helpful communicating with me and told me next time I didn't have to walk to pick up the car because they have a complementary shuttle that can drop off/pick up (if not being used by someone else of course). You receive a comprehensive health report that includes pictures and areas where you are okay, areas of concern, and immediate attention issues. They even bring the car up to the door when you're ready to leave. That's service!Scott said it best, "Christian Brothers is the Chick-fil-A of the car care world", and he's spot on. Thanks for a great experience

This was my first time at the establishment, I came in to get my coolant reservoir replaced and the staff was not only helpful but very informative when I asked other questions about my vehicle. The staff was very kind and I will definitely be coming back for my car repairs.

I ve been to Christian Brothers twice- once this past summer for my water pump, and again for when I needed my gasket replaced.Excellent work, overall.I couldn t ask for a better shop.Clean. Thorough. Trustworthy.I m really glad I went with them, and paid extra at Carmax for the Carmax care to be able to afford the big repair I needed when it came to my timing cap, gasket, etc.The only downside I had is it took alot longer to fix my car than estimated (can totally happen, I understand things come up, parts had to be ordered, which took about a week to come in), but I felt my car was put on the back burner a lot. My car went in February 5th, and I did not receive her back until February 26th. I received a few phone calls, overall pleasant, but with a hint of annoyance either at the job being bigger than expected, or other things, I m not sure, maybe both lol. I can reason with the fact that that line of work can be very stressful, so I tried not to think too much into it, and appreciate the work they put in. I was informed they had longer projects, too, which was what kept it, but only when I called to see what the status was, so that was a little concerning. My first visit went great, but my second visit wasn t feeling too confident. I still think this area is top notch, and they have an excellent crew. Hell, without them, my car wouldn t be on the road right now.I ll definitely recommend.

Polite staff, prices are very reasonable, and excellent explanations on any work that may or may not need done! They don't force any work, or try to act like it's about money. There's no looking down or acting in a negative manner if something can't be done due to money or timing. I had to wait and schedule work later myself, as they're always there ready to help when you are! They work great all around and the shuttle service is a great plus!

Christian Brothers came to the rescue when pur transmission failed. The dealership told us they wouldn't be able to get to our vehicle to just look at it till February. Christian Brothers was able to look at the vehicle within 24 hrs of us getting it towed to them and we had our new transmission and vehicle back in under 2 weeks. Customer service over the phone and in person was top notch and we have found our spot for any vehicle service needs! Thanks for being there!!

Went in for an oil change and state inspection. Right off the bat the customer service was better than I've had at any other shop. It was very fast service and with their text updates they keep you informed at all times. They even send you an inspection report so you can see exactly what's going on with your vehicle. I will be using them from now on for any repairs or maintenance that may come up. All around amazing experience.

In my opinion, Christian Brothers Automotive is a + !!!The absolute best experience I have ever had when it came to having a vehicle serviced; professional, thorough, and very informative. Absolute best mechanic service i ve ever been to. We needed a new alternator on very short notice on a Friday and they squeezed us in. I could not have asked for better service, amazing quality work, but beyond anything else amazing people. The manager was one of the nicest most caring people i ve ever met. His 2 best workers even stayed an extra hour past their shift to get my alternator done. We had to cross a busy highway to get there and the manager went above and beyond to pick us up in his shuttle so we could get there safely. I would reccomend this service to anyone wanting high quality work from people i would trust with my child in a heartbeat! Some of the most caring people i ve ever met when they could have easily turned us away and told us we had to come back on Monday.

I highly recommend this establishment. I ve been dealing with Christian Brothers for a little while and since I started I have only been exclusively dealing only with them. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and will make you feel at home. This place is great.

This place is amazing! The customer service is great and they re so friendly! I called multiple shops trying to get my mud flaps installed and not a lot shops in the area install them. This one does! They took about 40 minutes to do everything. I think their pricing is really fair. Check this place out

I was recently gifted a vehicle that was in dire need of some TLC. I knew what some of the issues were but the Christian Brothers Automotive Team did a thorough inspection and provided multiple options to get this vehicle up and running again. They resourced the best priced parts and provided a reliable timeline for repairs. There a great company had an assessment done transmission leak and other low maintenance things They took pictures of where the leak was and other things most mechanics usually tell you what s wrong, and not show you evidence my truck run smoothly just like when I first got it

We began having Christian Brothers service our vehicles last year. It has been a wonderful experience! Initially, we had trouble finding a mechanic in this area. I truly appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. They acknowledged me as soon as I entered the office. They were also extremely pleasant to my wife and children by offering them water and snacks. (They were waiting outside in the car while a representative assisted me inside.) Once the vehicle had been scheduled and diagnosed, the details of what needed to repaired were provided. Their organization was greatly appreciated and allowed me to ask appropriate questions. The vehicle was repaired as described and handled with care. My car horn was acting up last week and I was looking for a change of mechanic. After looking at the good reviews online, I initially called the shop in midlothian and was told another one near where I live. After giving them a call and explaining my issue, I was given an appointment for two days later. I dropped the car off at their opening time on the day of the appointment. Unfortunately or fortunately for me, my car horn didn't go off again. They monitored my car for the whole day and even gave me a ride to their shop and back home without charging me. That is a true customer service. I will definitely be going back to them for any future issues. Thank you Christian Brothers!

Amazing customer service. The whole team was friendly and professional. I received VIP service every step of the way and each interaction.The communication is excellent. They sent text messages to let me know where my care was in the process.The alignment and tire mounting and balance was reasonably priced.They provided shuttle service by Keith. This was an unexpected repair need. The rear differential went out on my vehicle, which was a suspected issue when I took it in to have it diagnosed. Sure enough, that was the culprit but the technician inspected the rest of the suspension, wheel bearings and drivetrain to ensure there wouldn't be other surprise add ons. They showed me that the differential on my vehicle (which I had bought used), to my surprise was not the original and discovered the internal gears were severely worn and the unit had likely been purchased from a junkyard. Since my vehicle is no longer produced I knew a brand new differential wasn't an option, but Christian Brothers obtained a quality used replacement from a reputable source and thoroughly inspected it before installing it on my vehicle. They encountered several issues with the removal of the old unit and related parts due to seized bolts and mounts, which lead to a longer than anticipated install time and additional parts being needed than what was included in the original quote. This was concerning enough but it also put me without a vehicle longer than anticipated. However, Keith offered me a rental car, which I declined but on the day my vehicle was ready, I would have missed a doctor's appointment near the shop, but Keith picked me up at home and took me to my appointment so I wouldn't miss it. Who does that??! Additionally, the mechanic that started the work had a medical situation that prevented him from being able to complete the work. Legitimately this would have delayed me getting my vehicle back at least another day. But instead, one of the supervisors, Johnathan, being a Master Mechanic himself took on the job and completed it himself, even taking the time to take me under the vehicle to show me everything that had been done. In the end, I fully expected additional labor and parts to have been added to my original quote. But to my astonishment, not only was the final cost exactly what they originally quoted, but they also increased the warranty to 3 years AND added a 15k and 30k mile differential service FREE. Again, WHO DOES THAT??!! This is the 3rd time I've used Christian Brothers for service to my vehicles. I have come to completely trust their diagnoses. I wouldn't expect this every time, but what they did during this experience is something I will never forget. As for their customer service? From Pandora at the desk, to Johnathan and the techs in the shop to Keith the owner and all the others there; I don't care what business you can think of, Christian Brothers on Rt 1 in Chester is the best in my book. Trustworthy, dependable, honest, professional. Simply good people all around.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism, expertise & kindness of this business. I've not had to deal with major repairs on any of my vehicles in my adult life so this was a first for me & I was very nervous. The moment I walked in they put my mind at ease with how wonderful they are. They went to lengths to get as much as they could covered under my RepairPal Warranty. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I won't hesitate to visit them again.

I really felt like a valued customer as I was able to schedule services relatively quick. When I walked in it was an unspoken business-customer relationship. Services were provided an expedient way. I would Definitely recommend this place and come back again. It its important that my family has a local place to take our vehicles without hesitation.

They are amazing!! We had our alternator replaced at a different shop a few months ago but the other shop missed the root cause of the issue, so we ended up having our car breakdown on our way home from our Christmas trip. We had our van towed to Christian Brothers and they were so helpful! They were able to handle everything over the phone, which made it so much easier. They called every day to keep me updated. They dealt with our warranty company to ensure that everything that was supposed to be covered was taken care of. I cannot say enough about how great they are and how well they treat their customers! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much!!

I had an excellent experience at Christian Brothers Automotive in Chester near Cinema Cafe today. I was getting my car washed next door to get ready for a trip and I thought about how I should get my oil changed when I saw Christian Brothers was now open. I walked in and said I know this is a long shot, but is there anyway I could get an oil change, like now? The guy had to check with another guy and we got to talking about the trip and how I was leaving in a few hours. They fit me in. It s only been open 7 weeks so everything is nice and new but the lobby was very big and nice. They offered me and Ava bottled water and their coffee bar and snacks and gave Ava fresh baked cookies. We had to use the bathroom and it was huge and nice and had a bunch of baby stuff with a very nice changing table and some feminine things as well. The two guys at the desk were very friendly. They have Christian music playing. I just got an oil change but that went very well. They do a pretty detailed inspection of the vehicles prior and they send you a report with a bunch of pictures attached. The price was pretty close to the same, maybe a couple dollars more, but for the experience, a couple dollars more is fine to me. I was pretty impressed and believe I will be back. Top Notch -- Nothing Less!!! I would give them eight(8) stars if I could. This facility tackled a job on our 2019 Audi Q8 no other facility wanted to touch. They diagnosed the problem and explained my options then worked with the warranty company to get the repairs approved. Exceptional service at Christian Brothers Automotive.
