Asked for rental car and ignored after their poor work to my vehicle. Stuff falling off. He needs to be shut down. Liars and know they haven't order my parts. It doesn't take 2 weeks or over a month to order no parts. Insurance companies take them off your list. Needs to give my money back because I had to pay my mechanic to fix some of their mess and still have more to get done.

They are local, and they do great work and are very friendly and professional.I've had them do work on two different trucks that I have owned, and both of them came out excellent. If you are looking for a great body and paint, I highly recommend Chester Body Shop.

I was the annoying customer of the day, calling multiple times for updates. Both of the ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. I would certainly suggest of anyone needs repairs, they call Chester Body Shop. My bumper looks amazing now.

My car looks so good! I am very pleased with their customer service as well. I was very confused about how everything works after filing the claim with my insurance but they took the extra time to explain to me the process. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of collision repair & if I need any repair in the future I know where I ll be taking my vehicle!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chester Auto Body went above and beyond on my CRV that they fixed recently. Our insurance company was a real pain to deal with, but they didn't miss a beat. Plus, after the storm this past weekend, I thought I had water leaking in my car due to the site where the car was repaired. They took my car in right away, checked and determined it was my sunroof, that wasn't a part of the accident, but cleaned the port anyway, free of charge. These guys are stand-up and very caring. They stayed in regular contact with us throughout the entire repair process. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

My experience wasn't great at all and I'm still waiting on the parts. If I could give no stars I would have. First, I was told to bring my suv in March 27, 2023 but after it arrived I was questioned why I had it towed it there. I talked to Jim which is one of the owners and he told me that's the date I was told. They don't communicate with you to let you know what's going at all. The insurance companies needs to remove them from the list. I picked my vehicle up in late July and been trying to get my vehicle back right every since. My bumper isn't fasten back tight, my engine cover underneath my vehicle and grill flew off while driving down the highway. I took my vehicle back in August and was told they was going to order the piece under and fix my bumper but I never received a call. So when the grill fell I went back again...Jim tried to tell me I hit something to make the cover off from underneath my suv. So I had to argue with him because you and I know I couldn't hit nothing on my suv for that cover to come off underneath my suv. IT WASN'T PUT ON CORRECTLY! I asked over weeks ago when my parts coming in and still haven't heard anything. I emailed Jim and no response as of yet. Also my air conditioner didn't work correctly when I first picked my vehicle up and they supposed to fixed the air conditioner as well. My vehicle looks worse after I left there shop now. It looked much better after I hit a deer than now. Jim was no help when I called to tell him I was going to pick it back up because I didn't feel comfortable and was glad I offered to come back to pick my vehicle up and said I would let someone else fix it. He didn't offer to refund of any my money back. I have paid my mechanic too much money after they suppose to fix my vehicle and it's unfair to me to come out my pocket twice. Also they had my vehicle outside knowing the grill was off. I'm not surprised because I was given the run around the whole time my vehicle was there. PLEASE BEWARE; DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

terrible terrible 6 months waiting for repair and paint paid 10500... in dec 22 and still dont have my vehicle back... USAA recommended them. Now i know to go back to delearship for all my needs.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys here were super kind and helpful. While I was driving my fender trim had fallen off. They attached it with new clips and I was in an out in 5 minutes. I m so thankful they were able to help me out.

These guys were great, repaired my car that was damaged in an accident. Only complaint is it took longer than they forecasted and the last few days felt like I was chasing their tails to get info. Other than that, the car came out beautiful and we d go back if needed.

Terrible customer service. Lied to my wife about completion date. Made us go over our car rental coverage. Said they'd take care of the extra car rental charges with insurance because there was a supplemental claim. Then refused to help cover overage. This shop absolutely deserves all their good reviews. If I could have given them something higher than 5 stars, I would. I went in the morning with a problem that while relatively minor in the scheme of things, was making the car impossible to drive.I had no appoiment, had never even been there before. They were so kind and helpful in spite of how busy they obviously were. They had me back on the road in 15 minutes, and would accept NO PAYMENT in return. If this is how they treat someone who comes in off the street, they must be wonderful to all their customers.A big THANK YOU, and my highest recommendation!

Chester Body shop does awesome work! I have (unfortunately) needed them twice in the recent past, one more major than the other. Both times my car came back promptly looking good as new. The owner and all the guys working there are wonderful. For an honest, prompt and well done repair, this this the place to take your vehicle.

Unless you wanna wait MONTHS for your car to get done, don't use this service. They drag their feet, soaking up insurance money, and take FOREVER to get the actual work done. It's ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy....Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have had the pleasure of working with Chester Body Shop and their staff for over several years. They fixed my car when we had an accident and the work was excellent. They are the epitome of a community business where you have a customer service driven owner that is a pillar of the community. He has grown his business on the strength of his work for many many years. This is the only body shop to go to! I recommend highly to everyone who wants top notch customer service and great work.

I normally don t spend much time writing reviews, but in cases that deserve it, I will take that time. These guys absolutely deserve a 5 star rating based on two separate jobs they have done for me over the past 6 months. The first job was painless dent removal on my 2018 dually from a bad hail storm we had. The entire truck was covered in dents. They did work that absolutely amazed me...literally 0 sign of even a pea sized mark anywhere on the truck...and I looked it over with a fine toothed comb. The second job they did was more my fault. I got stuck pulling a 40ft 5th wheel and the bottom of the trailer crunched the bed rail of the same dually. Once again, their work literally could not have been any better. I was concerned that the fresh clear coat and blended paint on that one fender may jump out from the rest of the truck, but their blending job and whole truck clean job after the painting was so good that there was a perfect match to the rest of the truck. If you re considering other body shops around the area, I would stick with these guys...they are truly top notch in every respect. I don t use those words lightly.

I would not recommend this shop for a repairs to your vehicle. The first issue. Repair time 1.5 weeks, actual repair time 4 weeks. I actually called and asked the status of my truck. Was told they have in a bay now. I dropped in to the shop and the truck was in the same parking space from last week. Poor craftsmanship. the trim on vehicle is coming off the doors and fender. The interior door panel was not installed correctly. The door does not fit the opening causing wind noise. Bad primer job and the door has a line about 8 in long. I would rate them zero stars.

I have had many wonderful experiences with the Chester body shop. They are customer service oriented, and go above and beyond what is necessary. The team is very honest in their work, they are willing to sit down and go over the various costs with the customer to help them understand what they are paying for. Rick and the team take the time to know their customers, and provide high quality service for a valuable price. I definitely have and will continue to recommend this shop to others.

Fixed son's truck and it looked good except one tire had 6 inch split on inside they didn't see. Price went up and up. Couple other issues after got truck back. Not family owned like before and it shows

My car had currently been sitting there for 35 days. 8 days past the original estimated date of completion and looking at another week or longer before it's done! It's really disappointing when you find that techs have been pulled from your car to work on larger projects. Definitely wouldn't recommend them!

We had 2 cars that needed work back to back. Everyone at Chester Auto Body was extremely professional and very helpful. They did a great job on both cars. They both look brand new. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the process simple. I would not hesitate to go back to Chester Auto Body in the future!

I highly recommend Chester Body Shop. We got in an accident and the shop handled our repairs quickly and efficiently. Everyone I worked with was very kind and went out of their way to make the customer happy! Our truck looks better than it did prior to the accident. Very satisfied customer.
