Great service, and top notch people. My alternator went out in my truck, here I was stuck in the middle of the road. Called and they had a truck to me within 15-20 minutes. That is awesome! Loaded it up and took it to their garage. My truck was fixed by and running great the very next day. I felt the prices where reasonable and they where very friendly. Very good people from tow truck to garage. I never had better service anywhere. I am so impressed them there professional business. I would recommend Central City towing and garage to everyone. They have a customer for life, me! Awesome job and fantastic service. WOW!

These guys are wonderful. After a self inflicted bang to my car by a pole in a parking garage and what looked like an impossible task to get the car out, they came to my rescue. My insurance company fumbled and gave no relevant information to them such as the car was disabled, on a 3rd floor of a parking deck and the clearance was 6'7". Despite this they quickly made a call, brought in the necessary tools (wheel jacks) and got the car out. All while being incredibly kind and patient with the situation. These are the kind of people you want to help you out....quick to respond, quick to adapt if the situation changes and compassionate to boot. I highly recommend them!

Awful experience. Was told driver would arrive within the hour. After an hour and a half called back to get status. Was told 15 minutes. After 30 called and cancelled. 5 minutes later driver shows up. I sent him packing. We'll see how much hassle they give me on refunding my pre paid fee.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our car was in front of our house in the middle of the road blocking the rest of the culdesac from going anywhere and a snow plow if they came through, so we needed it moved. We called our RSA and they sent them to get my car out of the ice. Well we wait around very patiently for about three hours and we finally see them on the road across from ours so we call them because we thought maybe they got lost. That was not the case. The woman told us "No, he called a little bit ago and said it was too icy" So not only did he just decide he wasn't going to help, they didn't even decide it was necessary to tell us they weren't coming until we called. Also, if the road wasn't icy, I wouldn't have needed help. We ask if there is anything they could do at all and also said we would pay out of pocket if we had chains he could put on which she said no, they didn't have any chains... in the days following a snow storm. Right. Needless to say, we are not happy. the next morning our RSA sent our Browder's Towing and they had a truck half the size pull my car up the hill with NO problem on roads that were much more icy than last night. So thank you Central City, for being useless.

Why say you are 24 hours and not have anyone available? Not 1 hr from now? Not 2 hours from now? Or 3? Just nope we dont have anyone available. Ever? Smh.Karma.
