Almost 2 weeks ago after the first snow, my son said his Liberty had a grinding noise coming from the left front tire. I thought maybe something had got in between the rotor and pad from the salt spreading on the road to cause this. I didn't give it much attention and told him I would look at it after the snow cleared. Last Sunday I got more insight into what the vehicle was doing and it wasn't good. My son said at higher speeds, the vehicle was shaking badly. I said it's going to the shop. I called Omps first thing Monday morning and was told that that they may not be able to get to it until Wednesday, but it would be best to drop it off. We dropped it off early Monday afternoon and to my surprise, they called later the same day with the problem. The front drive shaft was about to fall off. One of their mechanics heard it as they were pulling it into the garage. Thank goodness I decided to get it in when we did. This could have been a disaster had we waited another day. The real hero here is the service department at Brian Omps. They knew what the problem was right away, the part was in stock, they repaired it and the vehicle was ready Tuesday before noon. I don't know if the urgency of the repair caused it to be looked at sooner, but we are grateful how quickly they turned this around and the vehicle is running fine now. We have never had any problem with any repair done at Brian Omps. They are the only vehicle repair business in the area that I can trust with our vehicles.

I brought my 2007 Nissan Xterra over there for a crankshaft sensor replacement. These guys are phenomenal. If you want it done right in an efficient time I recommend these guys. A shop that you can trust. And I'm not getting paid to say this.

Every time I've needed repairs for my vehicles Brian Omps has done a wonderful job. They're reasonably priced, extremely helpful and friendly. I never worry about them taking advantage and I've had excellent service every time. I highly recommend them for any and all service needs.

I brought my car in for an inspection and to get my tires rotated and balanced. All of the employees were extremely kind and polite. I felt very good leaving my car in their hands. When I got my car back it was in great condition and I was extremely happy with the service on my tires. Thank you so much! I ll definitely be back the next time I need something done for my car!

My car broke down on I-81 as I was traveling through with my kids. Finding a tow that had a cab that could safely accommodate all of us was difficult, but Kathleen and Bonita went out of their way to find someone for us. And when Curtis arrived with the truck, he was so great with my kids who were a little nervous about the situation. By the end, instead of it being a scary; it had been turned into an adventure. My seven year-old specifically told me to mention how nice Curtis was. Their warmth really helped us make the best of a harrowing situation.Service: Car towing

Requested a quote to move an empty 53ft dry van trailer from Winchester VA to Williamsport MD. Their competitor was charging $475.00 for the tow yet, they (Brian Omps) quoted me almost half of that price! Their customer service was AMAZING! The lady I spoke to (Donna) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my work order and everything went EXTREMELY smooth. So glad I found them and would highly recommend them to others!

They do great work if we cannot handle it at Bill and Bill's Auto. Highly recommend them. Especially for engine and transmission work because we do not do any engine or transmission replacement. Another highlight is their work on heater core.

Have gotten my RV towed by them a few times. The guys here are top notch and would recommend them to anyone that has a bigger rig that needs towed! Hope to not see you often this year! Cheers...

While we were in town our 6.0 Ford Powerstroke died. We pull a 12'000 5th wheel with it. We took it here and will do so again should we need to. The problem was accurately diagnosed and quickly repaired. It's allways nerve wracking when in a strange place trying to find a good diesel mech. Thankfully we found Brian Omps. They do know they're way around a diesel truck, and fortunately for us seem very well versed with the 6.0 Powerstroke. The staff was very polite, responsive and efficient, they put up with my constant questions and checking. The facilities are very nice, neat, clean, organized and has the hum of constant activity. I'm not saying my repair was cheap; a good mech never is; but it was professionally well done. I feel we got an excellent value and peace of mind for our return trip.

Brian Omps garage is anything but a garage. The level of ultra professional service, staff and mechanics makes this auto repair facility the best in the Shenandoah Valley area. Whenever my vehicle has broken down I ALWAYS go to this garage because of the incredible service, low prices and truely remarkable friendly, caring staff. Dont waste your time with dealerships that make false promises, try to sell you more then you need and OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR REPAIRS! Go to Brian Omps for quick, honest, professional service for your car or truck. Im not a friend or family member but an old guy with an old car which has had quality repairs numerous times by Omps garage! P.S. their towing service is equally professional, on time, reliable and careful with your car.
