Trustworthy Mechanics ve been taking my cars here for years. They re the most honest car shop I ve ever been to. I take all my vehicles here for inspections because they don t make up problems to get more work. Once years ago they failed the brakes, but I knew that the break pads were getting low already. They replaced them for a good price.I often recommend Bill & Glenn s to friends people I meet in real life. I figured I might as well leave a good review.

Went to Bill and Glenn s to get my car checked after an incident. Took me in right away and checked the car in 30 minutes. Got me in and out and were the sweetest guys. Thank you so much! I appreciate your kindness!

While they were good and well priced for the oil change and tire rotation, they tried to bamboozle me with the safety inspection. Took it for a second opinion to where the sheriff and police take their vehicles, and 2 of the 3 things I was failed for were not actual fails at all, leaving me with just one issue to take care of to have it pass.I hate dishonesty and sharking someone especially when the proposed fixes are asinine on pricing. $500 for surface rust on one rotor?! No thanks, and wasn't even a failable issue, just needed to drive the car some since I WFH.To say the least, I will not be returning and will stick with the honest place I am going to now.

I went in to get a flat tire patched up, and they didn't put the hub cap back on properly. I was pretty annoyed to find the air valve covered up when I tried to inflate my tires this evening. To make matters worse, the lug nuts were on super tight, which made what could have been a quick task into an ordeal.They have good service, and the patch job itself did the trick. However, the lack of attention to detail makes me concerned.

Very nice guys in shop, took a little longer than they said but they explained why. Comfortable chairs in waiting area with large TV. Complementary coffee at self serve area. Good prices and easy to work with.

Bunch of honest, upfront, down to earth group at Bill and Glenn s. What s not to like? Vince truly is a valuable team member and I am always pleased working with him on my cars. Been bringing all my cars here for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work guys and make sure to celebrate!Update: last service advisor wasn t Vince. Should have asked, experience was much to be desired. No follow up call on the work this time and marked up a part by like 30 bucks. Just wasn t the usual.

Did not leave happy after getting all new brakes and rotors on my F150. After spending over a 1,000.00 dollars my brake pedal was very soft, I took it back and told Vince the whole reason we replaced them in the first place is because he recommended them on the prior service and the brake pedal was starting to go soft and he agreed it was because they needed to be replaced. After picking it up and driving home the brake pedal was just as soft if not softer than before the 1,000 dollar service, when I returned he test drove it and said it feels fine to him, I told him I was not happy, he just looked at me and said all he could do was for me to bring it back in and maybe try bleeding the brakes even though he said they didn't see anything, never apologized or said said sorry about that or anything. We have spent thousands of dollars at that service department between our vehicles, you would think I could get a ( sorry about that, or, let me see what I can do. ). We will be moving on.

My husband had his vehicle serviced here this week. They provided a fair quote, & a reasonable pick up window. In fact, they said it would be ready the next day, but called several hours later & it was ready & repaired! My husband s car rides like a dream now. Very pleased.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bill & Glenn's for about 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with the work performed. Vince has always been great at getting the vehicle scheduled, sometimes on short notice, and providing honest, objective advice. After the service, Matt always follows up to make sure everything was up to expectations. Kudos to them and to the guys turning the wrenches; I don't know those guys' names but their work speaks for itself.I recommend Bill & Glenn's any time I get the opportunity.

What a great experience with a customer centric staff and knowledgeable mechanics. I had my Tesla serviced for something simple like tires. Seems simple enough but years ago I have had a shop puncture my battery pack costing me and ultimately the service center over 18k $$. These folks here know what they are doing. They kept to their appointment schedule and my car was in the bay shortly after dropping off. The center is clean and professional with beverages (something you do not see much anymore). I will be bringing all my cars here for general maintenance and or repairs to my gas powered cars of course. Great job team I m glad I found you all.

This place is probably the best place I ve been to for my car. I went in to get an inspection on recommendation from my dad who usually takes my car in for inspection up in sterling but had a good experience with them before so he sent me here! I fully expected to be there forever but a urprisingly I was in and out in 40 minutes! They were so efficient and so nice to me. Usually I am seen as this little girl coming to get her car done, when in reality I love and know a lot about cars. They were very respectful, kind, and fast! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Dropped my car off at 8:00 for two new tires, aligned as well as an oil change and inspection sticker, ready for pickup at 10:00. Phenomenal customer service and great atmosphere.

I took my classic split window VW bus for a front end alignment and was pleasantly surprised by the service and results.They did drive the vehicle which being as picky as I am about it I should ve asked to do that with the tech if needed, but when I got in my new bright tan interior and floor mats were as clean as when I brought it there.Otherwise I highly recommend them!

Super impressed:I took my car there to get a front end alignment. After working on it for a little while they told me they would need some extra parts to get the job done because it was so far out of alignment. I sort of expected this because it was a 1990 car that someone had lowered at some point. They gave me a price of somewhere around $60 for this extra kit that was across town and sent one of their employees to get it after I ok'd the extra charges. They gave me an update on how much time they thought it would take from here. After some time less than their estimate they called me to the front to pay, much to my pleasant surprise they said while the other employee was getting the extra part the first employee kept working on my car and was actually able to correct the issue without the extra parts.They didn't charge me for the parts or any additional labor. I was amazed, they could have overcharged me by I was $60 and I had already Ok'd it, and saved themselves on labor with by just charging me for new parts. Instead they gained a long time customer.AND Super friendly staff.Best Automotive waiting room I've been in.

Bill & Glenn's has consistently done a great job at a great price, and it feels better to shop local with a small business. They beat even the buy 3 / get 1 from the jeep dealership in terms of price, and I know I can trust their work. They went out of their way to balance and rebalance a tricky mounting with a classic car and their persistence got rid of a wobble I'd been feeling at highway speeds for over a year prior to their involvement.

Matt, Jim, and the rest of the team at Bill & Glenn's provide exceptional service, period. All of the techs are knowledgeable and take pride in the work they perform. Matt and Jim are open and honest about what my vehicle needs and usually provide several options to fit my budget. They have been servicing my vehicles for over two years now, I'm very satisfied with their work!

After the local Ford dealership told me my brakes were totally fine, despite them squeaking obnoxiously week after week. The guys at Bill and Glenn s were able to get me in the same day I called and got my brakes fixed before closing!!! Best garage in Winchester by far!!!

Awesome service center. I got both my vehicle's safety inspections done In a day here.I dropped my car off at lunch, they found my sway bars were broken, and they got it fixed that day, and at a reasonable price.Everyone was friendly, and the service exceeded expectations.

Always happy with the service! Not only do they actually know what is wrong with your car and how to fix it correctly the first time... they are honest, helpful, and great customer service! Always worth the money! Plus you get to play arcade games while you wait for your car. That's awesome!

I've been here 3 times between my car and my wife's car since moving to Winchester 6 months ago. The staff is terrific, very friendly and accommodating and honest.Today I was having issues with the air tire pressure on my car and I called Vince had me come right in and he personally checked them out. I will keep giving them my business.

My first visit to this shop with and an emergency nail in my tire early in the morning! They worked me in and within an hour it was all taking care of and saved the day! I was able to go to work and picked up my daughter from school on time. Thank you guys

I have been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. Never have I had a bad experience at Bill and Glenn's. Anybody looking for a honest, professional and friendly place to have work done on their car should take their car to Bill and Glenn's.

Had an emergency tire replacement needed. They were to accommodate me quickly and priced very fairly. Provided complimentary inspection of my vehicle for possible damage. Very prompt and professional communication on the phone.

These guys are incredibly honest and ethical. I was told by a close competitor during an oil change that my antifreeze was not adequate for the winter weather.I saw Bill and Glenn's Goodyear location so I checked with them. The competition's advice did not prove to be the case and I went away feeling safe and secure.

I bought a set of 4 new Goodyear tires, everything was fine until the next day. Two tires were flat, my wife and kids were late to school and work, good thing our neighbors gave them a ride. I was already at work when my wife told me what had happened. I called the shop and explained but was told I had to make my own arrangements , I asked if they could pick up the car or send someone to help. They said I the customer had to call a tow truck and get the car to the shop myself. Wow, absolutely unacceptable. I had to take half of the day from work to get the tires fixed!! The burden of proof is on the customer, I will not shop or receive service from this store, and I will gladly share my experience with my friends and family.

Always received superior service at this shop, we've moved around a lot and this is by far the best auto shop we've ever dealt with. They will go through everything and anything with you and if necessary can make recommendations for other places to check out if they aren't the best for the job (rare). Many people referred us to this shop and it's easy to see why, they consistently go above and beyond and we will go out of our way to go here.

Took my Suburban in to diagnose and fix and blown head gasket or intake gasket. They tore motor down and only replaced the intake gasket instead of doing both which was only another 8 bolts. Motor is still bad and took them two attempts to get that right. Didn't get money back for them not fixing the problem they where paid for. May be good at tires, brakes, and oil change but not recommend for anything major.Edit: if you want to discuss further my number is in your records to call!

I had a problem where an inspector at a big box chain automotive center failed my son's vehicle for rear brakes. Long story short, I knew the brakes weren't bad and the state trooper in charge of inspections agreed. I took the vehicle to Bill and Glenn's for reinspection. The vehicle passed inspection. The service manager asked why it had failed. After I told him, he had his guys take the brakes apart to verify that everything was ok so there would be no questions in my mind that my son's vehicle was safe. Thanks!
