Very happy with customer service response. First I promptly received my order which was complete. Unfortunately one of the items was defective so I spoke with customer service who was very considerate and responsive. They rectified the issue in less than 24 hours. I greatly appreciate that type of customer service as it is not easy to find these days. I will be sure to purchase from them in the future and to share with family and friends. My husband already has made made purchases through them for batteries and has been very happy as well.

Battery arrived within two days. It was packaged extremely well. Arrived with almost a full charge I put it on a trickle charger for 4 hrs and performed a load test. Passed easily. I have a Heritage Soft Tail Classic 114. This battery cranks it over without any difficulty. It's rated 5 CCA less than the OEM. Hopefully it lasts. I had this same battery in my 02 Dyna T-Sport with a stage 2. It worked out very well.

These guys are Pros! They treat me with respect everytime I go in. They have the best prices and the warranty is great. Since I found them, I have never been anywhere else to buy car batteries or any other batteries. Be aware that like any other good business, they get busy sometimes, but I would rather wait to be treated like a human than wait to be treated like walking cash. They have my business for sure.

Just wanted to take a minute to say what a good experience I had at Battery Mart in Winchester VA today.My battery charging warning light on my Diesel truck had been coming on and off for a few days! I stopped into battery mart they checked it out tested both batteries and the charging system. The alternator was bad they gave me a fair price and replaced the alternator and gave me a loaner battery while they charge the one that had been drained.They had me back on the road with a new alternator, charged batteries and no warning light in about an hour! It really is a well run operation. Great customer service!

I ordered a battery for my 2010 Prius on a Sunday and FedEx delivered to my front door in NJ 2 days later. Price of battery was very good and the process was so easy. Will definitely use Battery Mart again in future. Thanks!

My old Big Crank batteries lasted 6 & 7 years. I replaced them both with the same and threw the Tender on them but have not cranked the bikes as of yet.
