Good after market parts and prices. Spend a little or more and get a longer, better replacement warranty if you want one.

I visited the AutoZone location off Valley Ave in Winchester Va last night. Austin Cake customer service was exemplary with out a doubt. He was very knowledgeable about my situation. I need a new battery for my VW. Austin was patient answered all my questions. Provided all the necessary information and assistance. I left with a new battery and warranty. Kudos to Valley Ave AutoZone. Will continue receiving my business.

The gentleman behind the counter whose name is Max, was the best auto parts representative I've ever had the delight of working with in my fifty years of buying Auto parts over the counter. He was intelligent, attentive, and an exemplary employee. Way2go Max AutoZone should be proud of you and lucky to have you on their team. Great job.

Casey, 1st Register, took my order for a battery, checked my battery and alternator ,and then replaced my old de ead battery. He did it all with a smile on his face.

I was pleased to find they had the part in stock that I have been looking for. They unfortunately appeared to be understaffed for the amount of business they had. All told it took about 20 minutes as different customers were checking out/getting parts.I decided to grab oil change supplies while I was there to take advantage of there featured sale. They were out of the filter that was part of the sale, no big deal, so I grabbed a cheaper filter and asked if they would mind just knocking a couple dollars off since the filter was lesser quality and less expensive. The manager kind of grumbled about it, and was dragging his feet to change the price for the associate. Then the phone rang so he left our station and answered it and spent some time attending to whoever was on the phone. I finally just had the associate ring it up as is and left.I was less than impressed with the manager, and the staffing volume. The associate who helped me was friendly and courteous, he was just outnumbered by customers, and had less then helpful management. I find I usually have to wait at these stores.

Needed to purchase windshield wipers for my Rav4. Didn't have to wait for customer service. Told what I needed associate was knowledgeable. Got my windshield wipers and was courteous to put them on for me.

I went in to autozone today to get a couple parts and ended up needing way more than expected. I was helped by Thomas A. He went above and beyond and put in my lights for me. You have a great employee. Please give this man a raise, you don t come by employees who do this everyday. He refused to let me tip him, even though he deserved it. I m so beyond grateful for Thomas helping me today.

I would like to thank the young gentlemen that helped me and in a timely manner. I had called the other one on berryville Ave and that place is a joke. Very poor customer service....but this place was awesome. Ordered my part and handled everything within 2 minutes if that. Great customer service!!! Highly recommend this one!

At this place you can give them ups packages and they will mail them out for you as long as you have a pre printed return sticker.My package was sent out accordingly and it made it to it's destination on time.Idk about the auto parts. The might suck. But the customer service and helpfulness of the employees was very much appreciated.

I needed antifreeze and brake fluid for a Toyota Tundra. They have you believe you have to use their products they say must be used in their vehicles. So, be it and AutoZone had it. A very nice gentleman helped me get the proper products. With the cost of vehicles why take the chance, get what they want you to use. They have a program where when you spend x dollars you earn x dollars. No question, I will spend x dollars and so I joined the program. So, knowledgeable employees, proper manufacturers products and a willingness to help. A three fore that can't be beat and AutoZone has it. You can't go wrong shopping at AutoZone.

Whether it s commercial or retail these guys are awesome every time. Slam dunk to order from Sonny and the crew. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Justin is very helpful as well as Matt in the Hat

Very very helpful employees and smooth experience all around. They had a small bit of trouble finding my order at first, but turned out that it was because the man that used to have my phone number had been a customer- so when they took my number it automatically attached his name. Took them only a minute to figure it out and fix it with my name. It's also at a location that's very easy to find and easy to get in and out of, which can't be said for many businesses along Valley Ave.And might be worth mentioning that Advance had the same brake pads I needed...at $10 more. And I bought a low end set so I imagine the difference in price for the more expensive brake pads is even more substantial.Highly recommend Auto Zone AND this particular location!

My first time in AutoZone in Winchester Virginia. Staff knowledgeable and friendly and ALL wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Can't say the same for Virginians though. Great store and good stock of OEM replacement parts on hand. Great store overall!

Thomas and Tom are two of the best employees I ever ran across period they went above and beyond to help me with a problem I was having.. advanced auto literally made my situation worse sold me the wrong fuses and a fuse removers that don t work and on top of all that they made me remove the wrong fuse.. when I had a print out of the fuse that was blown and that still didn t help the guys at advanced auto at al and he could tell the fuse he removed wasn t even blown morale of the story I m a 1000% sure I m not goin to advance auto again I m only coming to #AUTOZONE

Wanna buy parts for your car, not sure which one or need some advice? This is the place to go to.Doing a road trip, I suddenly found myself in need of an oil change. So I thought to myself it's about time to learn how to do my own oil changes.I didn't know where to start, or what parts are needed.These guys where extremely helpful with the whole process.They served me like I was a long time customer and they know me for years..... however this is the first time I stepped into this store.I highly recommend checking out this place for any car parts you need.
