After several issues with my car and issues with previous service writers I am so grateful to have finally been able to have someone listen and help me figure out the issue. Jacob is amazing and a huge asset. I appreciate him so much for taking the time to allow me to show him the issues and figuring out a solution to the issue.Brianna is amazing always a smiling face when I walk in very knowledgeable and all around amazing.

Ben Shabib provided me with an excellent customer experience at A1 Auto Service Center!!!I was greeted and welcomed by Ben as soon as I entered the facility. I shared with him my name and scheduled service time and Ben confirmed my appointment by my last name from his list; I was assured then that he had already been expecting me. I had brought with me a coupon that I received from Mitsubishi and Ben took the time and effort to ensure that they would honor that coupon.As I waited for my vehicle to be serviced in their waiting area, Ben kindly offered me the remote to their TV, but I had already made plans for what I would do as I waited, so I respectfully declined. I think that I also enjoyed more that their TV was turned on to one of those relaxing snowfall and fireplace scenes. It was peaceful. Kindly and with a sense excitement, Ben gave me a breakfast bar as a snack while I waited. I was grateful for his thoughtfulness to consider my hunger as the lunch hour was soon approaching.As my vehicle servicing was concluding, Ben shared with me a few recommendations his mechanic made during the inspection. I was uncertain if my husband would want the changes completed right this moment, so I asked Ben if I may have a copy of the recommendations that the mechanic made. With no hesitation, Ben was happy to share both a printout of the mechanics recommendations, and also sent a copy to my email so that I could further review it with my husband.The total time for my appointment was about an hour and a few minutes in change. Throughout my whole appointment experience, Ben was attentive, supportive, and transparently communicative. I felt welcomed, respected, and cared for.Thank you Ben!Ashley Nichole ColeActs 20:24

We dropped off my wife's car after 3 lights appeared on the dash including the check engine light. We left the keys in the drop box since it was after hours. I spoke with Ben the next day about the issue and what happened. He kept me informed as they went through the process of fixing the vehicle. Ben was great!This was the 3rd or 4th time we have come to A1 and every time we were happy with how our vehicles were treated and how we were treated! Thanks!

One of my friends recommended me to go to A1 Auto Service Center. I was welcomed in by a wonderful young man up front named Jacob. Jacob was very welcoming and helped explain everything to me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed all in my budget! It took over all about 35-40mins to get all four of my tires! My car is now running smoother than ever and I m so glad I was able to find good durable tires before any bad weather hits! I just wanted to brag about their amazing customer service. I ll definitely be coming back and recommending others! Thank you again Jacob for caring so much about your customers!

When it comes to car repairs, even state inspection, it's all about trust. Using the great Google map reviews, I decided to go to A1 for my state inspection. Azza was so sweet and patient and she knew her stuff. They found a tiny hole in the exhaust pipe, this would be a failed inspection. Some places, unfortunately, would have recommended a whole new exhaust system, but it was a tiny hole they were able to patch for a reasonable price. Nice waiting area, free coffee. Accessible building and restroom. I'll be back, I trust these folks and loved talking with Azza!

Inspector inspected but too busy to do anything about it at 8am in morning when they opened , came back cpl days later he was sick , then tried a 3rd time a few days later , all of a sudden got a new Inspector who apparently hasn't started or something & things haven't been transferred over , how convenient.Wasted time on three separate mornings ! Lady at service desk was nice but that's it !

Went there for a simple oil change in my truck with 70,000 miles on it. Less than an hour later the oil had leaked out in the engine is gone. The jerk offs came up with a hundred reasons why it wasn't their fault. I wouldn't go there for a headlight fixed again

I love the customer service that I received from this auto shop. Jacob was very kind to explain in great detail the devices that I might need. He even went a step further to explain it to my mother, when she called to inquire about the service that was needed. Jacob is kind and patient, he also will make sure that you are well taken care of as well.There was another guy who helped me, I believe his name might have been wayne or so. The customer service has been extraordinary! Randy has been very patient and answered ALL of my questions in detail. He is very professional. A1 auto did an amazing job with my car. My car has been serviced by them twice. The first time was after I'd already been turned away by another mechanic because of the difficulty of the work.They were quick, thorough, kind, and transparent. They never tried to sell me products I didn't need and services that weren't necessary. One of the mechanics, Randy, helped me both times I was there and remembered me the second time even though it'd been months since the first time. If you're having car troubles, definitely check them out for real and affordable service

The customer service was top-notch - Randy is the best! He was a big help with getting my state inspection done which I like to equate to being the Hunger Games (definitely learned the hard way to not wait until last minute to get that done)! I took my vehicle in for a state inspection and the inspector failed the vehicle supposedly due to tires. I had a mechanic check it and was told the tires were within requirements. Took it to another station and it passed with no problem. Be careful!

Great experience with A-1 Auto Service! The staff was welcoming, the service was quick, and the waiting area was nice and clean. I also like being able to schedule appointments online. Randy assisted me at the counter; he was very friendly and had great customer service. The first time coming here was a very pleasant experience. So much that I wanted to come back and get my inspection done again. However I called on a Friday night to ask about inspections. The women on the phone told me to come in Monday morning (today), at 7am because it s first in the building first serve. I said not a problem. I was there at 7am. They don t open until 8. I see people start walking in at 7:30. I walk in even tho it says they aren t open for another 30 minutes. I get in line and tell her I would like my inspection done. She then proceeded to tell me it was a three hour wait as they had a drop off and two other people in front of me. No one told me that they do drop offs nor did anyone tell me that they open the doors at 7:30 instead of 8, they re posted time to open. The women was also a little rude to me when I had said I was a little confused because I wasn t told there was an option to drop off the car the night before and the door said they didn t open till 8 anyways. She then proceeded with a little bit of an attitude towards me as I was leaving the building. Maybe just a rough morning for her. Either way, I will not be coming back due to the lack of information and professional.

Can already you all take care of your customers . The safety inspector was gone for the week but the gentleman that helped was apologetic and told us to come in early or make an appointment. Thank you for the politeness unlike a-z auto!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a lower rating. this is the worst place i have ever been. this service was the closest. At first they tried to offer me parts 3 times more expensive!!! when it didn't work out, they got offended and did a transmission replacement, 3 weeks. I brought this transmission myself. assembled incorrectly. repairs were not completed. Violated deadlines 2 times. calls and messages are not answered. I have to go to them and find out that the car is in a snowdrift and the work has not started. We were given a day's notice to evacuate the car. I had to quit my job and everything. irresponsible as children. during the repair, the fender was hit and the mirror was broken. I will never go to court again and do not advise you.

I went in for an inspection and was greeted by Taylor. She told me the run down of how my inspection would go. I received a text that my car needed some work and was given an estimate. I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done and received text messages and phone calls with updates. Everyone at A1 is extremely friendly and I will continue to go there every year for my I inspection!Service: Vehicle Inspection

First of all, I want to give a big shout out to Winchester, Mitsubishi just purchase a 2023 Mitsubishi outlander. Awesome vehicle love it from the moment I got it also I want to give a shout out to Jacob for handling my service first and second time for my oil change. Jacob is awesome, awesome service and also awesome customer service. I will recommend this place to anyone who s looking to get their vehicle service a big shout out to A1 auto in Winchester va from Parmanand Seepersaud. Thank you Jacob

Had a issue with my ford explorer after it was sold to me. The inside of the break hoses had started to deteriorate coming from the caliber causing issues with my breaks. I m not sure of there names but all 3 people at the front desk including the manager. Did a fantastic job getting me in a loner car until the parts came for mine. Out standing work and effort on there end . I really appreciate the customer service.Thanks jamesService: Auto brake repair

Wiring in driver door needed to be replaced when another mechanic told me I needed a new window motor, not only did A1 save me tons of money but the service was also very professional and reliable. Thanks to Taylor, being so compliant and welcoming, I was able to get in and out within a couple of hours with my car windows fully functioning.

Trustworthy, reliable, excellent work & stays on schedule! I love how you can schedule your appointment online. The front desk lady is soo very kind & laid back, she's a gem! They have a waiting area with a comfy couch, TV, toys for kids, charging station WITH cords for your phone & electronics, COFFEE and free WiFi. I have finally found somebody I feel comfortable with to continue maintaining my vehicle!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had a break down on a long road trip from NY to NC. I was able to get my car into A-1 before it gave out. Sheila and John were incredibly helpful. They got me diagnosed quickly, and gave me my options. They took care of my car but they also took care of me, the customer. Got my inspection done here but unfortunately failed. Next day they worked up a very reasonable quote to get everything fixed. They ll definitely take care of you here. Great experience! They were busy but the gal at the front desk was calm and courteous. They thought it might be an hour or more to get my truck inspected, but it ended up being a half hour or less.

I do not recommend this service. They don't meet deadlines. Three weeks changed the gearbox. As a result, I spent time and money on a hotel, on renting another car, on a flight for a finished car. I'm strongly do not recommend this place

They didn't have me waiting long. They were friendly and polite. Jacob talked to me while i was waiting and even was gonna put the tv on for me.
