Stan is a great mechanic. He is very knowledgeable in all areas and very professional every time I'm there. They have been servicing my vehicles for over 4 years and I have had 0 complaints. 1st time dealing with them, needed an inspection bad and they were able to fit me right in. Dropped my car off and got a call shortly after that it was finished and good to go.

We made an appointment for an annual inspection. Everyone was very nice and the inspection was done promptly. Great place. Be sure to call if you need service.

I was worried about finding a good mechanic in the area because I needed to have my heater core replaced (which is both expensive and difficult). It s been a few weeks now since I had my Jeep fixed here and everything is working great!The pricing was super fair and they offer a military discount if that applies to you. They communicated really well and I could tell they really care about getting the job done right.Stan did mention something else small he noticed that was broken but didn t push me to get it fixed at all. Rather he offered advice on how I could probably easily fix it myself cheaper.100% recommend and will be back in the future if I have any more issues.

Dropped my car off Monday, ready Tuesday morning. Fixed my driver side window that wouldn't role down. Very happy with the service and price!!

I chose them the first time I needed repairs after moving to Chesapeake. They were amazing and the day of my appointment they did awesome work and returned the car first thing the next day, but would have had it back the same day if I wouldn't have been late for my appointment which made it to late for them to get a part. The prices were more than reasonable. The next time I needed a repair I just stopped by to see if they were able to make an appointment and Michelle asked if I could leave it and of course I did. I took uber home and Michelle called within 2 hours to let me know the car was finished. Once again awesome work not to mention efficient and reasonable price. I will definitely be back for inspection in a few months. I highly recommended them. I never leave reviews but felt like I had being they are amazing. Thanks ya'll and I will definitely be back.

Great experience with them! They were able to fix my Explorer when it was making terrible noises. They do a great job of explaining both what was wrong and what they did to fix it. They warned me about the potentially high price range of the job I needed done (to the AC unit), and when the problem turned out to be not as bad as expected, the price was much lower. Very open and honest people. I would highly recommend.

First time there. Super nice very knowledgeable person in the office. Got the car back faster than expected. Good bunch of people there, very nice. Typical auto shop from the old school, not a pretty dealership showroom with the showroom price either. And the car is fixed. Win win!

Got my car inspected here last week and no fake issues, like the usual places that always find Something that has to be fixed. I will be back, got 3 cars all older. I am hoping I found my new mechanic.

Stan is awesome. I'm not from here so I was skeptical of taking my car in for repair. Stan only fixed what needed to be and was very reasonable and knowledgeable. My go to place from now on. I really appreciated the service I was provided.

Twice I have had my vehicles inspected here and they let me know if there may be an upcoming issue. I took my Jeep in because they were making noises and figured it may be about the time the pads needed changed. Dishonest shop would have done the brake job but Michelle called to tell me they were fine, where they were & what the inspection minimum was. Trustworthy shop & highly recommend for your automotive needs.

Having read previous good critiques and comments i decided to go there and diagnose a problem i had with my car. Didnt finally get any diagnosis done cause they do not make time appointments, not even for checking and diagnose the problem. There is only drop off daily appointments, and it doesnt suit me cause i cant leave the car and wait all day long there for a possibly 30-40 mins diagnosis- i dont have a replacement car, or anyone to pick me up. I guess they do this due to covid 19 which is acceptable of course. Since i got there in person though in order to make the appointment, i need to say that this place is clean and looks organized. So i guess they do a good job as other comments say.

Called a week ago and made an appointment to get an oil change after 5 and even ask twice on the phone if he would be able to do it and was told yes. I left work early as I could to get there at 5 to just be turned away saying I misunderstood and my appointment was at 8am. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend to anybody. Also he was pretty rude about it with no manners whatsoever towards my wife or myself and was cussing in front of my 2 small children.

I love White's automotive. Stan is an amazing mechanic. Sadly he doesn't have enough mechanics to get everything done as quick as the general public would like but when he gets a job done it's perfect I cannot recommend them highly enough Sans wife is sweet and is always able to work with me when I can come in and get my car serviced and they're awesome.

An honest and competent mechanic. Far better than dealership mechanics, White's won't try to invent problems that don't exist with your car to get extra money. They'll tell you what's up and do work for a reasonable price.

Very knowledgable and trustworthy shop. I moved to Chesapeake from New York and got screwed over by several shops before I found these guys. I've been using White's for about 4 years now and will continue to do so. They're the only people I trust in the whole area.

Based off reviews I called to schedule service - unfortunately they only offer hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. For those of us who work full time during the week and have trouble requesting time off, these hours are just not accommodating. Some sort of weekend hours would be super helpful!
