Just bought our first RV (used) and needed inspection. Mike the inspector was outstanding. Helped me through understanding what was being checked and what to watch for. Made suggestions above and beyond the inspection, but I never felt pressured. They have a long wait list for RV work appointments, and I completely understand why. Everyone I've dealt with there has been nice, informative, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Went in for inspection on my Harley. Everyone was nice. Inspector was cool and informed me of other things outside of the inspection requirements that needed work. Over all very satisfied. I will continue to use West Service center for my automotive needs.

A few years ago we had another shop do a simple oil change which lead to a catastrophic engine failure, we took the car to West for a new engine and the service was phenomenal, I was in constant communication with the office, to run price quotes, and update timeline expectations. Since then we get all our work and maintenance here, the quotes are fair pricing, the work is done well, and the office is easy to work with.

The staff were nice. However, I had to book an appointment, three months in advance. Appointment was for State inspection, muffler issue, and oil change.After I drop the RV off for scheduled appointment One week went by and they never contacted me so I had to call to get an update. It appeared they hadn t even looked at it. It took three weeks for me to get it completed and RV ready for pick up.The pricing is over-the-top. I was charged over $800 just to diagnose a small leak in the exhaust (Which I showed them a picture where It was ) and that I needed new spark plugs. This was before any service was done! Total repairs were over $3000. Hang onto your wallet

Went for an inspection and it was great. Service writer was awesome and I was out the door within 30 minutes. When the inspector was finished, he handed me my keys and was very personable. Thank you to all the staff.

Been taking my RV to West Services for engine and generator services for years. They have always done quality work and their service staff is always courteous, professional, and helpful. Will continue to use them.

This is a great place for a tractor-trailer inspection. Mike was friendly and cordial and had a great smile. He did a fine job on the inspection. The ladies behind the counter were professional and nice. Will be back again. Thank you.

Quick, quality customer service. Processed my problem next day when everyone else in town was 2 to 3 weeks. Accurately diagnosed my problem and repaired as required. Detailed and friendly. I have since made West my repair facility for all of my future automotive needs. Thank you on a job very well done

Took my truck and RV in for inspection. In and out quick for 2 inspections. Also, I was given instructions on proper use of break away cable. I had previously been instructed incorrectly.

I was only here for a a safety inspection. The staff is pleasant and informative. The work was completed quickly and I was back on the road in less than an hour even though the inspector happened to be on a lunch break at the time I arrived. Very good service. Very friendly and responsive. I picked up my camper from storage, and realized annual inspection was expired. I called ahead - front desk let me know that the inspector was at lunch, and there was only 1 vehicle in line (for a re-inspect). I showed up and got in the queue - was able to get on the road that afternoon as planned, so I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. Will definitely utilize their services again in the future.

Quickest inspection I've ever had. Staff was very friendly over the phone and in person and they had me in and out in a little over 30 minutes. Top tier service center and will be returning

Mike Kelly is such an asset to the company! We ve gotten our RV inspected at West Service center the several years and Mike has always been so accommodating. My wife and daughter has let West service their vehicles for years and they seemed to be happy. However, over the past few years I ve found that our particular service techs don t seem to verify that the work performed had fixed the problem, resulting in more rescheduling rides to drop a vehicle off again, and additional cost because we re told the parts they changed out were worn also. Our most recent experience was that my wife dropped off the vehicle for an oil change. The oil change was performed and our tech stated the oil drain bolt was stripped and would cost and additional $1,300.00 to get fixed. I made the service desk aware that West was the only Center that has serviced the vehicle including all routine oil changes. It was stated, to be normal wear and tear. I asked for someone to call me about the issue. I still haven t received a phone call. Never in my life have I heard of normal wear and tear for an oil drain bolt to strip out. I have heard of them being over tightened causing stripping. If that s the case, West has done all the oil changes, I understand no one is perfect and mistakes happen, but multiple times we the customer has paid for mishaps. I m not one that likes to complain, I m just responding as to my recent history with West.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change
