Both employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they didn't have anymore tires of my size but they still helped me in a bind and put on my spare free of charge.Would definitely go back for any car trouble.

I went there a couple days ago to get my tire patched and the did a great job. I even went back with another problem recently which was my fault as I damaged my rim and they patched me up immediately. Definitely recommend

This tire place has really gone down over the years. I don't know who is the owner now or who manages this particular store but it ishorrible. I went in paid $60 basically for a tire was given the wrong tire and within one day the tire went flat. I called on Monday morning and left a voicemail message and to this day 8/16/23 no one has called me back. When I called when they open the phone continually stay busy. I eventually had to pay an additional $60 to get my tire changed. I drove there and one of the workers wanted to be argumentative with me. They went ahead and changed my tire and gave me the correct size. I went to get a brand new tire from a totally different place and I expressed to him that I have went to this tire shop and the first tire they gave to me was incorrect and it was a 5-year-old tire. The tire they replaced it with that was the correct size is an 11 year old tire. I was told by several tire shops that if the tire is 10 years old whether it looks good or not they are not to place that tire on vehicle. Buyers beware!!!! Check your tire size check the year of the tire before you pull away from this establishment. If at all possible don't go there.

Had 4 new tires shipped to my house and needed to have them installed as my tires were going bad quickly and used tire express we're the only ones in the area that tried to accommodate me! They were quick fast and courteous.

Stay far away from this business!The guy who changed my tires treated my rims like he hated them.Two new dents were made on both rims and my TPMS sensor in one of them failed.I took my car to the dealer and I was told that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear like the tire place guys claimed but it was physically damaged by improper tire removal.$200 later plus whatever I paid for the used tires + 2 banged up rims, I'll definitely not be coming back.

Stephen was very knowledgeable, quick & professional, he even got the stripped lug nuts off of my vehicle with no problem. Ashley was very nice over the phone and in person. If I ever have any tire issues in the future they will be getting my business. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality tire at an affordable price.

Pulled in today to replace a blown tire after work. I was out of there in ten minutes with a new one, and it only cost $50. The mechanic who helped me was Steven and he was super cool. Helpful, fast, and personable. 10/10 would recommend both Used Tire Express, and Steven the mechanic. Thanks again guys!

Very efficient and quick service. Knowledgeable staff who offered all the advice they could. The installer, Steven G, was absolutely friendly and got the job done while being entertaining as well. Whole process took me about 20 minutes to replace 2 tires so thank you to him!

I had to let the air out of the tire for this guy. He said the valve stem screwdriver was broke. He had to go to indian river to get a new one. I let the air out with the key to the car. Highly recommend putting lug nuts on yourself. I they cant let air out of a tire its questionable if the put a nut on a screw

This place is AWESOME! Little bit of a wait, which was understandable since the lot was almost full. The tech, Stephen was absolutely Phenomenal!! He was quick, knowledgeable, and precise with my wheels. Thank you Used Tire Express and Huge shout out to Stephen again. Yal go see them in the Chesapeake area. Highly recommended 100%

If you choose to use this business, I would seek out the extra drive to Holland rd. The N. Battlefield location is not honest. We waited for a call from management for an entire day, with no return call after several attempts reaching out to them. Then, after reaching out to Holland rd. location for resolution, they were then able to get through to me and tell me they tried calling the previous day. This lie was the last, as they had lied twice about technical issues the day I recieved service. Service was purchasing 4 new tires but they said I had arrived with a broken sensor. Which I had no tire light on when arriving for service. Also, left with a tire pressure of 36,26,29,34. They informed me this would even out after driving 3-5miles of course it did not. I returned for air and and still recieved no help from management. Brandy at the Holland rd location had my situation resolved with-in 30 min.

Went in yesterday may 18 2022 to buy 4 tires that will pass inspection 235 65 17. First they put the wrong size on with hardly any tread. Second they only changed 3 tires left one of my old tire on I'm going back to day if they won't give me what I paid for. I will get my money back and I will contact the better business bureau. This is unacceptableSince this happened used tire expression has made good on my purchase. My tires did pass inspection. If you have a problem with them, they will do everything in their power in fixing it. The manager did a follow up call with me. She is a very pleasant lady who was really concerned. I will continue taking my business there I will recommend tire express for you tire needs.

Friendly person at the counter I dropped off a tire to check if it should be repaired. Received call could not be repaired but had used tire for a reasonable price. Mentioned should be ok but when my spouse got there they had already put together a tire that was extremely used and thought was totally worn. She asked them if another tire was not available, didn't have one so they charged us $20 just to take the tire off again. Went to Firestone and they were able to repair it for $20. It's been stellar since. Hope this advertising of my experience is worth $20

Called up 20 other tire shops nobody had my tire available and the ones that could get it were charging me $300 with a week wait. I came here and They had my tire for 65 dollars. Thankyou steven g for the fast quality service. I was back on the road in 15 minutes.

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always had a decent experience. More recently my experiences have been more pleasant than usual. The receptionist is very kind and knowledgeable and was attentive. The guys were fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Called ahead to see if they had the tire and rim I needed, I spoke to Miranda and she was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. When I got there the staff jumped right on getting my tire changed plus they checked my other tires found a bald one so it was replaced. I wasn t even there an hour. The staff was so awesome and provided wonderful customer service. I will definitely be going back.

I have used this Tire place in the past with great results, however yesterday I went in to have a new tire mounted and balanced just to find out their prices hadngone up significantly. The young lady at the desk was extremely rude so I took my business elsewhere. Charging Tread Quarters prices.
