Gave an honest assessment of how long it would take to get to my car, and I was pleasantly surprised when they got it done in one day. Friendly, knowledgeable techs. I've been coming here for years and I'll keep coming. I drive a mid-2000s car and I intend to keep it on the road.

The reviews of this place are not fake. It deserves to have zero stars. Been to this place at least 9 times. They booked me twice. One time was 10 a.m. on the 3rd. The other time was earlier today. And then, there was no inspection. Hahaha... Very funny why didn't you do it why give me an appointment time. It's just a hell of a fart

Richard and the team were amazing w/ great customer service. I ran into several hurdles with my vehicle and they were patient and worked around me and with me. I will definitely be utilizing this place for all things wheels and tires and some car services.

They are busy all the time. It was to be good place. But if you are in a hurry for an oil change is not a good place to get it done quickly .Costumer services good tho

Hate this place. I came very early in the morning four times. The staff inside said that they did not do the car inspection. Because the person is not there. I came four times, but I wasn't there, and I didn't tell me which day I was. If there is no car inspection here, just tell me that it is not done. Is it because I'm Asian, so no one is doing the car inspection four times. Wasting four days of my morning, you know

This place deserves 0 every time I get a inpection here they take advantage charge me 253 dollars for a motor mount so freaking ridiculous....inpections are becoming a monthly hustle for places like this.

Though I don t live in this city, I will happily drive to this location due to the excellent services provided by their staff and technicians. Honest, friendly auto shop. Western Branch shop is amazing.

All I can tell, is I have had a great experience with them on the 2 occasions we had been to their shop. They explain thoroughly what we need and give us noncoercive decisions when it comes to the job that needs to be done to our 2 cars . Appreciate all you do!!!Update: Another service assisted and they never let us down. We will keep coming!!! Thank you, Dennis and colleagues!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE-PLEASE BE AWARE OF TREADQUARTERS LOCATED @ 3316 WESTERN BRANCH BLVD CHESAPEAKE, VA 23321. I WENT THERE ON MARCH 16TH TO GET THEM TO PUT A SPARE TIRE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE BECAUSE THE ONE I HAD UP THERE HAD WIRE SHOWING. TODD SUGGESTED ME TO REPLACE MY REAR BRAKES, ROTORS AND CALIPERS..AFTER GETTING A QUOTE FROM HIM I INFORMED HIM THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SHOP AROUND FIRST AND I DID. I FOUND A CHEAPER QUOTE ELSE WHERE SO I WENT THERE ON MARCH 28TH. ON MARCH 28TH, I HAD ON REAR BRAKES, ROTORS AND CALIPERS PUT ON MY CAR. THE TECHNICIANS AT THE SHOP I WENT TO NEVER ONCE TOUCHED THE FRONT OF MY CAR. ON THAT SAME DAY ON MY WAY TO WORK I STARTED TO HEAR A LOUD ROARING NOISE, THE FRONT END OF MY CAR STARTED SHAKING, THE STEERING WAS VIBRATING SO BAD WHERE I COULD BARELY CONTROL THE CAR IN THE ROAD.WELL AT THIS TIME I WAS ON A 3 LANE INTERSTATE SO I INSTANTLY PULLED OFF TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD AND I NOTICED THAT MY TIRE WAS ABOUT TO COME FROM UNDERNEATH MY CAR. YOU COULD ONLY SEE ONE LUG NUT. I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT AFTER HAVING TO WAIT TWO HOURS. THE DRIVER STATED THAT WHOEVER WORKED ON THE FRONT OF YOUR CAR DIDN'T TIGHTEN YOUR LUGS UP GOOD ENOUGH. HE INFORMED ME THAT THE CAR NEEDS TO GO BACK TO WHOEVER WORKED ON THE FRONT. IT WAS TOWED TO TREADQUARTERS ON WESTERN BRANCH BLVD. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER MR GORDON DACOSTA AND INFORMED HIM OF WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT THE DRIVER SAID. INFORMED HIM WHEN THEY WORKED ON THE CAR AND WHAT WAS DONE TO THE CAR IN THE BACK. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD CALL ME AT WORK WHEN THEY FIND SOMETHING OUT. WHEN HE CALLED ME HE HAD SO MANY EXCUSES IT MADE NO SENSE. THE FIRST QUESTION HE ASKED ME WAS WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU COMING BACK TO US TO PUT THE REAR BRAKES, ROTOTS, AND CALIPERS ON, I INFORMED HIM THAT I NEVER SAID THAT I WOULD. HE HAD A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST ME BECAUSE I DIDNT LET THEM DO THE WORK TO THE BACK OF MY CAR AND ITS A GOOD THING THAT I DIDNT. HE GOES TO SAY WELL WE SEE THAT YOU HAVE NEW PARTS ON THE BACK OF YOUR CAR SO WE WONT BE ABLE TO WARRANT THE WORK WE DID BECAUSE YOU HAD SOMEONE ELSE WORKING ON YOUR CAR AFTER US. I INFORMED HIM THAT I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION OF WHAT WAS DONE TO MY CAR AND THEY HAD ONLY WORKED ON THE BACK OF MY CAR. HE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY AT THAT POINT. HE NEVER TRIED TO REASON WITH ME OR ANYTHING KNOWING THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT FOR MY CAR BEING ON THE SIDE OF THIS INTERSTATE. INSTEAD HE SAID WE CAN QUOTE YOU WHAT IT WILL COST YOU TO FIX YOUR CAR. WHICH RIGHT THERE TOLD ME YOU DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU DID TO MY CAR YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. HE STATED RUDELY THAT I CAN GIVE YOU A QUOTE AND SEND YOU ON ABOUT YOUR MERRY WAY WHICH IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AS A MANAGER. TO CONCLUDE I HAD THREE BROKEN LUGS AND A MESSED UP RIM. I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY FOR 5 FIVE LUG NUTS...WHEEL STUD AND NUTS WERE 74.95 AND LABOR WAS 170.80 WHICH TOTALED 276.27... THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE THE BLAME OF WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR...WHEN I CALLED UP THERE TO SPEAK WITH TODD I WAS INFORMED THAT TODD WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY WHICH SOUNDED MIGHTY FUNNY AFTER MY CAR WAS MESSED UP BY TREADQUARTERS. NEVER AGAIN...THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK WHEN THEY KNOW THEY ARE AT FAULT. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING IN MY BOOK.

I made an appointment online for a state inspection l. When I get there he tells me they don t do state inspections by appointment. I said so why did it allow me to book it online?! He says online just does that. No, how about you fix the freaking system not to allow customers to book an appointment for a service you have to call and make an appointment for! People customer services is trash these days!

I have been a customer at this location for over 5yrs but recently the customer service has toom a hit I Booked an appointment online for 9am just to get there and be told they can t do it until 2pm due to them being busy but i could come the next day at 4:30pm so i opted to do that instead and i left work early to make that appointment just to get there and be told the exact same thing! What is the point of appointments if they are never kept but needless to say i went to the airline blvd location and was in and out

Made an appt for state inspection online. Receive 2 email confirmations, arrived at the location on western branch today only to be told they don't take appts. Really disappointing waste of gas and time.

My morning couldn't get any worse and this place made it all better within an hour. The Supervisor was nicer than He looked But he was definitely a Blessing as well as the Young man working for Him. Times are Hard and good people still exist. I truly appreciate You all. You never know what folks are going thru and something as simple as great service at a tire shop made a huge difference on my day. Thanks again. May God Bless You.

My truck is 7 feet from the ground to the top of the cargo rack and I was told they could not do a tire balance and rotation because of the cargo rack and the tires have to be a certain height off the ground and I needed to go to a truck shop. I was confused because out of the 3 years of owning the vehicle, this was the 1st time hearing of such. I go to another merchant and they pulled it right in. Lift the truck up less than a foot from the ground and performed the work.

First experience with this particular Tire Choice location, I had a scheduled drop off appointment for an oil change and the shop wasn't even open to customers at 8:30am. Decided to give this location another try by dropping my vehicle off for a simple oil change, unfortunately my vehicle sat there all day because they couldn't reach the vehicle warranty company(who normally covers the oil change cost)to cover the oil change. When the thing to do would have been to reach out to me to see if I wanted to proceed which I would have but no one ever reached out. So, no oil change was ever completed, an entire day wasted! Never again!

The manager travis told me I needed a new tire because of a slow leak, he said that they couldn t fix it, because of where it was, wear the tread and sidewall meets. I told my car to another tire company. We didn t find anything wrong, not a hole where he said it was. On the in side wall. The other tire company place the tire in tank of water and say the leak was coming from a old plug. Not on the side at all, not even close. The tire was patched from the inside. Only costing me $20, Travis try to sale me a $270 tire when I didn t need it. Please if you go there leave and get a second opinion.

Don t book an state inspection online. They will let you book it and then you won t find out it s first come first served until you arrive for your appointment.

This was my closest shop for servicing my truck until I had a very bad experience with that little man at the front desk, he is rude and disrespectful.I have done many services here dealing with Bryan I think he is the manager.September 2021 I went to do oil change and they recommended to change my back 2 tires which a greed to and paid, recently my truck got a problem and went to Chevy dealer 0.5 miles from them, they fixed my truck and when it came to wheel balancing clearly the two back tires put on my truck from tire choice were not the right sizes, I replaced all my four tires and decided to take back the two tires from tire choice, Bryan was not there and this guy was so rude, used bad language as if it was my fault they put wrong tires on my truck, I kept it cool and didn t want to exchange with him , he is mean .very very bad bad experience I will never go there even for just oil change.

Exceptional service. Gordon is so helpful and knowledgeable and smiling with great customer skills. Every time I visit this store I m greeted with exceptional service Gordon keeps me updated on the service being done on my vehicle while I m waiting. He give me the best prices and pleasant to work with. Beautiful smile also!! Great Job!

Have a warranty on a set of tires and one of them keeps losing about 10 lbs every 2 or 3 days. They won't replace it they just keep filling it up and saying it's fine. Showed up again today right at 730 and they're not open. Just kinda waiting til someone shows up. Currently 740....the car won make it to another location.

Todd & his team really took care of me (as this location always does) for my recent vehicle needs. They really went above & beyond getting me squared away. I have been a customer for many, many years because of excellent customer service I receive here. I feel they are honest, fair & have your safety as their priority. I appreciate all these guys have done for me & I have (& will continue to) always recommended this TQ to others.

The service is always great here. I've been a faithful customer since they opened and have never experienced an issue with customer service. The manager, Dickey, does an outstanding job of making sure he updates me with the service needs and vehicle progress when I drop the vehicle(s) off. On occasions that I wait for the vehicle(s), there is always coffee available and a television to help keep the customers occupied. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this facility to others.

I had an appointment at the Airline location on Sunday May 22 at 10a. Only to arrive and they tell me that they couldn't get to me. I booked the appt 2 days in advance but thankful to the western branch location they took me in and fixed my A/C. I will never go to the Airline location again.

Amazing people working behind the counter! Everyone was super friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. Went in for a new tire and the service was excellent. Special mention goes to Todd, I asked him if he was the owner, because he acted like he truly cared about the customer and the business.From now on, they will definitely be my to-go auto repair shop!

Good professional managers Dickie and Todd and good mechanics, especially Rob. I've been coming here for years and always receive excellent service. They won't perform a service unless its truly necessary. As a female customer I've never felt taken advantage of. I highly recommend this Treadquarters location.

Went there for a inspection and Rob Phillips the Master Tech did an amazing job on my vehicle and he explained to me what I may need in the future. The management team there are amazing Dickie and Todd all the staff like Rob , Lamont, and Chris are great guys and are welcoming go see them. I highly recommend these guys.
