On Thursday, April 4th, I placed an order for two tires and made an appointment to have them installed on Saturday, April 6th. When I made the appointment, I called the store to confirm the appointment and was told I was all set. I drove around with a spare for 2 days. I arrived for my appointment at 7:30am. I was then told that the tires I ordered were not at the store, and they couldn't get them for me that day. I was also told that the website doesn't show what's at that particular location, but what the company sales nation wide. What good does that do me? I asked why when I placed the order didn't the system automatically send the requested tires to the store, or why the manager didn't order the tires when they received the confirmation? Especially since i myself called to follow up on the appointment. The salesperson had no answer. Of course, the only tire that they could get that day to fit my car was priced much higher than the one I picked. I was stuck. I had to get those tires. I truly believe that this is an unfair and dishonest tactic to up sale your customers. I will not be purchasing from your company again. I felt that I was taken advantage of.

My total experience was shocking coming from an auto body shop. They were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and quick to resolve my issue. My vehicle was only down maybe two days and that was due to ordering parts. I would definitely use those guys again.

The shop on Cedar Road in Chesapeake is the only place I buy tires. I always feel as though we re working together towards a solution-based goal.

Tire stores sell tires and they re mostly apples to apples. The important thing is the service. Once in a while, something happens when you re in business and you have to say I m sorry I will take care of that.That s the integrity check. This location passed with flying colors.it was nothing major just some decorative caps that I noticed missing after my tires were installed and they came through and ordered them for me.

Omg. The staff was great, especially Toni. But the "inspector" with the gray hair/ beard was the most rudest, disrespectful man to ever address a young lady. Of course i have questions, I'm not a mechanic, but the way he spoke down to me and was so dismissive, I will make sure I let everyone know how crude he was and if you're smart, go to a business that values you as a customer. He will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS, EVER AGAIN!

Did a great job with tires for my BMW. Got the tires in and on the car within 24 hours of me calling them. I only waited an hour for the work to be done.

Great service, though I didn't bring my child to wait with me, the fact that the toilet seat has an optional kids seat, and the waiting room had toys and kids books was great to see!

Brought my truck in for repair, stated I had a clanking noise in front end, they replaced rack bushings, valve cover gaskets, ball joints, but noise is still there after $2000 bill...

I go there for all my tire needs. It is so convenient to book an apot online. I was taking a long trip, and I had them check my car out for the drive, and they did find issues. I did not have they work done there, but after contacting 6 other shops, they were the cheapest. I went with another shop slightly higher in price only because I could drop off my car and walk home. I trust them for my car needs, and they are not pushy with add ons

I have taken my vehicles here, since (NTSB) increased their prices in 2020.Employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. They are not constantly trying to upsell you on everything you don't need. The prices are reasonable and definitely comparable to other tire/brake places.Toni Phillips always works to help resolve your issues and ensure work is completed in a timely & efficient manner.I will continue to use this Tire Choice for all my vehicle maintenance needs, and refer my friends/family there.

I was packed and ready to drive out of town when I noticed the tire pressure light was on. A screw was in my tire! Boy was this frustrating. I called Tire Choice because they were nearby and still open. The gentleman who answered, Ran, was polite and helpful. My tire was patched, and I was on the road in a half hour. This was a good experience. I had never been there before, but I would go back.

My tire was punctured while driving and losing about 1 psi every minute. I came into this tire store and they patched the tire in under 30-45 min and only charged $25ish. I have since driven well over 1k miles on this patch and it shows 0 signs of weakening or leaks of any kind.Highly recommend!

I had a not too bad experience before, I would give them a 75% on competence and 100% on convenience (can walk to my home and they always seem to have an opening) but I knew this place was more expensive than virtually everywhere else. I got a quote on the phone for some possible work of just under $500. For $300 everywhere else, but I could walk home from this place, so I was willing to pay more to be able to go get the car anytime it was ready. When I got there, suddenly there was an additional $110 diagnostic fee, and I was talked down to when I questioned why this wasn't in the original quote. "ask anyone, they will charge the same" "so you're a mechanic and know exactly what's wrong with the car".So I called around and AAA did the work in 3 hours for $309. no diagnostic fee. And they were really nice. Plenty left over to pay for a cab to and from.

Called and set up an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. I also asked for an honest assessment of the condition of my brakes and tires. I got that. Thanks.

I received my sales receipt for oil change and tire rotation. It was not reviewed. I've been to this location many times. Folks are always nice and friendly. If I had questions, they would have been answered.

This store has really come a long way! Tony helped me big today when my other store couldnt fit me in. Great service with a smile. Thanks guys.* The manager here is amazing. Had an emergency moments after my car was taken apart for service. The manager loaned me her personal vehicle so I could run in pick up my daughter from daycare. While it was in for service they caught some brake repairs that needed to be done, And were nice enough and professional enough to send me pictures of specifically what was wrong. They were right on the money and they did the work quickly and at a very fair price. I was very happy with the repair service I received, But I was ecstatic with the customer service I received. Thank you.

I've been busy traveling alot recently due to my Mother's health problems and completely missed that my state inspection lapsed. NO PLACES were able to fit me in before 2-3wks. But, these amazing people said bring it in and we will try to get you done inside of 2 days. They were done by the end of the 1st day but I couldn't get there til the next day. They were so friendly and professional. Awesome place!!!

We are very happy with and thankful for Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Cedar Road in Chesapeake. After an UNBELIEVABLE string of unfortunate events over 1 weekend, we ended up needing 8 new tires on two different cars, 1 tire plugged on a third car, and a spare tire given some air. All within about 60 hours. The staff and mechanics at Tire Choice were easy to work with and very helpful. We were able to leave disabled vehicles in their lot overnight so that work could begin on the cars in the early hours next day. Special thanks to Tony who prioritized me and plugged my tire early on Saturday so I could get to work and didn't have to call out. A great local business-- we will be returning when we need more tires. (Hopefully, not soon!)

Definitely a 10/10 experience. I had a flat tire and came here hoping they d have my tire size and they did. The lady who helped me ( I didn t get her name) was very kind and helped me out more than I could ask for. My tire was ready in about an hour and I was in and out in no time. I will be coming back for future services if need be. Great prices and amazing employees.

I bought a battery from them. Died 3 months later. It was replaced. Then died again 2 years 2 months later. They said there was no more warranty.. but I looked into manufacturer and it does have a 3 year warranty and a partial warranty after that.. they are liars. When I took it in, they said they would charge me $29 to test it to see if it was dead because they didn't believe me.

My tires were deflating so they checked them out and gave me some new ones for the best price possible. Tires are amazing and brand new. Plus they were very kind the whole time and made the whole experience easy for me/stress free! Highly recommend them for anyone with tire trouble.Edit (2022): I still love this place! They re still kind to me and continue to exceed my expectations when I have car issues. I highly recommend this place for anyone within the area. Travis who works there was the absolute best to me when handling my vehicle s problems and provided caring customer service! Make sure to go and check them out when you can! Toni has restored my faith in Tread Quarters. After having a very bad experience at the Monticello Ave. location, I was pretty much over trusting this company. I am glad I decided to call the Cedar Road store. I was treated like they appreciate my business. Toni gave me excellent customer service. She was on point! I received great service at a fair price. Ms. Jennifer was very courteous when I picked up my car. That being said, in my opinion, the really big dude running the show on Monticello wouldn't know the truth if it met him at the door.

They are great! They were able to squeeze me in last minute and patched up my tire fairly quick. Customer service was great and the waiting area is clean. I will certainly use this place in the future and recommend others too as well!

They re always helpful and thorough with their work. I took my car in yesterday for a routine maintenance, and found out that my car had other serious issues. They handled it swiftly and efficiently, and provided transportation to and from my home, so I wouldn t have to stay so long at the shop. I m very pleased with their quality of service, and will be entrusting my car to TQ from now on!- O. A

I dropped off a vehicle to get a basic oil change this week. The first issue was the fact that I never received a phone call when the car was ready. I called 2 days later and was told it was ready...well thank you for letting me know....I was assisted by a female when I dropped it off and was assisted by a different female when I picked it up. The total came to $86. I said "$86 for what?!". She had informed me that the lady who checked the car in choose, what I assume would be "premium oil". She did something in the computer and changed the price to $48. For an oil change, this is absolutely ridiculous. I then asked her why the sign said $29.99 and she informed me "that's for basic". Basic is exactly what I wanted. While the lady was very kind, the business wasn't conducted well on behalf of the company.This is not the first time we have had problems with this place, but brushed it off thinking it was a fluke. I, unfortunately will drive farther to go elsewhere.It's very frustrating that they would charge me $86 without batting an eye unless I asked. So other people are being charged this and probably not questioning it. She had no problem halfing the price for me. My only hopes is this is not happening to others....thus why I am writing this review.

I m very pleased with this location. I ve had my car done several times for many different things. Everyone is always friendly and it s super easy to book an appointment for small urgent matters. I had to get my tpms sensors replaced and it took only 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Great great experience I had today at Tread Quarters on Cedar Road. Brian took my SUV immediately back and had two back tires looked at, and repaired while I waited. Maybe 20 minutes. Tony was very helpful as well. They explained the extras I bought in January when I bought four news tires for the blazer. Wonderful service!!!! Thank you both!!

I have been using this location for 2 years. I have never had to return for the same repair. The staff are always ready to answer questions, and show you your vehicle repair in person as the work is being done.Now under new management, the service even even better and I will always choose them for all my car needs, not just tires! Also, I want to thank Courtney and Wendall for staying open later to make sure I got my car back same day!

Great job!I had a slow leak. I showed up to this location at 7:15 so I could be the first in line. Greeted with a smile right at opening. Team had me plugged and out the door a few minutes after 8. I was prepared to be put on a waitlist and have to come back, but was pleasantly surprised to be prioritized and taken care of. As much as I hate buying new tires, when the time comes, this is where I will do it.
