I stopped by to see if I could grab some tires on the way home from an appt. He was very respectful and was able to recommend a tire that would work and a location closer to home that would have them in stock. Was totally willing to offer support even if I couldn't give book an appt at this time. Recommend.

Called Friday 2-2-24And set appointment for Sunday 2-4-24 for 2:00 pm alignment. By 3:35pm they still hadn't gotten to it. Oh, now their putting on the rack. I asked for a $15 dollar discount off the $129.95. Dude said I can't do. Got my car back and left. Don't go to this place, they don't care about anything but money.

Confirmed appt., didn t get to my car for over 24 hours past appt. Date and time. Dropped off second car for state inspection, had that one for 3 days, did Not do inspection at all, which was only thing I brought it in for. I was looking for new shop for my cars, but will not visit any Tire Choice again or related companies. Don t confirm appointments if you can t do them.

Dropped my car off for a state inspection, got a call a few hours later that I had failed for missing license plate lights and they quoted me $225 to replace them. My car is a 2023 so I thought this was odd but told them I would replace them myself and bring it back. I brought it home just to discover that both plate lights had been unclipped and pushed into the bumper. This wouldn t be possible to do without manually undoing the clip, or the clip breaking, which it wasn t broken. I ll never get my car inspected here again

Pulling a travel trailer, needed air but we forgot tire guage. We pulled up, asked the attendant for assistance and they obliged. Great friendly, fast service.

I had four new tires installed. The time was quick. I found that I used the credit card and went home to submit the rebate. I realized that I should have used a different card to get the full rebate. I went back and explained it to the manager Steven Hoffius and with his help I was able to get and use the correct card. So I had a great product and job performance and excellent help from the manager! Thank you.

Pulled in with a leaking valve stem and my tire was going flat, guy said it would be 2 hours. Go here if you can only drop your vehicle off for the day.

After purchasing 4 tires and service installation at the Carmichael store, I received poor service and aggravation from a rude employee who tried to jack up the prices on my daughter. I had to leave a meeting, drive to the store and retrieved my tires and take them to the store on Centerville. Mike, from the Centerville store, was very understanding, professional and helpful. He was able to accommodate me and get my daughter's tires installed quickly with no extra fees or hassle. Thanks for the great service Mike. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to give my daughter fast friendly service and treating her with respect.

This place has changed hands again and has gotten worse.After keeping my truck for 2.5 days, they still would not assure me the inspection would be done today.I just went and got it. Used to be much better.

I have been to this location on several occasions, and I always leave satisfied with the service I have received and the price that I paid. In the past month, I have replaced all 4 tires on two different cars. On both occasions, I was assisted by the manager on duty, Harley. She was extremely helpful. On the first vehicle, I was informed that several of my lug nuts had become swollen and needed to be replaced. Since this was an unexpected expense, she gave me a great discount on the new lug nuts to ensure that my total didn't increase too much. Beyond that, she also gained my eternal respect when she honored my appointment over a walk-in who got very loud and testy with her for not allowing them to skip the line. Even if Tread Quarters didn't have the best prices (which they usually do), the way I was treated by Harley has definitely made me a very satisfied customer who has every intention of returning in the future. All too often, the service you receive at an auto shop is nothing to write about. Obviously, this wasn't my experience. I can honestly say that I wish there were more people like Harley in this world. Thank you for making what is normally an unbearable experience in to a very pleasant one.

The staff at the front desk are of the utmost quality and very considerate. The female at the front desk was very kind and considerate with me in ensuring my wait time was minimal, along with being gracious with me when their system was having issues on the particular day I was in. Over the years, I have come to this location many times and have gotten exemplary service. Therefore, I would highly recommend that if you're looking for tires or just a service on your vehicle, these individuals would do a great job on your car, which would ultimately allow you to travel safely and feel good about your vehicle's performance.

Harley was my initial contact yesterday. Brian was my contact today. Both individuals were very professional in their interactions with me and my family. They helped us out, with no appointment. We had brakes done on our Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Focus. We're extremely happy with the results of y'all's service. Will highly recommend this location to our friends.

I went in this morning to possibly buy a new tire and schedule an oil change. The older guy behind the counter helped a lady before me. When I walked to the counter, he just ignored me and started opening printing paper. He didn't acknowledge me at all. I just walked out. This is where my husband takes both of our vehicles for oil changes. I will no longer bring my vehicle there. Smh

I pulled in with one flat tire and three tires with screws in them (great luck, huh?). Harley was extremely helpful, listened to my sob story and then assured me she would get me the best deal she could on 4 new tires. She told me to just relax and she would do her best...and she did! She was able to get the price down to something much more manageable for me with road hazard included in case I manage to drive across another collection of screws. Thank you so much, I'm so grateful for your amazing customer service!

Had both of my cars serviced in one day - both with state inspections! One needed a few services (nicely recommended and not pushy, but I chose to do them), and the other just an oil change and inspection. Harley and Brian were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for years, and will continue to bring my vehicles for major and minor repairs. Thank you!!!! Job well done.

Incredible customer service and an all around great experience. I had neglected some much needed maintenance on my vehicle, leaving me in a bad spot. Brian and the team were quick to help me understand my needs and worked with me to stay withing my budget. The personal touch here went a long way. They've earned a customer for life!

Called Thursday night to make an appointment to get my tire plugged. Joe told me I wouldn't need an appointment if I got in there by 8am in the morning. Friday morning I arrived at 7:45am and told Brian I had a slow leak in my left rear tire. Brian asked me if I was going to leave my vehicle and I told him no. He then said it was going to be awhile, I said forget and walked out.If I hadn't called to make an appointment the day before (was told I wouldn't need an appointment) I wouldn't be so upset. Being told I wouldn't need an appointment then getting there and being told it would be awhile...well, just doesn't sit well with me. I totally understand they can get busy and have schedules to maintain but don't tell a customer one thing just to get him to come into your business. I will go someplace else to get my tire repaired.I have bought tires from Tread Quarters before from a different location. I had a couple of small issues with that location so I figured I would try a different location that was near me so that's when I called the Centerville Parkway location. I will not give Tread Quarters any more of my hard earned money. My time is just as valuable as theirs is!

My wife had an appointment for a state inspection. In order to make the appointment, She had to get a sitter for our 2 kids. When she got there the gentleman at the front desk was rude and seemed inconveinced by Her asking to get her inspection done. He told her she could wait in the lobby, but it would be "atleast" a 2 hour wait. Why have the ability to make appointments with you guys, if you wont honor them?, Can we send you our bill for the sitter this morning?

Brought both my truck and car in for breaks. We didn't have an appointment, but Harley and Brian took awesome care of us. Not pushy, and gave appropriate recommendations that fit in our budget. Friendly service and will definitely come again!

Harley and James were so amazing and helpful. They got me a good deal and took great care of my car even though there was a lot wrong and it was probably frustrating. They were also very kind and hospitable. I used to have problems at this Treadquarters but now with the new management things have very much improved and I trust them! :)

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I recently was getting a truck fixed up for my daughter. I didn't have allot of time or a large budget. I dealt with a guy there name Brian, he was super knowledgeable about cars and gave me options that fit my budget for the truck. No up-sell pressure on the services I got and the work came out great. Would definitely go back to this location.

This establishment is one of the most unprofessional auto shops I ve found in Chesapeake thus far They fail to update customers on their cars & when I called the next day to make sure my car was getting fixed he told me why but never tried to call or communicate these reasons prior, they simply were just holding my car for no reason at this point. They also fail your car for inspection over the smallest things (not for safety or protocol) for more money. Afterwards, I took my car to a different body shop & they charged me less than half of what tire choice charges. Also come to find out Tire choice was adding in maintenance prices that were unnecessary in order to better my vehicle & for it to pass inspection. I do not recommend going to tire choice when there are so many other hardworking body shops around. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Always great service! Very honest and love the people especially Jennifer at the front desk. She knows her stuff not just a front desk girl. The guys seem to be quick and thorough. I take all 4 of my vehicles there and have for a few years now. All around great place.

Brian and Joe were very down to earth and considerate professionals. Their customer service should be modeled by other Treadquarters. They worked with me on my inspection simply because I would have been waiting too long for their computer to reboot. Thank you for your professionalism it did not go unnoticed. Highly recommended.

Harley was great! Very patient with me in going over all my options for tires for my Jeep. Even when I changed my mind on the tire when I dropped it off, super friendly and accommodating. Recommend them to anyone that needs tires or oil changes.
