The staff were very talkative and had amazing stories. It was really nice to have a conversation while my car was being worked on. And they kept giving me periodic updates when they would finish a step and move on.

I took my car in on a busy Saturday for an oil change and alignment. I dropped it off that morning and received a call from the manager midday with a few questions and an update. They were able to get everything done and called to tell me my car was ready. I had a great experience at the shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I made an appointment for 9:30am to get a tire patched. I was told that it would take about 15-30 minutes. I was very clear that this is a lifted truck with larger wheels. When I arrived I was told it would be 60-90 minutes so I had my wife pick me up and left it. It took 2 1/2 hours. When I picked it up it had clearly been driven through the mud. The truck had just been detailed the afternoon before. When I contacted Chris, the manager, he initially tried to blame it on me, and then informed me that because of the construction behind their business that it was unavoidable. I did not see any of the other finished cars that were parked near mine with mud on them. I was essentially told.. too bad. The manager was extremely dismissive of the problem, and claimed that It was only driven to the bay and then to where it was left. But, when I had called to see if it was ready, I was told they were taking it for a test drive extraordinarily poor customer service. Highly recommend that you don t go there.

The experience was one that will assure I will come back to this shop. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended services were gone over but not pushed to get done. I can t remember the last time I was at a better shop

I dropped off my car for an inspection. Everyone else calls you when they re done inspecting your car, but this Tire Choice location doesn t do that any more. My car got vandalized in their parking lot overnight and nobody called me. I came to get my car back, and the manager said he d arrange for the store s insurance to get me a new window. That sounded promising. He said he d call with details, like when they could do the repair. Nobody called me. I called several times, and either nobody answered, or they didn t know anything.Maybe it s time to give the police report number to my insurance company and see what happens when Tire Choice fails to answer them.

Very professional and excellent service from the staff. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend this business. I, for sure, will return for any car maintenance to this auto service shop.

Went in for a simple State inspection. Was told it would take a couple hours due to being busy so I figured 2 and half, 3 hours tops. Nope, took 4 and still ended up sitting there waiting. Best part(sarcastically of course), I went to leave, got about half a block down the road (not even to the Taco Bell that's right there) and my hood flies up, bending(damaged) the hood, and cracked the windshield. The mechanic who did the inspection said he closed the hood but obviously did not as I've never had any issues. Will not be returning except to give them a bill for the damage they have caused. I can't trust them to make sure my hood is closed, why would I want them to replace my windshield? I would not recommend going here unless you want to leave with more problems then you came in with.

They are not my regular mechanics but when I need state inspections, alignments, checks ect ect tread quarters are my go to shop. They'll usually price match on certain services. I usually drop my vehicle off so I cannot comment on speed but positive overall outlook of them and their shop. Always busy...seems to be more demand than supply!Friendly staff, knowledgeable and clean environment. Pretty convenient location too. Rite aid is next door if you want to walk and grab a snack or something.

Trevor and Mike are true lifesavers. My car didn't pass the state inspection at another car shop, I needed two new tires fast, and I was short on time. My usual Tire Choice was closed for a bit and I was frantically calling different locations trying to match the superior service I am used to at my normal place.Trevor answered the phone a few minutes after the shop closed one evening and was so nice and friendly. I appreciated his excellent customer service after a long day of work and calmly handling my frazzled questions and comments. I was able to bring in my vehicle the next morning and was in and out in 45 minutes. Mike provided me with superb service and made me feel like I was a valued customer that had been going there for years. The price was just right, the waiting area was spacious and clean, and I was very impressed with the level of expertise the staff displayed while I was there. I was so impressed that I recommended a coworker that was having multiple issues with his car to the Battlefield location. He went the same day, got everything fixed, and was provided with excellent service. What a blessing to have found such a gem with the Battlefield Tire Choice. You've definitely earned two new returning customers.

I bought tires back in 2019 the guy convinced me they were better than going to Sams. I had nothing but issues with these tires. They did my alignment a couple times after. But always takes all day. Now my back tires are fully exposed wires on the inside. I haven t even used half of my mileage m. Tread won t warranty as they told me over the phone it s an alignment or suspension. The suspension was fixed at the dealership so therefore they don t warranty. So much for buying the max care. Will never go back ever again what a waste bout new tires to be covered at 84,000 miles didn t even use half of that. No customer service.

So around 4:00 p.m. yesterday (Sunday), I had my kids with me and ran over something in the road and immediately heard air coming out of the tire. I was a bit panicked so I drove straight to Tread Quarters on Battlefield Boulevard. Even though they were packed busy, and it was almost closing, they not only got me in, but repaired my tire while we waited. This could have been a terrible experience being stranded, but due to the manager and team, it was not. Great attitudes all around! Kudos to that location.

Was on my way to OBX from PA, car started violently shaking toward the end of our trip. Turns out all but one lug nut was tightened correctly on my front left tire after an oil change and tire rotation. Conrad was awesome and even took me back to the bay to show me what was wrong. Needless to say we were very lucky we stopped when we did or the outcome could ve been way worse. These guys are absolutely awesome, and I appreciate their help so much!

Great shop, can take care of pretty much any auto repair except transmissions. They're extremely popular (hence extremely busy) so you won't necessarily get in-and-out fast, but the repair will be solid and pricing fair.

Customer service was great. Trevor helped me with a nagging issue in my car that initially we couldn't figure out. Trevor was patient and worked with me on figuring out the issue then completing the repairs and doing an excellent job. Pricing was fair and much better than I expected.

Good shop with good people. These guys were swamped with cars when I came in with a leak that needed to be plugged. Elijah the store manager was kind, courteous and attentive to my worries and the tech, McReynolds was quick and conscious of my time as a customer. Overall a great experience

I trust them completely, I've known Richard for close to 20 years.Editing to add: I should add that we first met because I managed an auto parts store and I was in MANY service centers on a regular basis. Every Tread Quarters I visited was busy and most of the employees were very friendly and respectful (those that weren't didn't last very long) and Richard struck me as an honest person. When it became time for me to find a new mechanic (I was married to the old one) I knew I could trust Richard to treat me right and help me keep my old pickup running.Updating to add: Richard has now retired and I didn't like how I was treated by his "replacement" - I'm now searching for a new mechanic.

I brought in four new tires to be installed and get an alignment. Upon walking in, the manager (Steven Hoffius) was very friendly. I turn my keys over to him and the tech (either K. Marshall or R. McReynolds) took my car in. I had informed them that I had rotated the tires myself a week earlier just using hand tools and a torque wrench, so I know the lug nuts were not swollen or already damaged. After two hours, I was told the tech was having trouble with my lug nuts. I decided to walk outside and see how he was doing. I watched him literally hammering a socket onto my lug nuts (he was on the last tire at this point). I walked around my car and saw that ALL of my lug nuts had severe damage. I walked back to the waiting room not saying a thing. An hour later, they said I was ready to go. The manager told me the cost and I requested that he subtract $60 due to the damages. He then walked out to see what I was talking about. This is when I notice the tech actually hit my wheels a couple times. Ford factory 20" wheels cost $900 a piece. He then removed the cost of the install and I only paid for the alignment. Not all techs at Tire Choice are terrible techs, but a tech that thinks he has to hammer on a socket to lug nuts has no place in the automotive technician profession.

Saved my weekend! I got something in my tire that left air gushing out quickly. I pulled in here about 30 minutes before closing on the off chance they could help. Richard helped me and made sure that I was taken care of before they left for the day and got me back on the road in less than an hour! Definitely some of the best service I ve ever had and I m so grateful! I ll definitely return for any of my car needs! Thank you again Richard!

I have been going to Tire Choice since 1998. It was originally Kramer Tire. The reason I continue to go is because of the phenomenal outstanding customer service of Richard speller. Today I went to the battlefield location only to find out that Richard is no longer working there. I decided to go ahead and leave my car as I've always received outstanding care there. However today was not the same my first complaint is that they are supposed to open at 7:30 a.m. myself and two other customers waited outside in the cold until 8:10 when somebody finally decided to run and open the door. I left my car there for an inspection and oil change. 8 hours later I called to find what was the update on my car the gentleman was rude, curt, and dismissive. He said he had not gotten to the car because they were backed up from the day before. I said well it would have been nice if you had mentioned that you were backed up from the day before. He then told me I may not get my car until tomorrow again I reiterated that it would have been nice if he had been upfront with that information. He quickly said well if you don't like it you can come and get your car. I was mortified I have never ever been spoken to like that in this department, for that reason I will no longer be bringing my car to that location. The place is falling apart. I am a professional person. I know about customer service I understand that things happen, I understand that there are delays but there is is a way to communicate with your clients. It is 7:06 p.m. almost 13 hours later the store is now closed. I tried to call back no one answered the phone and no one has called me to give me an update. In addition I will be calling all of my numerous friends that I have referred to that location and tell them don't bother and to find another place to go. Signed very very disgruntled customer bring back Richard.

I brought my car in on a Sunday afternoon because my clutch went out. They were not able to look at it that day because the guy was not in, okay fine. He said he would call me first thing Monday when he finds out what it will need. I had to call to find out.... Then, when I call back to tell him to go ahead and fix it, he says it will take a couple days to get the parts, but they will get it taken care of. Okay, no problem. Once they get the parts, I know installing a clutch is not an easy thing, but it took almost 2 weeks for me to get my car back. The sad part is whenever I called to get an update the phone just rings endlessly..... When I would show up to get an update since I can't get through on the phone, the guy at the desk kept telling me that it would be ready the next day, three different times.... I will not be returning. This place used to be a good place to bring your car....

I will NEVER go back to this Tire Choice. I have been a customer for years. It's now gone into the toilet.1. They didn't call me as promised to go over the tire choices. They made the decision to install what they decided upon.2. They didn't put the spare tire back into the compartment. They just laid it in the trunk.3. They couldn't find my key. They gave me someone else's key. I returned it. I had a spare key. They wanted me to come back the next day to get my key. I said "no". And when they finally found it, there was no apology.4. They put the wrong spare tire in my trunk! I had to go back to the Tire Choice during my business hours.5. I called multiple times about my car. No one answered the phone.Horrible experience and I will ensure that anyone I know is aware of how this place has gone downhill.

Alex was great and helpful and the guys working on the car were great, did a good job. Everyone helped to answer my questions and get me on the road quickly. Yes it's a busy store but they do a great job.
