Been going to this place for years. Went there today to get my tires rotated. A young guy I've never seen before decided to take a socket and hammer to one of my lug nuts. Which damaged my lug and cracked my tire emblem. After I pointed this out to him. He didn't take responsibility for the damage nor did he apologize. I won't be going back.

Service is usually fast. Gave only 4 stars because they don't accept debit or credit, which is an inconvenience.

8.24.2023 I had a screw in my tire and I walked in with only one person working needless to say he took care of not only my tire he was working and handling 2 other costumers. A mom with 2 kids we didn t even have to get out of my car for him to fix what was needed!

I have been going to this place for years since I was a teen. Just to have one bad experience for me not to ever go here again. Warning, if you believe that all you need is a simple patch and your tire isn't worth repairing, according to the tire technician who removed the tire from your rim. They will charge you 10 dollars for a 4-minute job even if they do have your size tire in stock. Trust me, I never cursed at anyone in customer service in my life until today. I demanded my rim off the machine back to me and told him I was not paying anything. I suggested he should put a sign up if that's how it is. Due to the covid-19 years and loss of money, a lot of these auto repair shops are trying to get over more so than ever. Double check and price check if you must people.

Amazing customer service, i was greeted by a man as soon as i pulled inn. He let me pick my new used tires and made me feel very welcome and that my businesses is appreciated im done with used tire depot and not because there bad but because this place rocks thanks guys. And its the end of the pay and their still right on target..

The mechanics were so nice and very honest about my options and still being safe on the road. Just remember to bring cash. ATM has a service charge of $2.25. But to get my tire fixed was worth it. Love the hours.

Terrible experience! Tires never last! Valve caps are never replaced. Left a bolt loose on my rim and I got in a terrible accident!This place has a reputation of bad service and conflict also turning African Americans away.Cider Tire is not the answer! The guys that work literally don t care!

Got the front brakes done here on my company car this morning. No complaints. We supplied our own parts and the charge for labor was fair. Most importantly, the job was done right!I noticed this morning that Cider also sells brand new tires. I'm sure the service would be the same as far as getting you in and out quick, and I imagine there would be a warranty on the tires. I have one tire I'm probably going to have to get replaced before state inspection in August, so I'm probably going to be coming back here for it.Note about buying used tires: I've dealt with used tired in the past, and there's a reason I don't anymore. They're obviously going to be cheaper, and the used tire places usually get you in and out faster than the brand new tire places. The downfall is you're usually going to wind up with broken belts or separation, and used tires are not guaranteed. It's just like any other quick fix: It's fast and cheap, but it's not going to last.

I had a flat tire that could not be saved. I went there and they changed the tire. I was assisted immediately and told the pricing. It was just about $54, which included the tire, taking the old tire off the rim, mounting the new tire on the rim, and balancing. The job was done in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Quick and efficient!

They have a decent selection of used tires but obviously shop with caution. I had to update my review after noticing my pair of used tires have created vibrations in my steering so I am going to buy brand new tires asap. The tread was decent but it obviously was some sort of defect and that's why they were probably in the used tire shop... for almost $130 I should've just went with new tires anyways but it's something I probably won't do in the future.

Great service. Came for temp tires on my daughter's car (tire thread was showing..bald as a baby's...). The two gentlemen found me two good front tires, advised she also had a bent rim, fixed the tires and the rim for a fair price and sent me on my way.

This is a place of real mechanics. The service is efficiently and friendly. Mike was right, the people who take your payment really does have oil on his hands. It's easy to see that this is a small knit team with values and a passion for fixing cars. Gone are the days I go to one of the bigger shops because of their extreme pricing.- I'm down with Cider Tire because they work with you. You can even bring your own parts to have them install professionally at an affordable price.- At the very least you guys should try them. Ill never judge a mechanic by its cover again this place rocks!!!

Been there now 5 times for my vehicles and every time guys who work there work... yes they don t act like they are doing you a favor, if you need tires or even air in your tire = guys there don t make you feel like your wasting time or bothering them in 90 degree weather. Great shop

Fair Prices. Quick and easy shop to get a tire repair. Cider specializes in quality used tired but can also get new tires upon request. Extremely fast and efficient.

Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 STARS isn't enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was in town from Tampa, Florida visiting my daughter in the NAVYI got a nail in my rear passenger tire, went to SAM'S for them to check out my tire!!!! I was told my tire couldn't be repaired and I would need a new tire after waiting over 2 hours for service. I didn't believe the mechanic, because he couldn't look me in the eye while talking to me!!! I always get a second opinion!!!I googled The Original Cider Tire and decided to have them check out my tire. My tire was repaired in less than 20 minutes. The mechanics were professional and courteous. This is a great example of EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I called for a front alignment on my car they said just come in it s going to take 30min but i have one car before you. When i get there they say sorry man we can t get you today we have 3 to 4 cars before you and we close in one hour i told them i called in and someone told me to come in and they didn t care.This is one of the most unprofessionalShop i have been to I m definitely never coming back if there was 0 stars i would have gave it to them because they don t deserve any.

I bought 2 tires for the rear of my car one picked up a screw and the .other was threadbare within 3 weeks. When I contacted cider tire I was told it was my alignment A brought the tires in to have the guy look at him he said he didn't need to look at him he knew it was the alignment and that he would not give me a tire but he would sell me one. My dealership and discount tires both said it was thin rubber If you wanna get screwed without a kiss go to the original cider tires

Did not use their listening ears so lost out on the money I paid to another tire shop down the street. Talked over me and didn t listen to what I was requesting, as if I did not know what I was talking about. Certainly not everyone is a tire expert but some of us do have some know-how. Not sure why so rude today, I have been coming here for years until now.

SHADY! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They're cheap for a reason! They don't do refunds because they know their mechanics are incompetent and know NOTHING about cars!I took my car in one Saturday right when they opened at 8am to get an alignment, a hub bearing, and ball joint replacement. I was promised they would be finished by lunch time that same day. They didn't finish until Monday. I then picked it up to find out that my car was driving the same way from when I initially dropped it off! My steering wheel was still crooked. It was like they didn't even do anything smh! I then took it back the next weekend. I picked it up for a 2nd time and the alignment was done BUT now there was a strange growling sound coming from under the tire that suppose to be fixed I never had this problem before I took it to them!What was suppose to be a simple fix is now going to be a costly one. I now have to take my car to someone else to fix the damage they did! There are bent screws, missing nails and other vital parts missing under my tire. Any honest and well skilled mechanic would have never let me even drive off their lot with the condition Cider Tire left my car in. My wheel could've fallen off! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE! THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR!

Great prices and personable service. I would suggest the owner uses some form of digital calendar to keep track of who to call and when. Naturally, as we get older, we forget things. If he had a better system of communication, he would easily receive 5 stars.

Awesome customer service and great prices! They were fast and the quality of the tires we great! The only inconvenience is they only take cash. They have an atm machine but there's a surcharge. Other than that everything was great.

Tires not balanced and instead of saying sure we'll run then again and check them I had to argue with he who might be in charge just to get them back on the balancer...they are expensive for the shotty work they do...just go somewhere else and don't waste your time. Not worth the hassle*Update* since having the tires rebalanced another wheel weight fell off leaving me shaking at 65 again. Oh yeah and for 25 per tire I didn't even get new valve stems...that's shocking for me...
