Mike was one of my favorites when it came to import repair. But today was my last straw . This company referred me to apply for a credit card that came with his company name on it , just to not be able to use it . Something that is attached to my credit . He was rude when trying to explain why he couldn t take it. Even stated that I don t listen like I m a child . A customer that has spent thousands with him . My last straw is when he miss diagnosed the issue with the car which cost me over a thousand dollars to fix when bringing it back a few days later . The same part was covered under warranty when I first took him the car but a week later the warranty expired. He claim to be one of the top in the area outside of the dealer , but he s just like the rest profit over people. In I guess he felt comfortable being rude to me in front of his white customers so I think the way he talked to me was race motivated I m a small business owner and great customer service is what I strongly believe in. Go to the dealer , they get it right the first time . See you in small claims . In I have witness to you stating that you reprogrammed my key the first time but today a men who claim to be a men of god lied . But I keep receipts and notarized statements from the folks who heard him .

Great shop. Forthcoming and let you know exactly whats going on. Issue on a 2012 mini with a airbag warning light after a replacement passenger seat went in. The dealer wanted several hundred dollars just to look at the system and then said any work would be additional to that. S&I were able to diagnose and sort the issue for a quarter or what the dealership wanted to fix the issue. They worked quickly and professionally. A truly top notch establishment.

Omg the price made me cry but the work was phenomenal and the lady at the front desk was very friendly, they even fixed things I had on a separate fix list. Most places wouldn t touch the this type of Mercedes. Thank you guys so very much ..out of all the work I have had to have done this is the most confident and satisfied I ve been. Keep doing great work. Will be back

Well, it is clear now that the vehicle we bought had been in an accident, but we were told it had a clean record. However, just doing a simple inspection and tire alignment, it was easy to see there are spots all over the rear end that do not mate up. The electrical wiring caught fire in the car. They spit shined and duct taped this thing together to sell it fast. Be careful when buying from here and take it to your mechanic to get inspected before purchasing.

I recently took my 3series in for that dreadful "service engine light" and Mike and Jr. did their magic! I got my baby back the same day!! Thanks again Sports and Imports!!!

Annoying vibration above 45MPH. They found the problem and took care of it. Very happy, and I'll take my VW back there for any work.

I brought my BMW in for service and could not be happier. They did what was needed in a timely manner, did a great job in keeping up in communication with me, and were very fair on pricing as well. I will be doing business here in the future. Thank you for having me ready just in time for our family trip to Florida.

After years of going to the mini dealership out of convenience of a free loaner, I will now be getting a rental and going here for what it's worth- having honest work done right. I didn't perceive his advice as rude but just telling me how it is.He put in the extra effort to find me the best price on a fuel pump.I first hesitated to have the repairs done, but Peggy was very reassuring of the owners honesty. The price of the main fuel pump on a 2009 mini was just shocking and no right way around it. The owner will admit he's not the cheapest but not the most expensive.After the tune-up and repairs, my car is running better than new and is fun again!!!Turn around time was much faster than the dealership and I like that Peggy followed up with phone call updates before I had to call for them. Very happy.

Highly recommend Sports and Imports. I did not use this business personally, but Mike and his team came through big-time for a lady at my church. She took her car to a local dealership for the annual inspection. She failed the inspection, and the dealership said she needed $1K in repairs, which seemed fishy to me. So, I asked around for referrals, and a family friend recommended Sports and Imports. We dropped her car off after hours, and Mike and his team had everything taken care by lunchtime the following day, for 1/5th of the dealership's estimated cost. She took her car to get inspected again (at a different location) and it passed. Cannot thank Sports and Imports enough for helping her out!

I have brought all my vehicles to S&I. They do what's needed at a fair price and won't skimp on cheap parts or do incomplete jobs. They do awesome alignments and front end work. It will save you $$ in the long run. The owner, Mike, is a straight shooter and will explain exactly what he think the issue may be and what their plan is, no surprises. His aim is not to waste your money but to use it wisely by properly repairing your car. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to have work preformed on impots like BMW and Mercedes vehicles they specialize in those types of vehicles. Great customer service and friendly staff. Fast work and affordable repairs

Been coming here to see Mike since 2002. Consistently outstanding service. He goes for the least expensive fix first. Stands fully behindhis work. One of a very few people whose word is his bond. I can t imagine going anywhere else with my Lexus.

Was referred by import Autowerks. Son's car issue diagnosed by BMW but overpriced. Took to Sports and imports for 2nd diagnostic. Kept car for 2 days. Even though not able to do internal work due to manpower and too big of a job,, did not charge us. We are so very grateful and will return for other work. God saw your act of kindness and will bless you. Already stressed and your act of kindness was so much needed and appreciated. There are crooks out here and in this cruel world, we need more people like your honesty and not taking advantage of this situation to get my son's car fixed. My daughter also has a BMW and we will definitely bring both cars for all the other work you do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Lisa & Dominique W.

I've been taking my cars here since I was first told about them 6 years ago. Mike (the owner) is extremely honest and fair. He'll not only let you know what needs to be done but also what doesn't. He and his mechanics do a FANTASTIC JOB and are more than fair. I was truly blessed to find Sports and Imports. I don't believe there's a better or more honest mechanic ANYWHERE!

Mike has been servicing my Honda/Acura/Mercedes for over 25 years. He s a man of integrity. He cares about people and I have known him to be very fair in his prices. Not only does he and his team get the job done but they make sure the job gets done right. Thank you Mike for all do!

The best place around for ours cars. Mike is very passion when it comes to his work. He communicate with u throughout the whole time while your vehicle is being worked on. Let u know up front the cost an always is a fair price.

Was told by another BMW shop that I had to get new front passenger seat, as it would not recline straight back. Mike and mechanics diagnosed the problem and found that I only needed to replace the cable. They did a great job, saved me big bucks and have continued to earn our service. Always get right to the point and explains in a non-demeaning manner. Lady at desk is very nice, courteous, and expedient. Any decent mechanic can fix a car problem, but not all give great customer service. Thanks guys. Donnell Cephus

Very poor service!!!!! I called in the first day about tires and was told by one guy (who sounded like he was having a bad day and was snappy/rude) wasn't interested in putting tires on my car that I was going to order because he would only be getting $10 from labor and the next day I came in to talk to someone else about it and Peggy told me she would calling their tire guy in to so I could buy them but she didn't know how long he was gonna be.long story short I never got a call back and when I called back to check up on them Peggy said it's nothing they could do about the time it take the tires to get there, even though the guy I spoke to the day before said the tire place was literally right around the corner... Only given out 2 ratings so far and if I had the opportunity to give this zero stars I definitely would.

The techs at Sports and Imports aren't just techs, they're enthusiasts. They have a very extensive knowledge of new and older model BMW's, their prices are great, and their work is of very high quality. I've taken my e30 (1990 325iX) to them three times. They did some extensive custom rear suspension work and an alignment, mounted and balanced a new set of tires, and upgraded my A/C system. The price couldn't be beat, and they were able to get the job turned around in three days (I had to overnight a couple missing parts to keep them on schedule). The shop owner knew what he was talking about when we discussed the work to be performed. Don't waste your money at some sketchy lube n tune place when you have a much better option close by. If you're far away it's worth the drive.I gave it a 3 for appeal, but the building isn't very pretty. That being said, nor is the hole in the wall that has the best burritos in town. Here you pay for service, not aesthetics.

I brought my mercades here a 530 wagon and i psyed 2 grand didnt get fixed and had to get my car towed back to my home. Then a year later brung my bmw 2002 ci and my car is still running hot after i left, he told me athousand reasons why he shouldnt have worked on my car. Ive called, no call back also check your car coming out beacuse i didnt and break light was hit. These coy dont have a permit to drive your car to see if it works, that should tell you somethingents aint real. Go somewhere else, theyService: General repairs & maintenance

Needed spark plugs and a halo light replace. Mike was super nice and gave a very fair price. We had such a good experience that I will be taking my daughters VW to them from now on also. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Mike and his team are the best.. I had some work done on my x3 at a another repair shop and they broke my oil cap and insisted I needed a new valve cover gasket... Mike fixed the problem and saved me thousands of dollars. They are very knowledgeable and professional I will never go anywhere else and will always recommend them..

I have taken my BMW 135i to almost every shop in the area to fix problems causing injectors to fail. Not only did they diagnose the problem almost immediately (other shops struggled to do this), but they were able to fix the issue for a fraction of the cost of the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with Sports & Imports and will be bringing my vehicle to them for all future maintenance.

Went to resolve an oil leak and weak start up. Car was diagnosed with bad valve cover gaskets on both sides. I went to get an oil change today (few months later) and the oil leak is still there. Another part was changed for the weak start up, still happens. They want to charge me again for a diagnostic. Im taking it somewhere else. None of my cars problems have been solved. And it s unfortunate, because the office staff are so nice!! Unfortunately the technicians misdiagnosed my Audi A6.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could rate this and -10 I would..... about a month ago I took my 2008 Volks wagon GTI in to get the thermostat replaced. The day after I picked it up there was a terrible knocking noise coming from the passenger-side dashboard which was not happening before I brought it in... ( cough cough coincidence) I give it some time to let it maybe fix itself but it was persistent so I called and I explain the situation to the manager. they said "sure we can take A look at it". I was planning on bringing the car in again anyway because I was having some trouble with my front headlight the ballast needed to be replaced so I figured I would knock out two birds with one stone fix this terrible knocking noise and have a functioning headlight so I wouldn't be stopped by the police for having a bad headlight for the third time... well sure enough I bring the car in to get fixed and I'm explained that the knocking noise is coming from a bad part that cost $160 and $200 in labor.... silly me I thought they were going to fix what I assumed they broke considering it was something that happened the day after I picked it up....Nevertheless I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I chose to drive my car off to fix that problem another day. Before I left I checked both headlights and they seem to be good so I got in my car and I was on my way. Now I'm driving my car down the highway with both of my headlights functioning properly but one hour after I left the opposite headlight stops working... now mind you they called me just before they replace the ballast and said that they had been swapping parts between both headlights so conveniently enough The other headlight stops working after an hour of driving ..... As you can imagine at this point I am livid!!!! two times after I had left this place something else goes wrong... i've had my car for four years and this is the first problem I've had aside from tires and oil change so as you can imagine I can only point the finger at who I couldn't believe this to be the fault of... sports and imports has proven to fail me twice!!! After talking to the manager I'm basically told to go f?$& myself and I'm accused of being cheap! After I had spent a total of $700 to fix one headlight and replace a thermostat... I even provided the part for the headlight!!! These people are scam artists typical automotive repair man who are only out to get your money overcharge you and our sleazy enough to go ahead and do things to your car to make you continuously come back and throw hundreds of dollars at them just to get your car to function the way it was before you brought it to them!! Absolutely unbelievable this place is a disgrace they should be ashamed to have the ratings that they have! whoever made this place a 4.5 star repair shop should be sued because that's total and Utter garbage!!!!

Never again will I visit this place. All I wanted was a diagnosis of some kind for my BMW, but I was turned away without being asked a single question. There was no What can I do for you? There were no follow-on questions to the issue was trying to explain. My concerns and I were just dismissed while the person I spoke with proceeded to walk away from me. But then the same guy hooks this white guy s car to the code machine or device as I m pulling off. And he s much more attentive to this guy s concerns. The only difference was that I m black and the other guy was a white. Here I thought I was living in 2021.

I have an MR2 Spyder that is in need of tires (especially the front tires) so I have been calling around different places to get prices. Well, this place is one of the places that I called inquiring about TWO TIRES for the front. Since I have an ever changing work schedule I didn't make it in to get the tires put on last week but I did show up today just prior to closing and told the guy at the front desk that I needed FOUR Yokohama tires put on the car. The guy at the front desk told me to bring it in tomorrow and I told him that I had to work but would be back later in the week on my day off. His response to this was quite CURT (RUDE) and told me that he wasn't looking up the price. So great I will buy tires somewhere else. Also, when I walked in the office the guy was on the phone, which is no big deal, but I stood there for a good while and he saw me but didn't even acknowledge my presence. My advise is to do business elsewhere.
