The service advisor (Tim Champion) reviewed the service to be completed and offered an accurate estimate of the time it would take. After the inspection was completed, recommended maintenance for my car and its cost was explained to me. Again, a good estimate of the time it would take was provided. I was constantly updated on the progress of the work and was quickly able to pay the bill and get my car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. You just can't do any better.

I came in with some challenges. The team here on S. Military is the most compassionate group, they were very patient & accommodating. Robert Webb was honest & took great care of me during this experience. I am eternally grateful & will refer them to everyone. They ve found a customer for life.

Had my ID.4 there recently for recall work. It did take longer than I would have liked, but it did need a lot of recall work done, which I know takes time. Appreciate having a loaner for the duration. The service consultant Tim was very friendly and let me know why there were delays on the repairs.

I m giving the service department 1 star for the terrible job that have done working on my sons car. They have fixed the same problem 3 times and costing me and my son thousands of dollars. Now the car is back in the shop again due to not starting after they have had the car for almost 3 weeks; fixing the car for the same things for the third time. Every time they work on the car something else goes wrong. It was starting fine before they serviced it and now it s back in their shop again as of yesterday, I m not sure what kind of mechanics they hired but they do a terrible job on my sons car each time. After having the car for over a week almost a month ago I finally called for updates and Tim told me I need to allow time for the car to be checked. I responded that it s been an entire week and this is my first time calling so how much time should I have allowed. He was useless and Wes had to take over. Wes has been working with me for years and he helps as much as he can but the car is still right back at the shop after they just had it for 3 weeks. We just for the car back last week and now it s back in the shop again. And this isn t even the worst part. My son s car has had issues since he brought it from this location and the mechanics mess up something every time they have it. I would like to speak with someone above this shop about all my concerns and the thousands of dollars we have spent and my son still can t drive 30 minutes to work without it breaking down again. I m beyond upset with this shop and their lack of concern for my son s safety. At this point I m contacting my lawyer for the awful job and lack of safety that they have shown when operating on my son s car. His safety comes first and if I known we would be having this many problems with the car and this shop for all these years since our purchase then I would have went somewhere else and spent my money.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Why would anyone want to purchase a car from a place that allows their employees to sleep on the job. I went to the desk to ask the receptionist a question and this is what I walk up to find. I stood there for a few minutes and she didn't even move. I believe the name on the desk was Alexis Dunpree. Definitely won't be purchasing anything or do business with this dealership if this is what is allowed.

Catalina in Sales, Matt the Sales Manager, and Patrick in Finance all helped us. I can t say enough about Catalina, she listened and was so patient and kind to my family. She s a gem. The entire experience was pleasant. Great test drive. My only suggestion is speeding up the process after signing - I guess with kids in tow, you never can be quick enough. They graciously offered plenty of drinks and snacks which helped tremendously. Everyone we dealt with was very understanding of our needs. I was very pleased with the inventory of vehicles as well, plenty to see.

Had a great experience purchasing our new Atlas. Our salesperson, Rob Boyd, was great and worked with us to reach an agreeable price. He is very knowledgeable about what he sells and took the time to explain all the features of the 2024 Atlas. The tech in these new vehicles can be fairly complex but he was was able to answer every question we had. Allison and Chris in finance were very helpful and found a loan rate which was very low.

Tim and the guys really took care of my vehicle at a decent price for the work the car needed. I even had an issue after picking it up and Tim was willing to look at it for me to make sure it wasn't serious. It ended up being something minor that was on my end but everyone was super friendly. I would bring my car here again in the future.

You don t generally see this amazing level of customer service anymore in general let alone at a car service department. I was so pleasantly surprised during my time there. They worked me in and gave me a realistic timeframe of how long I d be wait and were exact in timing perfectly. Everyone was smiling and professional. Wes, was another level. He was thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend this specific location to anyone with a Volkswagen!! 10/10

My experience was amazing!!!! Talk about customer service!!!! Robb Webb was my sales person and he made sure my SUV had everything I was looking for!!! The finance manager Allison explained everything to me and was very professional! Chris called me for a follow up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase! Eric was professional, personable, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. He took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the VW Atlas. It was great to have a salesperson who actually owns the make and model of car you're looking at buying. That meant he could answer all our questions and let us know how the vehicle worked for him. During price negotiations we appreciated not being on the receiving end of high-pressure sales tactics.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a dealership, and the car isn't even finished yet. Needed to have a oil leak diagnosed and a few seals replaced, gave as much info as I had and requested to have the leak properly diagnosed and to be updated as things went on and to get approval before tearing into the car.After no response for two entire days despite me repeatedly calling, I drove down to the service center to actually get some answers. Was informed that not only had repairs commenced, but work has been authorized already that I would not have authorized, such as apparently replacing a brand new billet aftermarket valve cover with the factory plastic one.

Low rating due to the fact that I had a stain on my seat cover that I never received a call back from them on why that was there after getting a routine check up. My windshield passed there inspection checklist. But when I needed an inspection sticker for my vehicle in which I had to outsource another shop they denied me one at this location. There are some people that need an attitude adjustment there and forget they are a customer service representative for Volkswagen not in charge of the place. I always have to drop my vehicle off the night prior or early in the morning just to get seen in a relative time frame. As well as long as I've dealt with volkswagen since 2010. I've never not been offered a rental car free of charge when they have to keep my vehicle longer for maintenance. This place never has that option and charges for rentals. Also other volkswagens have a cleaning service for inside the vehicle and washes which I understand this does not have one equipped. Lastly they do not fill all the liquids up properly. Got an oil change and they didn't fill up my windshield washer fluid and said oh sorry. These are negligent things that I've encountered in my time at this location. I will say honestly when they want your business they will hound you down in purchasing a vehicle. But when you do buy new with them in about a month your a nobody and don't really care to help you out much. I will never go to this location again.

I came to southern Volkswagen Lewis and Terrence took care of me, and gave me the comfort when buying my first car. I definitely love how everything came out I got a 2018 passet SE Mr. Chris and Allison were so kind and sweet when it came to the financial portions YOU NEED A CAR GO THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BESTTT !

We needed a replacement vehicle after an accident and couldn t afford to get anything much more than what insurance paid out. We found a perfect vehicle with a listed price that was in our range but with all the dealer extra add-ons ( appearance package , added fee for the Volkswagen cpo, and a pretty high processing fee) was well outside of our range. They were able to negotiate a price that worked for us. Also, everyone on the team was polite, helpful and friendly. I would be happy to do business with them again in the future.

Worst experience with their service department. They offer free oil changes but take 3 hours to complete them. Our car needed a brake job. We made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. and still didn't have it done by 2 p.m. Apparently, a part broke and they had to pick up the part from another location but they were terrible at communicating this with us. We arrived at 9:00 and they didn't even begin working on the car until 11. They did not offer a car rental to us so we could leave. Mind you, we had our 3 year old and one week old with us and we told them this from the start. We will never be returning to have service or purchase a car here ever. Terrible, terrible customer service.We did end up speaking to a manager, and was told they would "talk with the team". Also, it was almost 3:00 by the time we actually left. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a VW mini van towed here and it was the worst experience in my life when it comes to mechanics. I won't go into every detail because that would take to long. This is a short version. Andrew worked on the van. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He left grease stains, oil stains all over the car. He took out a piece of rubber in this small hole on the dash and didn't put it back. He claimed he needed to get in there. He also claimed that the brand new battery that was already in the van was bad, so I had to pay 200$ dollars for another one. He lost my keys and sent them in the mail later when he found them. After I got the van back, I took the original battery to be tested where I bought it from, and it was fine. He reprogrammed a new TIPM and said it was fixed. 500$ plus dollars later (not including a 62 mile tow back and forth twice) and the van broke down again a couple months later. My local mechanic said it won't take a reading when he hooked it up, so he can't fix it and I would have to tow it back to this dealership. After all that money spent and all those weeks they had it, I most certainly am not going to do that. After I told him about everything that happened he said he didn't blame me. So to the junk yard it goes. I would stay far away from this place if you're getting your vehicle fixed.They like ripping off little old ladies, not to mention the incompetent mechanic they have there.

Cedric and Sales Manager TJ were very professional and handled all my concerns and I left a happy customer. I had to add to my review after my entire experience! Matt Seyfert, the General Manager needed a shout out! He was extremely professional and worked with my lendor to ensure I left with an excellent interest rate. I can't say enough about these three gentleman. If your looking for a Volkswagen they will take care of you!!
