It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. From the selection of the car to the financing, everything was top-tier. Customer Service was amazing. Luke, our salesperson, listened to our concerns, wants, and needs. Kyle made sure we understood the operation of the vehicle before we took it off the lot. Frank made sure we got the best interest available, getting us an amazing 10-year warranty and explaining all the paperwork in detail. The showroom floor(S) is clean, comfortable, and modern. I can't say enough about this place, and I will be purchasing my next vehicle there when the time comes. I highly recommend Southern Chrysler Jeep dealership. You will not be disappointed.

Kate ( Sales person) and Frank in finance were fantastic throughout the car selection and purchasing process! Kate went above and beyond to ensure we had exactly what we were looking for and the right deal- not just any deal! Frank was instrumental in the finance piece and made the whole process easy! They didn t push and were available to answer all my questions every step of the way!! We are repeat purchasers at Southern and will definitely be back!

First and foremost my service advisor is the best. Barbara always greets me with a smile and a warm welcome. She reviewed my vehicle manufacturer maintenance needs and addressed those first. Certain services were offered and explained giving me an opportunity to make an informed decision. Always good to have service recommendations explained. Next thing is my service was conducted with my time in consideration I was out with an hour of my appointment time. Barbara kept me informed of the progress. My Jeep was returned as clean as I took it in. Excellent service experience. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Once again another great experience at this facility. I have been getting cars through this site since 2019 and always receive efficient and effective service. The team is very professional and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone is always polite and eager to help you in your vehicle transition. Even though they were in the process of moving to a larger locate the team still didn't allow the focus of their exceptional customer service skills to be neglected. I love my new jeep and will highly recommend this facility to friends and family.

All of my service experiences with Southern Jeep have been excellent. They are prompt, they keep you informed, and they are knowledgeable. After years of driving small German cars, I m on my second Jeep Wrangler and likely headed to a Jeep Cherokee as I get older and the climb into the Wrangler becomes more challenging.

The reason for the 1 Star is...... I'm a first time customer and I went in and set an appointment. They gave me the appointment 2 weeks out to get the rear axle bearings and seals replaced on my truck. I brought it in the day of my appointment on 4/2 dropped the truck off. Before I got home (5 minutes away)I had a message from the dealership that the parts were not in stock. They needed to order them butI had to prepay for the parts ( which I have). It's now been a week and still haven't from them. My complaint and frustration is WHY didn't someone check stock PRIOR TO setting my appointment and not the day of and then discover they have to order the parts. Very disappointed with the service department.

Took our gladiator in for its first service and oil change. The shop tech ran our gladiator into the shop wall. The driver side fender and bumper have to be replaced now. Southern hasn t been returning our calls and our gladiator hasn t been fixed. Extremely disappointed with this dealer, jeep and our new gladiator. Will not do business with Southern Jeep again.Update as of November 1st: They replaced the fender and bumper. Fender paint job they did was pretty poor. The fender has scratches underneath the clear coat, pieces of debris in the paint and overspray from a poor tape line. Photos attached. Going to have to pay another shop to fix it out of my own pocket. Extremely disappointed with this dealer and jeep at this point. Never using Southern again.Update as of November 16th: We had our gladiator inspected and it seems more damage was found from the work Southern Jeep did after wrecking and then attempting to fix our gladiator. Photo attached of the bumper which was incorrectly installed and not checked for clearance. The bumper is now pinned so hard to the grill of the jeep that it s taking the paint off of my grill and I can no longer take my grill off. No one apparently checked fitment and simply put the bumper on causing more damage. I now have to replace the bumper again, the fender again and now the grill which previously had no damage. I will be making a complaint to Jeep/Chrysler about Southern and this issue. I m looking in total at about 3K worth of work that needs to be done now thanks to Southern Jeep damaging our brand new gladiator. I no longer want this vehicle. I m extremely disappointed in Jeep and Southern.Update as of November 18th: We called Jeep customer care, gave them all the info of the vehicle and let them know about what Southern has done to our gladiator. We were informed jeep can do nothing other than take a complaint. After I have this vehicle fixed I will be trading it in at Hall Jeep where we recently purchased my wife s 2024 Willys and couldn t be happier with the level of customer service we received in comparison to Southern Jeep. Do not shop or get your vehicle serviced at Southern. It s not worth your time and money.

I absolutely love the service at Southern Chrysler Jeep!!! I've purchased 3 Jeeps since 2008, and the experience has been great each and every time! From purchasing with Stacy Gregg, and going in for service with Paul McManuels, I've left a satisfied customer every time. The place is clean, and the staff very professional. Give Southern a try, you'll be glad you did!!!

Tyrone Houston sold me an amazing truck at a fair price. Frank in finance took care of me and explained all the details of my warranties, low jack and gap insurance. I will come back to buy again when I need another vehicle for my children.

Very fast, detailed and professional. I know I can be very difficult to deal with for any service representatives. First hand they handled my frustrations and attitude with not just the highest level of customer service but understanding. I believe that they did not just say they understood, they showed they did. With that and the actual service, it was an experience that I definitely have already and will continue to refer every and anyone needing automotive repair services.

I purchased my jeep from Southern back in 2018 and their deal to get free oil, changes and state inspections for the life that you own the vehicle seemed pretty good. I hadn t had too many difficulties before but the last time I went, I opted to also get my brakes flushed, because that is a pain to do, along with a tire Rotation. After sitting in the waiting room for three hours, I went to check with my service advisor and she apologized profusely, but realized her error, and that she put the wrong number on my key tag and my jeep had not been touched at all. After that she immediately got my jeep in for servicing, which took about an hour. She did takeoff the tire rotation Price but I still paid for the brake fluid flush, overall I came into the dealership at 7:30am and didn t leave until around noon. Overall, the only service advisor I will ever want to deal with is, Paul who is honest and doesn t try to push extra services which aren t needed unlike other service advisors.

My appointment went great, it was scheduled for three days, got my car back the same day. Paul looked into warranties, the item was covered, (that s always wonderful). Paul went over some maintainance that I would down the road and life is great once again.

Upon entering, I was greeted by my service advisor, I believe Chris. However, I found his demeanor to be unprofessional; he remained slouched in his chair throughout our interaction before passing me off to another worker. This experience left me disappointed, and I have decided that this will be my first and last visit to Southern Jeep.I was also charged for 6 quarts of oil when my engine only required 5 quarts.This initial encounter did not leave a good impression.When I dropped off my Jeep, the low gas light was not on. Typically, when the gas light on a Jeep illuminates, a warning appears that you have to acknowledge, and the radio prompts you to find a gas station. However, when I picked up the Jeep 90 minutes later, there was no fuel remaining, displaying 0 miles left.This leaves me confused and lost all trust in my one interaction. First impressions mean a lot and they have failed.Update, Southern has reached out to help address these issues. I am hoping that we can try to repair my first impression.

MAJOR recall work needs to be done. Expected work hours close to 50 hours. No loaner vehicle! So I m expected to miss a week of work, or rent a vehicle at my expense, to fix a manufacture defect??? Last time I ll do business here!

I only rated a 3 due to the difficulty in scheduling a service. No one answers the phone for service or returns calls. I received a text, but then when I replied to the text... again, no reply. I attempted to call a half dozen times over a week... finally spoke to someone and set appointment. Thankfully, the rest went smoothly.

Let me first start by saying Janina attitude was absolutely infectious. Her positivity was so wonderful to be around during what is usually a stressful time. She was very dedicated in making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and understood each and every document I was signing. The representative I dealt with thus time was Crystal and she was just as good as the other two service representatives I've dealt with in the previous visits. Her diligence has not gone unnoticed.

As a customer, I place a high value on exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, my recent encounter left me utterly disappointed and disheartened due to the discourteous behavior of the employees. To my dismay, one employee, who i never even spoke to, went as far as rolling their eyes at me for no apparent reason. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others. I sincerely hope that the management takes proactive measures to address this issue and fosters a more welcoming environment for customers in the future.

My experience at this Southern Chrysler Jeep, Greenbrier was 100% unsatisfactory I received no assistance from the service advisor nor management. I was overcharged and the staff there was very inconsiderate and inattentive. I purchased several cars from there and about 5-7 years ago the staff was very thorough and respectful with providing adequate service and relaying information.Unfortunately, the staff has changed and the service team lacks adequacy and genuine customer service work ethics. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone who is seeking tcar repairs -even if you purchased the car there

This place is wayyy better than the Southern Jeep by the Norfolk Airport. A guy name Paul McManuels definitely knew his stuff about jeeps wranglers. He was quick to solve the issues I had with my jeep and knew everything there was to know about my wrangler. The service was quick which is a plus. The other southern jeep near the airport are a bunch of idiots and they are just there for a paycheck. Jeep southern in Chesapeake care more about my jeep that I care about my own jeep. Awesome service!
