Rich has worked on 2 different cars for us. He was able to solve the issues with the battery drain in my son's car that 2 different other mechanics couldn't. He also got the power locks and windows in my Wrangler back on track when they went haywire. His price was fair and he kept me updated through the entire process.

Hands-down he is probably the best shop I ve taken my car too. He has had my truck two different times for two different reasons. He gets my truck done the same day he gives me updates so that I know how long it ll take. He even squeezed me in for an urgent check engine light. Well, once you been there and dealt with the guy who owns the place you realize you have just met the smartest person you'll ever meet in your life. I mean he can solve any problem even the problems the factory can handle. He definitely gets it done and it turns out better than you thought I mean your expectations are set only so high and then he exceeds that. As far as wait time I didn't have any problems it was a day early. I'll be sending all my problems to him now.

Richard basically saved me several thousands of dollars. My Lexus navigation was freezing up and I was told that I could get one refurbished from the dealership for $1700 excluding taxes and labor. If I wanted a new system, well we were talking about over $5,000. I did my research and found Richard. After dropping my car off the night before my scheduled appointment, the following evening he texted me that my navigation was working 100% accurately. Richard is a technological genius! Oh, I also received a one year warranty .

I was preparing to leave town and wanted my blown Harmon Kardon speaker on my Mercedes to be replaced. The VB Mercedes Dealership referred me to Audio One. They could not fit me in. The other local places gave me a fuss about not having HK speakers; needing to order them, costing this and that, "we're totally booked" yadda, yadda...I sent a text to the owner, Richard (as instructed by the voicemail), and he was able to schedule an appointment for me right away. He evaluated the issue, had the HK speaker parts in stock, and repaired my baby in less than 3 hours! I got on the road with the BEST quality sound!He is a total expert in his field, like a Macgyver of Audio! The price was incredibly reasonable. The service--SUPERIOR! He has the stock, skill and the speed! His work is guaranteed! See Richard first!

AWESOME GUY! TOP NOTCH. I had a problem with the backlight on my radio and he helped me out getting a bulb. Put it in and works like a charm! It's nice being able to see the time and radio station you are on 5 stars best guy in town!
