Really? If you plan on getting your tires here. Set aside atleast a week taking off work changing your plans and having headaches. Then on top of that plan on being here for 6 hours every time only that come back the next day and be here for so far for hours. Still not done. Not to mention I was delayed a day because they ordered the wrong tires. then couldn't get lug nuts off. . still here waiting

Was told they would swap out my tires in the time it took to shop. 3 and a half hours later and I m still waiting. Could have shopped here then went to have my tires done at discount tires and still have been home well over an hour ago.

Had to negotiate a bit to bump the queue for a missed nail repair but Kenneth and Wanda did the right thing and got me out quickly with a proper solution.

Aside from having to remove my tires off my trailer myself so they could be replaced, it was OK. $20 per tire for installation i think is outrageous
