Im very picky on who i let work on my project. Buddy Restored the entire suspension and brakes on my 75 pontiac Grandville and did an absolute quality job at reasonable prices. Would recommend him to anyone. I also have 4 company vehicles he does all my maintenance and repairs to all if them. One of the better mechanics in the tidewater area.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I got here right when they opened at 8am, Monday morning. They were able to service the car asap. I brought my own brakes and rotors and it took them only about 30ish minutes for Buddy and his guy to get it swapped out and test driven. Everywhere else in the Chesapeake area wanted to charged me more, almost double then this place did. Highly, highly recommend. They don t only do brakes but also other services Buddy said.They were initially recommended to me by a neighbor, so happy I came!Service: Brakes

Fantastic and friendly service. I dropped my vehicle off expecting days before it would be ready and an expensive price tag. I was so thrilled that they looked at my car immediately, got it back to me in a few hours, and the price was very reasonable. My SUV is running like a champ. I rarely write reviews but I highly recommend this service center.

I told Buddy that my beater with a heater needed a new exhaust manifold because the bolts were broken. He said "Bring it in, I fix 'em all the time." I dropped it off and got a call later that he wouldn't do the repair because he didn't think my vehicle was worth putting that money into. I took my vehicle to this place for repairs, not for an appraisal or an opinion of how I should spend my money. Wasted an entire day without my vehicle and still had to take it elsewhere for repairs after being assured that it was a task that was no big deal to him. I would give zero Stars if it were an option.

Buddy runs a great operation. He services our small business' fleet vehicles and does a great job. Honest, direct, fast, friendly, and consistent. Finally he does what he says he will do and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him and his company.

I do a lot of my repairs and maint on my cars, but when it goes past my tools, ability, and skills buddy is the only guy i take it to. Buddy and the crew at Route 13 are fast, professional and honest. I've taken my older Toyota Camry there for an alternator, brake work and diagnostics on the airbag light. His prices were very reasonable, and my car is always done quickly! I'll keep returning to Route 13 Service Center! The alliance with NAPA guarantees the work nationwide, too, so that's a plus that a lot of places don't offer. Highly recommend!

Only mechanic I will go to. Buddy tells you how it is. If he says it need to be replaced, it needs to be replaced. A honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold and buddy is as honest a mechanic as they come. He does quality work at a decent price.
