I had a amazing experience at this location. I dropped my car off the day before and thought it would not be able to get worked on until the weekend, But Lance and the rest of the team were able to get it within the same day after working on every other car before me. Great attitudes and customer service across-the-board. I would highly recommend that you bring your car to their facility.

It was definitely a positive experience. Had some tires mounted, some suspension work done, and an alignment, and I am very happy with everything work wise. But even more than that, the customer service was impecable. The service tech Mikey was incredibly thorough and spent the better part of a day getting my ride just the way I wanted it and was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable to boot. Would absolutely recommend this place. Management please make sure you take care of Mikey he's a rare breed in the service industry.

I was referred from a local tire shop by Target to go to RNR tires off of battlefield. This literally is the day after Christmas and I was not planning on doing much but having the tires resealed and reinstalled. I ended up have a bent rim and my rims honestly have aged out lol but I just had brand new tires put on this same set less than 2 weeks ago. So what do I do? It's the day after Christmas!!!! These folks were so nice and squeezed me in on an already tight schedule. The lady (Mrs. Bad news) was very nice even though I was giving her a hard time. Everytime I saw her pretty face, lol she had more bad news about my wheels that I love so much. She found me a set of repo wheels that would fit my new tires so I could be safe out here and not spend even more money. Also, my dang tire sensor were shot and they gave me a super deal on the installation of all 4....a late Christmas present for me...kind of....even though I didn't really have the money for this mess today and they didn't have the time either but we worked together and got it accomplished. Thank you so much for helping me and my Gammy tank stay on the road...well will be once I get all the brakes redone because those are bad as well but I was all outta cash and those poor guys were ready to finally go home. (Mrs. Bad news). I hope you know I was just playing with you bahahaha I have a weird way of dealing with stress.... sarcasm doesn't always go over well with some folks. I will be back for sure and i look forward to using that payment plan y'all offer verses depleting all of my stash. Still rollin on 22's on the Gammy thankThank you to the entire staff,Tina

Excellent costumer service. Craig the manager provided me the best option for my truck and work around the issue on tires and fitment. Highly recommend them.

When you talk about understanding and great customer service. Tommy is the best!!! He didn t even take 2 seconds with helping me out with my car part and he says to return if I still have issues. It s been such a long day dealing with the my dealership, I almost cried. Thank you RNR!!!

We had such a great experience buying rims and tires.Joann is a knowledgable and thorough salesperson . Tanesha, the office manager, goes out of her way to ensure customers are heard and everyone is treated like friends and family. Craig, the shop manager, was truly professional and meticulous in caring for my new car. Lance was accommodating and helpful while getting all the final details arranged.Excellent experience. We love the new rims and tires. Thank you everyone!!

I had an issue with one of my rims. I spoke with the general manager, Craig B. and he got me squared all squared away. He literally found me a rim, got it delivered to his shop, and rim was installed flawlessly within less than an hour. (In and Out). Best part was his willingness to negotiate a fair price. Forever a customer of RnR Chesapeake. Craig and Duke are a phenomenal team.

When I got a flat tire I pulled into RNR Tire Express parking lot and noticed I did not have the right tools to replace the tire. I walked into the tire shop and Lance came to my rescue!! He popped my flat off, put my spare on and even let me pull around to get air in it! He was so helpful and kind!Thank you Lance and the tech who filled air in my tire! You guys are genuine people!

Great place for wheels, tires, and suspension. I have received all 3 service and they make sure everything is right with great quality. Pricing is very manageable, I know this because I brought 4 sets of wheels and tires. They are very friendly and will work with you. The will always be my favorite wheel shop. 10 out of 10 would go again.

I highly recommend this place! I was having steering issues with my 2019 f250 it had been to several alignment shops dealerships and offroad shops in the area but nobody was able to correct it. Mikey and the guys went above and beyond to figure it out. Not only was the issues fixed but they didn't kill me financially and i felt like I was dealing with people that genuinely cared. I won't be going anywhere else ever again for tires or suspension work I can't thank you guys enough.

I just returned from RNR for removal of a screw in my tire which was causing a slow leak. The great thing is they charged me nothing...they did not try to upsell me anything...they were kind, courteous, and quick. What more could a customer ask for? I will definitely be back!!!

All I can say is that Craig and his shop personnel treated me and my truck as it were there own. They went far and beyond to show me they were not in business just to take my money. Can't say enough about these guys. I live in the Outer Banks but will still make the ride to these guys. Thanks for everything you guys did.

Craig and Team give you some of the best customer service you will EVER EXPERIENCE!!! They put 22 inch rims and brakes on my lexus 500 and from beginning to end they made me feel at home. Just like right now my brakes has a little scrubbing, but I'm not worried because I KNOW THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AS SOON AS I WALK THRU THE DOOR!!! Im telling you ,I recommend these guys percent!!! THANK YOU ALL AT RnR !!! I Really appreciate you!!!

I ll be the first to admit, I was a novice when it came to selecting wheels and tires for my new AT4X but the whole TEAM at RnR was fantastic at providing me with the information I needed to make a sound decision on the look and style I was looking to achieve. They went above and beyond my expectation in showing me the proper fitting and what a few different offsets and tire widths would look like in person real-time so I d know exactly what the size and look of the package would be like no matter the brand, style, or type of wheels and tires selected. But a special shout out goes to Joann!!! Once I told her the look and color I was looking to achieve, she again, went above and beyond showing me the latest release of the specific brand, style and color of wheels and I must say she hit the nail on the head with a sledgehammer!!! She s very good! My wheels have been a showstopper to truck enthusiasts anytime they see me getting out of my truck. As my neighbor s exact comments were Those wheels are fire!!! Thanks Joann and the entire RnR Squad!

These folks were amazing! They went above & beyond to help me out of a pinch while traveling on my way to vacation. They sent one of their techs out to my car & took off the two rims, took it back to the shop to replace the tires & then the tech came out and mounted them on the car. I would recommend this location to everyone. You don't see many people these days & businesses who offer this level of service. The who experience was great & the whole staff were extremely friendly & all very helpful. I will remember this and will certainly recommend you business to everyone I know. Thank you!

I bought my f- 150 last year with it already having a leveling kit on it and some 20's on it.I came in looking for a 6" suspension lift and some 35" tires for my 2017 ford -f150 and I must say Mike Dennis ( store manager ) got me lined up with the lift and also helped out getting the right tires for my truck. Awesome customer service. Also would like to thank Danny ( the installer ) he did a excellent job putting the lift and tires on. He also came out and explained everything to me about the new lift kit and what to expect. My truck looks and rides better than ever. Thanks guys for a great experience. And definitely go to these guys for you truck needs.and if you see RNR running a 20% off sale jump on it . It will definitely save you some cash. The before and after photos

Today I went to RNR tire express. I was greeted with a smile, and they acknowledged me right away. I went in because I had a nail in my tire. Duke and his associate were excellent! They took care of me right away. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service and they were very professional!!

Outstanding service and customer service! This is my second time bringing a car to them and they never disappoint. Appointment scheduling is easy and the time it took for them to install my wheels was good. $40 to have them mount my wheels. Luis Lugo was super professional, along with the whole staff.

I had and experience with Duke and Drew, I'm sitting on side of the road waiting AAA they stopped out of the kindness of their hearts and helped fixed my flat tire. RNR you have 2 Angel's working with you.

I have been a hot rodder for over 50 years, been blessed to have built and owned some incredible vehicles. My recently completed 1929 Model A street rod is rolling on a set of American Mags and Goodyear tires that the team at RNR on Battlefield Blvd., set me up with. The level of service at this location is the best of the best. I needed to have tire rotation/balance done yesterday and Duke and Mike made me feel like I was the most important customer they had, ever though this visit did not involve me spending any money!! Duke is incredibly proficient, having been in the tire business over 30 years. I have sent many of my fellow rodders and friends to this great shop, and will continue to do so.AND.....BOOM! On my followup visit for tire balancing, Duke made sure that everything went perfect!We are riding smoothly, confidently and happy as can be!

After enduring a distressing experience with the dealership, I found my way back to RNR Tires of Chesapeake. Words cannot adequately convey the immense relief and gratitude I feel towards this establishment. There simply isn't enough space to express the exceptional and fair treatment I received here. My interactions with Craig B., Lance, and Andrew S. were an absolute pleasure.I'm incredibly thankful that they accommodated my needs, especially considering my 7-hour daily commute for work. They didn't patronize me or attempt to upsell unnecessary services, which is a refreshing change. They treated me like an equal person.I genuinely believe that their foremost priority is looking out for their customers' best interests by offering the most practical and economical solutions to car problems. Their professionalism, speed, and efficiency were truly commendable. This was my second visit to RNR Tires, and should I encounter any future automotive issues, I won't hesitate to return because I trust that I will always be treated with respect and kindness, without being taken advantage of.

Best tire place ever! I ve been to two of their locations, Norfolk and Chesapeake and they re both super nice and the environment is phenomenal. Andrew and Lance at the Chesapeake location are super friendly and understanding, they will take the time to explain everything that they re about to do to your car and the reason behind it. Andrew will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. As a female new driver who s new in this area I appreciate having a good, reliable, and safe tire place to go whenever I need it. Met Duke at the 8th annual CVAS show and had a great time talking to him. Always great to find somebody that knews what they're talking about and can help you with what you're looking for. Great guy and took care of me at the car show.

Came in 45 minutes before closing with a broken lug nut. The whole shop without missing a beat pulled me around back to help everyone was extremely friendly and awesome. A week prior was my first visit buying a set of rims in which they had the absolute best price in town. Don't even waste your time shopping around they couldn't be beat. Definitely my new go to shop. The lug nut that broke was something I bought elsewhere and not from rnr but they still took me in without an appointment. Hats of to the amazing crew you have working their that's something to be proud of .
