They were able to fit me in two days later and a one day turn around. They even put my wheel back on without an appointment.The employee was very courteous and informative.They saved me what wouldve been an extra $400 for a new rim. Would definitely go back (If I ever need help with my rims again).

They say good things are worth waiting for, and it's true! They had my car for a while (thankfully I have more than one to drive), but they did a truly outstanding job on sandblasting and powder coating my wheels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even texted me updated! 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my car to Professional Rim Repair to fix 2 heavily curb rash damaged rims. I pulled up and immediately someone was available to take a look at my car and give me a professional recommendation for repair. They quoted me a great price and I made an appointment right away. I dropped off my car at the end of business on a Monday and it was ready by lunch time on Wednesday. The rims look brand new. You would never be able to tell there was any sort of damage on them!! Stellar work!!

Thoroughly impressed with the end result of my new gloss black powder coated rims! Service was impeccable and a one stop shop for new brakes and tires too. Highly recommend their work. Huge thanks to Angie and the crew for making it all happen.

I'm reading all these "one star, two star" reviews and I did not have any of these issues. I called (they answered), showed up, got a quote and thats what I paid. They do AMAZNG work. They told me it would be a couple of days and got my car back. I highly recommended them!

Awesome powder coating. Even made sure to let me know if it wasn't up to his standards, then redid it at his expense. 10/5 recommend. Great customer service on top of that. Best powder coating in town.

The staff at Pro Rim was super cool and powder coated my pitted AF rims with this sweet hot pink. There are a few minor flaws but we negotiated the price (they offered to recoat the rims but hey, it s a 13 year-old car). I m tickled pink!

I initially stopped by to have 4 wheels re-powder coated and curb rash removed. The gentleman that looked at my wheels stated that it would cost around $800 for sandblasting and powder coating with a five day turnaround. When I dropped the car off another gentleman asked if I was aware of cost, to which I said yes, $800ish. He stated that s just for the sandblasting. Total price would be closer to $1300. I asked to speak with the guy who originally quoted me the $800 and was told he wasn t there. Unfortunately, I was pressed to get the work done so I moved forward with the job. It ended up taking a week and a half for them to complete the work, but so far it appears to be a quality job that s why I m leaving .I have since discovered that there are other local companies that charge about 1/2 of what these guys charged me for the same quality.That said, BEWARE of bait-and-switch pricing at this place.

Had a little unplanned meeting with a curb in my Mustang. The technicians were very knowledgeable and upfront about color matching the wheels and the possibility they might be structurally damaged. Turns out one of them was unrepairable, so I ended up buying two new wheels and having them mount and balance them for me.They were very professional throughout my experience and worked with my hectic work schedule. Although I wish I didnt need two new wheels,I'm very appreciative they were honest about the damage, and not just trying to make money. Highly recommend!

If you are a person of color stay far away from this place. The man that opened had no intention of helping me. From the second I walked through the door he wouldn't even look me in the face. And I was there when he drove up. So sad.

I had a great experience, I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of all of the folks I interacted with.I brought my car in for a bent wheel, they found a couple more and brought me back to the car to show me what was what. I had previously been told one of the wheels wasn't so bad, but it obviously was and it was great to just be shown the issue so I could see for myself. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty.Dropped my car off without an appointment, everything was good to go within a couple hours, and now my car rides smoothly again! Incredibly happy with the work and the service. If I have a run in with any other potholes I'll be going back.

I needed a motorcycle wheel straightened and the people here were super helpful and informative. They let me know up front the price and since my wheel was aluminum that there was a chance of the wheel cracking. The next morning I got a call and the rim was good to go, they even put a bit of primer on the affected area where the paint chipped off. They offered me a package deal to straighten and powder coat the wheel too.I ll definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs wheel repair from here on out.

Absolutely outstanding work. I had them black out all the silver trim and chrome wheels on my 2016 supercharged Range Rover Sport. It looks amazing, and their work was perfect. Brought it back to have several dents repaired, and it looks like the car is brand new. I d give them my absolute highest recommendation, and I will be bringing my car back for any future work it needs!

Had to get one wheel powder coated and balanced on my Tesla Model X. They were able to see me the same day and had it done the following. Very cool and professional staff and the work they did was great. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this business due to terrible customer service and rim repair. I also know that it may have just been the technician that did the repairs...I brought in a rim that had 3 cracks in it.. the tech ...I believe his name was Chris...was assigned to do the repairs. I got a call the next day and was told that my rim was repaired, but I had a damaged tire that wasn't holding pressure. I was immediately offered to buy a tire through the company, but I said no to review what other options I had available first.3 hours later...20 min after the business closed I got another call from the tech with him stating that my tire is fine and it was holding proper pressure.i was pretty happy but felt something fishy going on. The next day I went to pick up my repaired rim and after inspection I noticed on of the welds didn't look finished unlike the other two... I mentioned the issue to the tech and he told me it was fine...got frustrated with my questions about what happened and why there was no pressure...he told me that he had too much work to do and didn't have the time to go over things with me..after mentioning that I wasn't satisfied with the last weld he recommended to not cut into the rim possibly damaging the rim further...Then to prove the tire was holding air he sprayed with a soap solution ...thenthe weld where I had my concersn started bubbling like crazy. I asked the tech what the next step would be and he replied saying that he would have to re weld it after just recommending not to.after that he said " you want me to put the three cracks back in it or what" I was appalled at the customer service I grabbed my rim and put it in the car...then I asked Annie for my work order or a copy and was sent falsified document to my email with all zeros on it when I was supposed to get charged $266...I would love to speak to owner about his situation...thanks for reading

Horrible experience! Completely unprofessional! I cannot emphasize this enough! All around shoddy work! Even forgot to balance my rims after it was all done and said. After the final time returning to correct issues they even managed to damage one of the 4 rims they had repaired. Also twice leaving my vehicle greasy and dirty from their tire employees because I refuse to call them professionals. 100% unsatisfied and pissed off customer. A thousand dollars later and no apology and my vehicle still isn't balanced correctly. Not to mention everything i spoke of above. If I could leave no stars I would! At all cost stay away from this business if you value your money, your time and your vehicle. Never again!

Professional Rim Repair Chesapeake has outstanding service and is personally attentive to individual customer needs! When I was on my way to work one Friday, I hit debris on 264 that completely damaged my front driver side rim and tire. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule order my tire and repair my rim to very near factory standards! Additionally, they repaired my breaks and rotors for much less than what I would have paid at the dealer! Furthermore, when I thought I heard my breaks squeaking and took my car there, the owner Chris personally took my car out to test it and took care of it until I returned from work! I recommend Professional Rim Repair without any reservations!

These guys are great. Super friendly/polite/professional and do amazing work. I curbed the hell out of one of my wheels and they were able to come out and make it look like it never happened. James(hope I got that right) did an amazing job matching the color on the wheel and polishing down and blending out the damage. Really couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Chris and Kelly really took care of my project, which was to repair some nasty curb rash on some powder coated wheels. They repaired the gouges and matched a unique color perfectly and it is impossible to determine where the damage had been. Very impressed with the quality of work and the prompt service. They also did a great job mounting a balancing new tires on the repaired rims.Highly recommended!

I had a great experience when I brought my Tesla in for a vibration that couldn t be solved through tire balance. I had been to the tire shop at least three times before I brought it to the guys at Professional Rim Repair. They found two of my wheels had bends in them that the corrected and got me back on the road in no time with no vibes at all. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member!

I stopped by to get a price estimate because they wouldn't tell me one over the phone. No big deal. One of my rims had some scuffs, but was told it would cost $210 PER WHEEL to get it painted black? So in total they were telling me it would take $840 just to paint my wheels. Seriously? The next shop I called quoted me $250 for all 4 wheels, to repair the scuffs on the 1 wheel, and to paint my front emblem. Professional Rim Repair said they would take a week and a half. Never going back here. I'm sure they're great at doing wheels, but also apparently great at shoving their hands right up your rear to drain your wallet and bank account. No thanks.

I was on my way to work and I managed to hit a curb along the way. Thankfully I was able to make it to a dealership where I got the help of the wonderful people of pro rim repair. The rim for my tire was delivered by them as soon as possible as well as my tire. I am very thankful for the time they put in to getting those two things to me in as little time as they could. The people there are so nice and I would definitely get help from them again.

DELIGHTED CUSTOMER enthusiastically recommends Professional Rim Repair based upon the craftsmanship, quality, and value provided! I recently purchased a used Lexus and took it to the dealership to be inspected. I also asked the dealership to diagnose a troubling "warbling" noise and vibration which occurred at highway speeds. To my surprise, the dealership service department informed me that all four wheels (rims) were bent. Estimated cost to replace the wheels and install new tires exceeded $3000. Lucky for me, someone in the automobile business referred me to Professional Rim Repair! Chris and team straightened the wheels to factory tolerances and installed new tires for a fraction of the dealership's price. The work was worth every penny! The car now drives the way one expects of a high end luxury vehicle. Thank you Chris and team!!

I needed one tire swapped quickly since I warped it thanks to the City of Norfolk horrible roads. These guys were very honest and helpful got me on the road in under 20 minutes. I already had the tire all i needed was to swap the damaged tire. Highly recommend this shop!

So I bought a 1997 Saab 9000 CS on eBay with 154,000 miles (okay, Saabs are weird, I admit it) which had a couple of wheels that needed refinishing. Professional Rim Repair was the only company that called me back out of four that I called. I wasn't expecting anything that looked like a new wheel but what I got was actually better than that. Both wheels looked fantastic.The front bumper was full of holes and warts for mounting a license plate. I had them cover all of that up and the color match when they were done was just astounding. It was hard to believe how close it was to the original color. The next project was the center section of the exhaust had rusted and cracked so I had them replace that.Every trip there is such a treat. The people are all friendly, enthusiastic, and very capable of getting the job done that exceeds the customer expectations. In today's business world where there is little concern about the customer, this place is a breath of fresh air.

These guys are top notch!!! They helped resurfaced my scratched up rims and powder coated them to a perfect color that I absolutely love. They are the real deal if you want some of the best work done on your wheels/rims.

Got a new Ford Explorer and had them black out the wheels. Dropped it off Friday and picked it up Wednesday, just like they said and paid the price they quoted me. It looks factory quality, and am very pleased with every part of the process. Highly recommend, Chris knows his stuff!

I took my 2018 Porsche Macan S to Professional Rim Repair to have calipers painted red. Chris did excellent work.. they were extremely thorough and efficient. His staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually charged $400 less than the other places I got quotes from. I couldn't recommend Professional Rim Repair more!

Best company out there for wheel repair!!!!! I had a great experience with them, they treated me very well and took great car of me and my car. Thank you so much !!!! I recommend you go check them out.They do great custom work as well.Anything that you can put paint on they can paint. They do not just do wheels.
