Got my 60k maintenance done which also included transfer cases and differentials and brakes flushes and fuel system and several other things Ive needed to do. On top of that, I had a spray coat protection done and my truck looks like a brand new truck with a shiny new red paint job. The folks here are top notch and get the job done right. I m always pleased. On top of that, Mr Morales checked in with me throughout the day to keep me informed and I really appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness during the process.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kenyan Mullen, was our service provider. He made our appointment on short notice. He provided me a video of items that needed to be looked at. Today i had an appointment for a state vechicle inspection and to check a sensor for a light. I had an appointment at 730, it is now 3pm and no word about anything. Im immensely disappointed with the service here, seems like they are nice when ur buying the vechicle but the rest of the company doesnt care. No updates, no communication of any kind, not one person has listened to.me. im really jist ready to.get watever i can for the vechicle and going to another dealership. Very very discouraged!

The service is great and they resolve any issues. There's a long wait period most of the time. But just like any other places you go you always have to dig in your wallet because they want to serve the best quality care for your vehicle. Same as going to the grocery store and leave with things that wasn't on your list. I'm satisfied it happens all the time.

Communication is the worst I've experieced with having my vehicles repaired. After going through my frist repair costing $2,600, I was happy with how fast it was completed, but upon leaving the service department, my dash board lit up like a christmas tree so I brought it back with a slew of new issues, less than 24 hours later. After being told the repairs would be done the following day with acceptance by 3pm, I accepted the repair list at 0930 and assumed the process was in the works. At 1630 I received the same text for service requested, so I called to speak with someone and make sure they received my acceptance at 0930. I was told that if I accepted the earlier request, to ignore the rest and the repair would be completed by the following day. The following day was a Saturday and I received no information so I decided to call several times throughout the day to ensure my repairs were being completed. It took a total of 8-9 phone calls before I got someone in the service department and I was told my vehicle would be ready by Monday, extending total time of repair by 2 more days. Not to mention the person who answered the phone didn't even ask for my name or vehicle, which I assumed they got from my voicemail, giving me the feeling they were screening my calls. I then received a text on Monday asking about the repair list, meaning they had not even started on the repairs and it would likely be another couple of days. If getting nothing done is a 5 day process, I don't see the point in paying them for repairs. No thank you. In my opinion, it wasn't my service deparments fault nearly so much as a breakdown in communication between everyone. Maybe you will have a better experience than me, but this has completely made me not want to use this service department ever again. A month later and still no contract. Even after leaving 2 voice-mails with the service "manager".

We take our vehicle back here every time we need service. They service is good and we have an excellent service advisor, Kanyon. All our automobiles for over 25 years have been purchased at Priority. I would recommend Priority to everyone.

What an amazing experience we had here!Tim Eure listened to everything we said and jumped right on it! He found my wife the perfect vehicle for her ( And myself ) The rest of the team there was also great and made us feel at home! My next vehicle purchase will definitely be there.

Kenyan is the guy i go to for my car needs but everyone is so helpful. My son took his first steps there while we waited and everyone cheered. My daughter tested out all the cars inside and no one gave me any uncomfortable feelings. Their amenities are beyond great. Its a all in one shop.

So I arrived at priority Toyota with a small thing for my 2021 supra. We quickly figured out that it would take a day or so in order to get the situation resolved. Kenyan M and Chris M (the tech) got me all situated the very next day without any delays. First class service all the way! Both my mother and I have been using Priority Toyota for atleast 15 years now. The service has always been excellent! The staff is great with communication and they get the job done quick. This last service I was assisted by Bonnie who was friendly and kind. (Even after I butchered her name) She made my check out process smooth. I ran into an issue on the peninsula concerning my ability to use the Priority For Life services for my vehicle. After several frustrating conversations I finally called Priority Toyota Chesapeake and spoke to Kara who was very helpful.Kara was able to be my spokesperson and provided not only information but solutions to the issue. Eventually with Kara's assistance, I was able to schedule my service here.Yes, it was a bit of a ride but I am glad I did it. The service was efficient and courteous and Kara was there to welcome me.I will definitely make that drive to this location from now on for my Priority services.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My family and I have been taking our cars (9 cars and trucks) to Priority Toyota Chesapeake for servicing and inspections for roughly 10 yrs., primarily to Kenyan Mullen and his Gold team. Kenyan and the dealership have always been very accommodating in scheduling maintenance to include loaner cars if necessary. Kenyan has been terrific in accurate and reasonable estimates as well as the prioritizing of maintenance. I cannot say enough praise about Kenyan Mullen, my service advisor at Priority Toyota, Greenbrier, Chesapeake, VA. Keynon is kind, very knowledged and truly personalizes every experience I have had since having him as my advisor for the last 5+ years. He recalls what I drive when he sees me and if I have any questions he takes the time to explain so I do understand. I have an extremely busy work and home life schedule and he helps me get in when I need to, even if it's last minute. As per usual Kenyan Mullen was on the ball with his communications and recommendations. Turned around my walk-in for oil change and 2 new tires in 24 hrs. I am especially grateful because i needed my car to take my daughter to her Volleyball games Friday night. Thank Kenyan and the team of service providers at Priority Toyota.

Very professional, and organized establishment. The service advisor Joseph Wachner was cordial, professional, informative, and friendly. Good service experiences are probably a major reason for return visits more than vehicles. Vehicles can always be purchased at various dealerships, but not all will give the customer a good service experience.I got my vehicle inspected andI bought 4 very good tires. By the way I paid for 3 and the 4th was 1 dollar. My tires were over 7 years old and I had planned to buy some in the near future; therefore when I was offered Michelin tires buy 3 get one for 1 dollar, I considered that a good deal even if I could have bought the same tires somewhere else at a lower price. I still probably paid less due to the 1 dollar 4th tire promotion. Also now I won't have to go another day to get tires.The only thing I didn't like was the 8 dollar charge for using a credit card.Charles Curry

Had engine light and fault codes cleared as well as a post-purchase inspection completed. Great service rep (Jason Stamer) took care of me. Facilities are pretty awesome: cantina, wi-if cafe, ping-pong, foosball, and a theater. All makes for an easy wait.
