Had the pleasure of working with my salesman, Ezra, to acquire a perfectly speced manual Supra that I had been looking for for a long time. He was very helpful and was able to work out a good deal with me. Plus all the rest of the staff was very friendly and happy to help in anyway they could. It was a great experience!

Only went to look at new cars and ended up walking away with this beauty! Ezra helped me get into my dream vehicle and was by far the best and most honest car salesman I have ever met!!! Would 100000000% recommend buying your new vehicle through him I promise you won t regret it!!!!

Just got my oil change yesterday, 4/14/2024. Very negative experience. First I dropped the truck off the night before for an already scheduled 8am appt for just a simple oil change. I asked for the truck to be ready by 1pm. Well, 1pm came around and I was not notified by the service advisor whether my truck was done or not. Instead around 1pm I was sent a list of "recommended additional services" to review. Using the text and email the service advisor/dept sent to me I denied the additional services and just asked for my oil change to be done. I finally received a call approx. 1:45pm from the Service Advisor, Joe Sloan, asking if I wanted to move forward with the additional services. I informed him that I had already denied those services using both the text and email notices I was sent nearly an hour earlier. I expressed my frustration that all I wanted was an oil change and that they have had the truck for an 8am appt. He informed me to go ahead and head up to the dealership to pick up my truck and he will have it ready. I arrived at the dealership at 2pm. The truck was not yet ready. Mr. Sloan called back to the garage and spoke to the tech working on my truck and told him to wrap it up. He informed me that the truck would be ready in next 5 min. Well.....5 mins turned into another 15 mins. When I finally received my truck and drove home (which is less than 10 mins away from the dealership), I decided to pop the hood and check to see if they performed the oil change. I was shocked to see that the oil filler cap had not even been put back on. It was sitting in the engine bay in front of the battery. I was so angry I immediately called back to the dealership and after 3 tries and several minutes of holding finally got a hold of Mr. Sloan. I expressed my anger and frustration. He asked me send him pics of what I saw. These are the pics I attached. He of course agreed and said he would share the pics with the service manager of the tech involved. I don't trust these guys at all. Be very wary if you get work here. This is not my first negative experience here.

I have worked with several dealerships around the area, and I would say working with Alejandro on our new Corolla has been one of the smoothest and best transactions we have had. He was professional, well informed about their vehicles and rates, and very easy to talk to. Had it not been for his proactiveness and great personality, we would have purchased at a different dealership. Thank you, Alejandro; it was awesome working with you and Priority Toyota. I would definitely buy here again in the future!

We couldn't find what we wanted in 2 states, had our own salesman looking for a vehicle for us and said it would be 6 weeks before they would have it on the lot. We drove 3 1/2hrs to Priority dealership because their website said they had one on hand. 3hrs after getting there we had a salesman, test drove, and agreed on a price and out the door and on our way home. Salesman bought us drinks and lunch. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with them.

My service advisor Yen was kind and helpful. I had a scheduled appointment to replace front tires and an oil change on my Corolla. The tires that I wanted were in stock and installed properly. The mechanic did a great job with my vehicle and it rides a lot smoother after the service. I would recommend others to get service at this location but make an appointment in advance.

Great service always. Service manager Kenyan is the very best. Always got my best interest in mind. Most recently my wife came is and waited on the service. It took longer than expected and at no time was she in the dark or not informed. Customer experience was top tier!

I've dealt with several dealerships across the DVM areas but traveling 300 miles to purchase a Toyota Sienna from this dealership was worth it. My experience working with Mr. John Colon and the rest of the team members on our new Sienna was exceptional. Mr. Colon displayed professionalism, showcased thorough knowledge of their vehicles and pricing, and was remarkably approachable. Without his proactive demeanor and pleasant personality, we might have opted for a different dealership. Mr. Colon, thank you for your exceptional service and help; it was a true pleasure collaborating with you, your team and Priority Toyota. I wouldn't think twice about returning for future purchases!

Kevin Davis was my advisor and he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I was not happy with the outcome of my visit as I need new tires and an alignment but that is no one's fault and I will take care of that ASAP! Jin was very helpful on day one when we wanted to just test drive and look at our list of interests. She didn't ask for any information on trade in, loans, or down payments. We went to Elizabeth City NC toyota before Chesapeake and they kept asking for numbers and wouldn't just let us LOOK. Jin was very respectful and shopping with her was well worth it. We went back to Chesapeake and Jin helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted and I was very happy with the quick process. Wasn't an all day event. We have had the new car for 6 days and we are still so very happy with our shopping experience with Jin and our new 24 Toyota Camry XSE V6 I have already recommended her to my brother and a friend who are actively looking to get new cars this summer. Thank you so so so much Jin!

My Toyota Highlander needed a yearly inspection. In addition, we asked that the car have any necessary maintenance performed. Priority did as requested in a timely manner and did it right. I feel good about taking a trip out of state knowing my car got the once over by Priority Toyota Chesapeake! Our Service Writer Aaron Rainey always looks out for us!!

Lost my previous Tacoma to a red-light runner 16 Feb 24. After my first visit to Priority after accident staff were very helpful in getting me into a replacement vehicle as soon as possible do to shortness of supply. I've been back several times since for additional assistance with new vehicle and received excellent assistance and guidance from Keith.

This was a good solid positive experience here. Denise, the salesperson who helped me was very patient and listened to my complaints about negative experiences I had at other dealerships and was very attentive to what I expressed my interest in. I looked at a few Camrys, RAV-4s and a Corolla or two. When I told him I'd return in a week or two, he gave me another salesperson to ask for, Dakota, if he should happen to be out that day. He wasn't going to leave me hanging. When I went on Friday, they were quite busy. They must be doing something right! Last but not least Shyasia Rheubottom, the youn lady at the customer service counter was excellent. You can see it in the picture I took.

Giuseppe was amazing to work with. I have been to multiple Toyota dealerships and his service, by far was the best. We told him what we wanted and set our expectations and he delivered. We had our daughter with us and he made sure to complete the purchasing process expeditiously. If in the market again, I will definitely return to him.

This place will scam you. Take your business elsewhere. We took our car in for an inspection and to replace a few parts. After waiting over the weekend (which I get but was still frustrating) they give us back the car and we take it home. I didn't notice but apparently the brake lights never turned off and stayed on overnight killing my battery. I get my friend who knows a lot more about cars than I do to jump it and ask what he thinks is wrong. Apparently this piece called a "break switch grommet" had been knocked off and was forcing the lights to stay on. We took it back to the dealership asking them to fix it but they denied responsibility and wanted to charge another 200$ to fix it on top of the 800 dollars they already took from us. So according to them I guess a ghost came in after they were done working on the car and snapped a piece off. I'm never coming back to this absolute racket. Find literally any other option than letting these mosquitos suck you dry.update- my friend just bought a piece from work for about 10 dollars and installed it in under 2 minutes. they were going to charge us $200

Service with them is good but the representative Megan was not attentive and didn t communicate at all. When she told me my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes and she would come get me, it wasn t until an hour and a half later when I had to return to the front myself to check on the progress. As I walked up she was texting on her phone when she asked if I was ready to pick up my vehicle I wasn t even aware was ready yet.

I needed a vehicle quickly after an accident and had a specific type I wanted. John made it happen despite there being shortages on the model. He also made the experience smooth as I didn't have much time to do the actual paperwork. My family has been purchasing multiple vehicles from Priority for a while now and we will continue to do so because they always make it easy.

Richie was great! He actually had the patience to deal with me and make a deal on my dream truck. Kenyan in service was excellent! He handled my vehicle well! Glenn in service was most helpful and knew the service department very well. Great team. Chris was absolutely fantastic at what he was meant to do. Finance! Well put together group.

Our experience with Priority Toyota was excellent. The associate that helped us, Dakota, was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and all together wonderful to work with. The same can be said for everyone else we encountered here throughout the car buying process; Melissa, Jorge and Tiffany to name a few. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle

Priority Toyota Chesapeake is definitely the place to go when you want to have a smooth car buying experience. Richie helped through the process with ease and answered all questions I had while maintaining a friendly disposition. Renatta explained my protection options with warm and confidence and assured me of all of my options. She brings personality to this place. I brought my 12 y/o car in for brakes, and to find out why it was making a strange noise. After reviewing it they found that the bearings were bad and needed to be replaced. Also, waiting for parts meant I would be without a car for 4 days. Sharon worked her magic, found the part at another location, the work was done and I was back on the road in 24 hours! I love Priority!

Our overall end to end experience with the folks of Priority Toyota was nothing more than FABOULOUS Our journey started out with Chrissy from the customer service department who reached out about my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum inquiry on 12/12/2023. Then our salesperson MR. SHELVA WASHINGTON took over and immediately provided great customer service and his attention to detail is like no other he was able to not only find the vehicle I wanted but also delivered the within 3 weeks of negotiating on the out the door price by 12/13/2023- during the negotiation process I worked with Shelva and the Sales Manager Dan and by all means provided absolutely no pressure tactic just great customer skills and respect.Fast forward by 12/29 Shelva called me stating that the car had arrived via truck he knew how detailed of a person my wife and I where and took care of the car until we picked it up on 12/30 the car literally only had 3 miles only because the service techs had to perform a pre deliver inspection (PDI). The finance process was so streamlined that Walter the finance manager had us in and out in under an hour. He too was very customer oriented and professional.Not to mention that I have been getting my 2012 Toyota Camary serviced by Priority Toyota for the last 10 years shoutout to my service advisor Mr. Kenyen Mullen very honest and takes care of one s car like it s his own.This all said Priority Toyota is a TOP NOTCH organization and I want to express my serious gratitude to all who provided us with a great experience ESPECIALLY to our salesperson MR. Purchased a 2024 Tundra TRD Sport and couldn't be happier with the truck or the buying experience. I can honestly say that Mr. Richie Cuocco is the best sales consultant I have ever worked with and I have worked with many over the years. Richie's knowledge of the truck and it's any features and options was impressive from his introducing himself to me right though to the delivery experience once the purchase was complete. During the delivery (after the truck was expertly detailed), Richie took me through a detailed demonstration of all the trucks electronic and mechanical operating procedures. He also helped me set up my blue tooth pairing for my iPhone.As for the rest of my purchase experience at Priority Toyota Chesapeake, I was very happy with all of it. Quite the dealership across the board. A happy customer for sure. Sincere thank you to Mr. Cuocco for his expert assistance.

I made a service appointment for oil change - priorities for life. It took forever and then the entire computer system crashed (service department). I totally understand "technology", but they should have a backup system--clients could not check in or out. Priority is a prosperous company. Please invest in a backup system in the event this happens again. Also for oil changes, there should be a designated technician to perform this service. That will be the technician's duties. Please honor time!!

I just bought my first car from here. I traded in my old car that my parents bought me in high school and got a brand new RAV4 hybrid. Ryan Langen was my salesman and the experience was amazing. This being my first time buying a car, there were a lot of things that I didn t completely understand. Ryan was patient and very informative. He explained everything to me in detail so there were no surprises. He really wanted me to know everything and all my options so I could made the best informed decisions. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, he really has your best interest.

The dealership i bought my car from decided to do a full remodel right after i bought me cars from. That remodel took more than 2 years during which they could not take care of my basic needs and recommended Priority Toyota and have been coming here ever since.
