This was the worse experience I have had with an auto body shop. I brought my 2022 Chevy Trax in to have my front and rear passenger door and fender repaired due to an accident. They completed the repairs in two weeks, which was good, but when I picked my vehicle up, there were silver waves in the paint job along the entire section they repaired and painted (see pics). Also, there were damages THEY caused to my bumper, window gasket and hood during the repairs and dust all over the inside of vehicle (see pic). I could not believe how bad the paint job was and the carelessness with my vehicle. I was told the waves could be buffed out and they would repair the damages they caused that they didn't even care about until I said something about them.It took them a week to buff out the paint and repair their damage. When I picked up my vehicle, the waves were still there even after I asked them if they checked it properly before I got there. They took it back to the painter and he tried to buff it again but the waves were still there. The manager came out and pretended he couldn't see the waves. Typical lying salesman tactics to convince the customer they are crazy. I am not stupid and know a bad paint job when I see it. He claimed they did all they could and the insurance company would have to look at it at that point.I have had paint jobs before and NEVER seen such horrible work done.Do Not take your vehicle to Priority Collision in Chesapeake. Their work is horrible and shameful to be part of a dealership. Shame on them!

I had body repair and parts replacement last month to my car. I m just a month late on giving a review. The service was excellent! The staff at the front desk were friendly. Thank you to the repair tech s that fixed my car. I was referred to priority collision by my car dealership because I needed under body work and other stuff done. I recommend Priority Collision!

Most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. It would take hours to type my experience which transpired over 4 months. No return phone calls by staff nor even the manager. Repair was not completed due to a backordered part, which I completely understood, but they told my insurance company repair was done, charged them for everything including the backordered part and my insurance company paid them. Numerous phone calls were made by me, my insurance claims department and my agent. This body shop wouldn't even call the insurance company back. Finally I found the part needed myself and was given permission to take my vehicle to another shop for completion. Hopefully my insurance company was reimbursed for the backordered part they paid for which was never installed by Priority Collision Shop. Again, absolutely worst business I have ever dealt with. I have since contacted the General Manager of Priority with my story. Not that it makes any difference to me, because I will never return to this collision shop nor buy a car from any of the Priority dealerships.

My Rep was Austin. He really made my experience with my car being repaired very smooth. He was very pleasant, professional and informative! The absolute worst service i have ever dealt with at a body shop. My truck went in with minor bumper damage and a shark fin antenna needing repaired. It has been in the shop for 40 days and they keep claiming parts were the issue it took 14 days to get the parts and had nothing but the runaround since. I m am I disbelief at the amount of time it has taken them and lack of urgency. Also the manager Wes is the most unprofessional person to be discussing issues with customer from his demeanor to his it is what it is attitude. I am a manager in customer service and he would not be the face of any company I ran. Priority needs to do better with their customer support.Service: Body & Trim

I'm not sure what Priority Collision center i just picked my truck up from but it's not the one these reviewers are rating! Let's start with them having my vehicle for almost a month for something that should have been done in a couple days max. Got my truck back and it had trash in the paint, orange peel and over spray on the door! Unacceptable when the total amount is almost $6000. Definitely would not recommend them to paint any vehicle!

I had no idea what was being done to my vehicle.Abuse of funds. Lack of communications. I had no say in what was done to my vehicle. Window was open when picked it up, dirty and smelled of mildew.The picture shows the "minor fender bender". I was the front vehicle in a three car pile up. The accident happened on January 5th and I picked up my vehicle on March 9th. The total cost was 17,504.91, plus 2,676.28 for the rental, plus 700-2000 of items left incomplete or made worse, that the insurance company is handling. This is a collision company that is using systemic power of fraud waste and misuse towards insurance claims that the customer has to suffer from. They charged the insurance company for items they didn't even replace on the truck.I was supposed to be receiving updates Tuesday and Thursdays. I barely received one phone call a week; when I reached out I got, "work in progress" or "in paint". After three missed updates I finally persisted calling and found out that my entire truck bed was being replaced, and the first bed that was ordered wasn't good enough, so a second bed needed to be ordered. To my absolute astonishment my the bed was being replaced without my permission or knowledge. The bumper, 3/4 of it, was replaced and they left one side chrome and one side black. So the entire bed can be replaced but they can't return it to me with the same color bumper it was given to them? They replaced the wheel well plastic on my front end, yes the non-impacted area of the truck, this now caused the tires to rub and squeal when they're turned more than 30 degrees. The paint is not faded in well at all from the bed to the cab doors, has runs, and additionally scratches were on doors that weren't on there before I dropped it off.The scariest part was when I picked it up, I didn't need to sign for anything, there was no way to bring up any of the deficiencies with the actual shop.Service: Body & Trim

The operator told me the insurance co. had to call to schedule any work to be done and when I pressed the issue, she said, "Oh, well I didn't know you had an estimate already". Very snippy, kept me on hold forever. Finally got tired of waiting and chose to go elsewhere. Not a business I want working on my car when they don't know how to work with people.

On July 20, after I was told all the necessary parts were in, I dropped off my car at your body shop for a 9 day job . On about August 1st I was told another part needed to be ordered and that it would be a couple of weeks. On about August 17th I was told it would be a couple more weeks. I asked if my car could be made drivable so I could take it home while waiting for this part to come in so I would not have to continue to pay out of pocket for my rental. I was told that was impossible. On Sept 1st I was told it would be a couple more weeks again. After getting my insurance company involved the body shop manager agreed to give me my car like I requested 2 weeks prior. When I picked up my car I was shown the part I have been waiting for for over a month. It is a chrome plastic trim piece on the driver s side grill that the tech broke when disassembling the front grill/bumper so he could fix a scrape down the passenger side of the car. A non-essential trim piece My rental reimbursement ran out on August 9th. I had to come out of pocket $660 so my car could sit at your body shop waiting on a trim piece for over a month. That is not acceptable and completely unreasonable. Please contact me so you can arrange reimbursing me $660 due to your body shop manager s lack of customer service skills.Service: Body & Trim

I've done business with Priority Collision on numerous occasions with different vehicles over the years and have never had a single problem. Everyone is always extremely pleasant and work is done on my vehicle in a timely manner. Any problems they've had with getting parts isn't their fault. That's a manufacturing or supply issue. I don't understand the negative reviews here. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Definitely worth 5 stars!

The service I have been receiving is absolutely unacceptable between progressive and priority. I was notified via the progressive app my vehicle would be ready on Friday 9/1/23. I called 3 times just to confirm between Thursday and Friday with no return call. I called an additional 3 times on Saturday 9/2/23 with no return call. I physically went to priority collision on Tuesday 9/6 and was told they had been calling me. They had a wrong return number and corrected the issue. The vehicle was not ready and they claimed the attempted to let me know. On Tuesday I was informed by my claim manager at priority that my vehicle would be ready on Thursday. I arrived on 9/7/2023 as planned to pick my vehicle up and was told it is not ready and that it was being painted. While I m waiting I see my vehicle outside and it is in fact not being painted it is just sitting- incomplete!!! Once again no communication or messages to alert me. It is now 9/13 and I have not received my vehicle or received a call on why it is now 12 days behind schedule. This has been the worst experience with a collision repair shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Where is my car and why can t I get a correct answer on when it will be completed. Please my fellow Virginians BEWARE!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THAT JESSICA REP IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! ATTITUDE SUCKS NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK REGARDING TGE TACKY WORK THEY DIDN'T FIX RIGHT ON MY CAR BN TWO WEEKS SHE SUPPOSED TO CONTACTED ME BACK AN NEVER THAN TRIED TO CONTACT HER BOSS HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Had an incident with my vehicle and had it taken to Priority Collision. Tanner and Sam gave me progress reports as my car was being repaired. I even got my car back earlier than expected. It looks amazing and I'm very happy with the results. Very friendly office staff when I picked my car up. Excellent customer service all the way around. This is THE place to go to get your car repaired!

I found the collision center to be rude and u uncooperative. My request was to schedule out so that I could adjust my schedule as to not interrupt seeing my patients. They said they could only schedule a week in advance and were unwilling to adjust. So much for customer service

The rental service was excellent. However, the actual collision center staff was unprofessional and I felt if I was getting the run around. For no reason. When calling with concerns about my vehicle, I was told to leave a message for someone named Sam numerous times. The valet that returned it, damaged the seat and blamed it on wear and tear. But, mentioned it was fine when they got in it. Plus, everything was okay when I left it with them. I was told they'll contact me and that never happened. I really hope and pray that I was the only one and that this is not the standard practice. I'm still thankful that the mechanics that perform the repairs did an excellent job on what was done. I'm not too sure about the windshield, the cracks are still there. Thank youServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the second time I've had to go to this place in my life, I get that I was picking up my car at the end of the day, but the person that was in charge of my vehicle, he worked for the Geico part of Priority Collision, wasn't around when I picked up my vehicle.I had to wait until I got home to find a razor blade to scrape off the overspray on my mirror and my window, they clearly put an aftermarket wheel well liner on my passenger side and there's a gap where they placed it allowing moisture to get in, so now I have to figure out a way to smooth that out; of course I didn't notice that issue until I got home.So, just make sure that you're direct with these people, I probably should have told the older woman at the desk, that I needed to see the guy before I left.Because once you drive away, everything is on you.Just because you're a Priority customer ( Which I am in fact) does not mean you're going to get Priority service at Priority Collision.

I am trying to have my 2022 Ford Bronco repaired here and right from the start I have been treated extremely badly. I called to setup repairs and was told they probably couldn't help me because the lot was full. I let them know I was perfectly fine keeping the vehicle at my house until it was time to start the repairs. They reluctantly agreed and told me to send over the estimate.After they received the estimate they said it would take at least a month to get the parts. I said ok. I let the insurance company know and was told I could keep the rental since the parts were on back order. They said they would just need to confirm with the repair facility. Ok , no problem.I get a call 3 weeks later from the insurance saying they have tried multiple times to speak with the repair center and can't get anyone to call them back. So I call the facility and ask for the manager. He gets on the phone and is immediately rude and practically yelling at me. Saying he doesn't care about my insurance, I'm technically not a customer and I need to find a new repair center.So now I'm about to lose my rental because these guys aren't willing to do a 30 second phone call and confirm the parts have been on back order....

Took my car here after an accident. I thought because it was a Priority dealership and my car was purchased brand new at a priority dealership I would get quality work but I was wrong. Hood did not fit flush but they installed it anyway then painted the car as if I wouldn t notice. They pointed fingers at insurance and vice versa. My car was involved in a hit in run, the body shop expert Alan repaired my damaged front end back into the show room finish as when I purchased it, amazing how he took my damaged car and smoothed it out and put it all back together with care and precision. The front desk receptionists were great and attentive to detail. Austin helped me and took me step by step through the repairs that were done and I felt confident in his abilities. The reason I am leaving a 1 star is because of Wes Cummings, the collision manager. I have never been more rudely spoken to by anybody at a small or retail business than by him. Took my car here due to it being a USAA recommendation. They fixed the major damage and completely ignored the damage on my bumper. Upon pickup of my car, paint transfer and dents from the accident are still clearly visible. So I took the steps necessary by going back through USAA so they could cover the remaining repair. I completed the Priority Collision Center survey they sent after work was done and I wasn't rude or scathing in this review. When I called back to see when they could take my car back it service advisor Sandra or Sandy stated "Since I did not give them a perfect survey, they refuse to make the corrections and suggest I take my car elsewhere." This is completely unacceptable. What's even worse is USAA already sent the supplement check to make repairs. So if nobody ever called me what would they have done with the insurance money they received??? Unprofessional and almost criminal.

11/20Our 2021 Ford Bronco looks great, the repair was done in less than a week.The only issue was they didn't return our calls, I had to keep calling to get a live person.They were to call when it was ready for pickup, they did not call, so I called and they said it has been ready for pickup. I had to wait til next morning to get it, since I couldn't get it before they close last night.Lady at the Collision Center this morning was friendly and professional, she quickly took care of us, payment and paperwork was done without any issues.

Do not use this Priority Collision Repair shop!!! They are beyond unprofessional. They kept my car for 60 days for repairs, because they were unable to manage their work load. I am in the process of reaching out to the news station. My attorney is also working to gather evidence as a rental was authorized for me due to their negligence. Due to their negligence, I was given a rental from Enterprise and they promised to pay for it.( authorized by LJ and mgr Wes Cummings). I have not received a call back from the mgr as promised, but he refuses to pay Enterprise and now they expect me to pay. This occured in April, Priority will pay for the rental, their negligence, and the trouble and time it is taking to adjudicate this matter. Avoid this place at all cost!!Service: Body & Trim

My boyfriend recently had a horrible experience with this company. He dropped his car off early January and was given an "approx" date of 1/30 pick up. We would call periodically to check on the status as he did not have rental coverage and kept getting the runaround. Called 1/23 and was told that they are still on track for 1/30. Called Friday 1/27 and was told the car was done just waiting on it to be "cleaned up" Calls back Monday and the UNPROFESSIONAL front desk staff was being very short and said the car is STILL not ready. He was hung up on. Shortly after, he got the call that the car was ready. If you are in a pinch, on a time crunch or whatever the case is, DONT GO HERE :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim
