The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took my car and worked magic on it. It's great to have an older car with modern amenities now. New touchscreen radio, speakers and backup camera. Thanks guys! I definitely recommend you come here for all your Audio and Tinting needs!

I brought a 4-channel dash cam to be hooked up by Premier Autosound & Tint and they did a great job which demonstrated high levels of experience. They even called me with questions when they had them. They went above and beyond by giving me a ride home since I have a health issue and was unable to walk the distance. While it hurt my pride to ask, it felt good seeing how willing they were to assist.

Just got a remote start installed on my 2016 Sequoia; Premier did a great job and everything works perfectly. They accommodated a change on drop-off date due to our busy schedules, and had it done quickly for us! highly recommend.

I stopped by and wanted information on installation for a 2001 Sierra. I was offered a good price to replace my existing stereo. The installation job was very professional. I also received quality equipment. During the installation they installed sound proofing as well backup camera. Which was not with original equipment. They had my truck back to me in several hours. I couldn t be more happier.

EDIT:Matt, Thank you for taking my call, and for the conversation we had after. After our talk, I'm glad I decided to still do business with your shop. Today was everything I had hoped for when I originally walked through your door. Moreso because while I know you felt bad about my initial experience, I don't feel that I got a different level of attention than you would give all of your clients. I'm leaving the original post because I want people to understand your dedication to your business and how you are accountable for every person who walks through your door. Tell T I said thank you too!I REALLY wanted to do business here because of the reviews, and the responses to them. Maybe I hit it on an off day, but I walked in around 10:25 or 10:30. There was one group being helped, another waiting on status of a vehicle. I saw only 1 gentleman in the showroom, and 1 in the shop. After 30 minutes attempting to complete the original client's order, I was able to speak to the man up front. I explained my need and he said he was unfamiliar with the system and needed help from somebody else. After waiting another 5 to 10 minutes, for him to return, I left. Hope I can find another small business to deal with.

Called in to see if they can scheduled me for tint. Was told to come in the next morning. Had a few questions which were answered professionally. Dropped the car off and was called once the tint was done. Very happy with the results.

Matt was very professional and the customer service was excellent. I will be back to complete my auto package. I would recommend this autosound shop for anyone looking to upgrade their vehicles. I received tint, remote start, and a new radio. Appointments were easy to make and timely. They also have mutliple payment options. Thank You

Had an entire system put in my new Ford 350.Absolutely amazing!!! Great communication, and knowledge by the shop manager! He showed me several different setup s. I went what he recommended and it blew me away! Couldn t have asked for anything better.Pete Mintz

Absolutely Great Work !! Truck was cleaner when I picked it up !! Tinted windows installed backup camera, new stereo with GPS all in one day !! Will always recommend them !!!

What can I say, I went there on 11/22/2022 to get my stock speakers replaced which includes 8 speakers, I went with a full JL audio c2 set and two Rockford fosgate p1 12 subwoofers and I must say they did a good job with installation and hiding the wires. Everything looks normal and you can t tell I got anything done until I turn the radio up good job guys! I definitely want to go back to get my head unit replaced! Awesome work fellas keep doing what y all do!

Awesome customer service. The pricing was better than anyone s in the area. They fit me in and worked around my schedules needs. I never felt like my questions were bothersome or repetitive. Highly recommend. Everyone in the office was nice, but Matt really took the time showing me all of their products and explaining everything.

I got my windows tinted here the tint the man encouraged me to get was supposed to be a lot cooler on the inside of the car during the summer. Actually it isn t cooler. And it is the same exact tiny that was on the car when I got it. They charged me $700 for this tint.

I took my F150 FX4 in to have my stereo upgraded. Matt was awesome. He asked what I wanted and my budget. He came up with a few options and explained in detail the pros and cons of each option. I went with his advice on a setup for my truck! It s sounds amazing! Extremely satisfied with their work and customer service!! Prices were very fair compared to other places!! Have since taken our sons car in for a new head unit and alarm (again extremely satisfied) and my wife s Land Rover. ( That thing sound freaking AMAZING). They took extra time on her vehicle because THEY were not satisfied with the sound (not their fault), some equipment just works better together in certain applications. So they made changes to some components to make it sound perfect!!! Will definitely use them for any future projects!!

Update : had trouble with W7 I bought it in to them they sent it off and had it replaced within 3 to 4 weeks. No cost to me excellent place to do business with highly recommend !!!!! MATT And his guys do whatever they can to make the customer satisfied, great place to deal with .Bought a Audio control amp and a 12 W7 from Matt If I turn it up to Loud my back glass is on the verge of breaking Great guys and really know what they are doing and he is not out here trying to rob people

I would recommend this business. My wife was intimidated about getting me a new receiver for my truck. I went in and told them what features I wanted such as touchscreen, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, etc... The guys saved all the receiver, dashboard kit, steering wheel kit all under my name. My wife just had to come in and pay. I plan to come back to have a backup camera installed.

I got my windows tinted here today. They did a fantastic job and I ve already noticed a huge difference in the temperature of the car on a hot sunny day. The store is very nice and clean and I would 100% return for other services.

This business was recommended to my daughter and I by a car dealership. I could not have been happier with this recommendation. Matt was amazing. He took us through the process, was honest and up front about the cost as well as what was really needed as oppose to what was just unnecessary bells and whistles. I would HIGHLY recommend this business. We are already going back!

My husband & I so far had a good experience. We first dealt with Matt about getting an audio system put in our '99 F350 Super Duty Truck which we use to pull our 2013 Voltage toy hauler. We travel with it & take a couple of long trip a year & the factory radio just won't doing it anymore. We didn't want anything fancy & expensive, but wanted something that would work for us. Matt & John hooked us up. Matt worked with us on Friday dropping it off & picking out what we wanted & John waited on us picking it up on Saturday. We aren't very knowledgeable on things like this & they were very helpful. we didn't feel taken advantage of. We were very comfortable with what we were offered & what we got. We were offered to drive the truck & listen to it for a few days & if we were not happy with it then by all means bring it back with any concerns. They would address them & they would do what they could to fix them. As of now we are very pleased with the product & services. They are very nice people to deal with.

Great work and great service! I ve had multiple installs done by Premier Autosound on my Jeep Wrangler, including Pioneer radio, HAM radio, back-up camera, and underseat storage. They were very helpful in assembling the required parts for the installs and accommodating all of my requests. Work was completed on time and the quality of the work is excellent. They did an amazing job customizing my vehicle, and I highly recommend them.

I'm so disappointed with my last install projects that I Entrusted this company to complete. It was a total of 3 projects none of them were fully completed. I was told that parts were not working correctly or some not at all. So when I got my car back I contacted the manufacturer and was able to finish installing all 3 projects. I left the manufacturer's business card along with a detailed list. One phone call could have allowed them to complete the jobs I hired them for. But the main reason I'm leaving this negative review is for the countless damages that were done to my showcar by a blatant disregard for being careful not to force or break or scrape things. At a 150 and hour I expect a superior level of service which I didn't receive. Unfortunately I will not be using their services again. You win some and you lose some and I definitely lost out this time around.

I LOVE what they did to my 22 Honda Accord!!!! They were patient with me and explained all of my options since I really had no idea what I wanted. I got everything done in a day after making the decision of what package I wanted to go with. I definitely recommend these guys!

I went in they showed me the type of radio I was looking for and had it installed under an hour. The sound quality is excellent and they gave me a 1 year warranty on it in case anything happens. I spent less than 300$ on everything. High quality service. If you need a radio in your car I recommend them

I cannot say enough good things about John and the team at Premier Autosound. At first, I reached out to John about getting a viper remote start system in my car. He responded very quickly and even knocked a few bucks off the quote for the install. Not even two days later I drove out of there with a new viper system installed. A couple weeks later I decided I wanted to add some modern conveniences to my car. John listened to my needs and suggested a few things and installed a state of the art touch screen radio and backup camera in my car. The only delay in installation was 1 business day because he had to order a dash kit to fit the radio. He was very flexible in scheduling and provided very professional customer service. I love my new system! It feels like I am driving a brand new car.John and the team know what they are doing, do it well and all for a fair price. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I recently purchased a larger truck that I found difficult to park. I needed a back up camera along with an upgraded radio and didn't know where to begin. After calling around to several local GMC dealerships I was lead by all to Premier Auto sound. John and his team listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. Stellar customer service, super clean install and competitive pricing. The shop was very accommodating and they will continue to get my business and referrals. John even took the time to show me how to work everything. Hands down best shop for all of your aftermarket upgrades. Thanks again guys!!

Went here a little over a month ago to look at getting a subwoofer installed in my car. I walked into the store knowing absolutely nothing about power, output, wiring, etc. but left with a much better understanding. The manager as well as the gentleman who installed the system were super helpful and willing to explain everything to me. I ll admit I was temporarily a little knocked back with how much the whole install was going to cost me, but it s so worth it. My amp is paired perfectly with my sub which makes it sound amazing and the wiring is concealed in the trim beautifully. I ve now done some research on installing auto speakers and think I might try it myself next time, but if you want a quality job done, I recommend going here for your first experience.
