Gwen was very helpful and knowledgeable she wasn't able to help get my window up but she looked up my car and gave me numbers of the parts that can fix my window. I really appreciate that. Thank you again Gwen

I had a conversation with a gentleman about buying 4 struts and he said they would be in, in the morning. I said are you sure, he said yes. I said my mechanic has made time to do this job Saturday morning, and I am on a tight timeline need to be sure. He said yes. Saturday morning on my way there, I called and Chris answered, I asked are my parts there, he said yes. Can I pay on phone, he said you have to be here. I said I just wanted to confirm they are in. He said once again yes! I then said I will be there in a few minutes. I get there he is leaning on his desk, does not look at me ( I am the only customer in the store), the other lady asks can I help you? I said yes picking up struts, she says there is a problem 2 DID NOT COME IN!!! At that point I raised my voice a little and said I CALLED TO CONFIRM! At that point Chris finally turned his head and said they pulled two that weren't right, he said it wasn't my fault. I said I CALLED TO CONFIRM AND YOU SAID THEY WERE HERE!!! He didn't have the professional decency to get up and put his eyes on them. Nor call me back to say they weren't in. Now I know why the other lady tried to help me and he did not acknowledge me entering store. How lazy does one have to be to NOT actually check. There was no customers in store he is just sitting there leaning on his desk. Simply terrible. I will reschedule all repair work and delay another week.My time, my mechanic's time-consequences ...

Friendly service providers who are eager to answer your questions. Compare that to the lack of friendly staff at AutoZone across the street, O'Reilly would get 10 stars. When you are asking the O'Reilly staff a question no matter what time of day it is they're always attentive to your needs and will bend over backwards to give you a hand. Awesome experience. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Wife bought a battery there yesterdayfor her car that for some reason wasn't installed. I went today to get it installed and basically got a weird run around which amounted to them saying they didn't know how to install it. I'm at Pepboys now spending an additional 130 bucks in labor. Ridiculous. Think AutoZone would be unable to install a battery in a Volkswagen GTI?

It has similar products and prices to everyone else. I come to this store because (my perception is) they hire people who are smarter. They know the products well. They seem to know more about cars. And they have good customer service skills. And the employees seem to be happy and having fun. That tells me a lot about a company.

Very well kept store! This location didn't have the part I was looking for, but Lorraine tracked it down and gave me some helpful options on what I could do next. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and engaging. I've been to this location a few times and I'm always treated very well!

The team here is great and the prices are reasonable. When I walk into an O'Reilly store it makes me comfortable knowing I'm getting quality parts and equipment and a knowledgeable team.

I had some issues with my bike now although its an auto parts store , the staff was friendly and manager especially helpful considering he sat there and brainstormed multiple ideas with me on how to come up with a solution to my problem, big thanks and mad respect guys appreciate yall

Came for new wiper blades, while it was raining! Benjamin saw my husband out here trying to put the new ones on. He came out and totally helped us out! With a smile on his face! That was incredibly sweet and cool of him! What customer service!! Go BENJAMIN!!!

Its okay but they really need to work on the customer service of some employees. I had a female employee yell across the store at my autistic child for touching the price labels on the shelf front and as a result we had everyone in the store staring at us for several minutes. That lady still works there and still has a bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Had to pick up a part that i ordered the day before during my lunch break today. Their systems were down and the phones were ringing like crazy. Not to mention they had about 5-6 customers in store including myself. I cant remember who i was helped by but i believe it was the manager on duty. But all three guys handled the situation well. My part was able to be found and he even set up my membership and informed me of the warranty info. and i still got back to work before my break was over. Give em all a raise

I'm rating the personnel with five stars due to the fact that they are willing to go the extra mile to get the parts needed for the repairs. They also have a great attitude towards the customers. They have always been very professional towards myself and to others that I have witnessed.

The parts availability and knowledgeable commercial counter employees far exceeds most of the other big chain auto parts store. The delivery service for parts is fast and the drivers are always smiling and friendly. Being in the automotive machine shop business, we have dealt with a lot of parts vendors and O'Reillys (store #3976) is the the BEST!

I have always stopped at other stores but recently i went to O Reillys and they are so friendly and helpful although they get very busy there customer service is great

O'Reilly's always comes through for me. Tonight, when I got in my car, both headlights were out. Gwen at O'Reilly's came to my rescue! She fixed one and replaced the other fir me. Really appreciate the cheerful assistance.

Friendly knowledgeable store they got to find store because they saved me $90 on a jaguar fuel filter out of all the other artists stores they were the only ones that offered this aftermarket fuel filter that was $90 cheaper than the rest of them

Poor customer service. Go somewhere else. Well worth the drive to go to the store on Diamond Spring, Very rude. After speaking to them including the manager none of them have a understanding of customer service. Better to go across the street to autozone or make the 10 min drive to Diamond Spring
